This is the forth year we have stayed with our grandkids. We decided to stay in the lodge because of the virus, where as before we brought our trailer. It was wonderful. thank you

Took our grandkids for the weekend (ages 4-17) and everyone had an absolutely wonderful time! They are already asking when they can go again-and we are already planning. Clean ( from cabin, bathrooms, even trash cans!), friendly staff, well organized activities and an overall great experience! We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Mt. Lassen. It was our first visit ever, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the park/facilities and friendliness of staff. We plan to visit again, as there are lots of places to see in the general area, and we didn't get to see it all.

We had a wonderful time. There were lots of fun activities for the kids. We felt safe and comfortable with the cleanliness of the facilities. The Kampgrounds were beautifully maintained.

This place was so well run. I felt very safe because they took care to clean and sanitize the cabins, The staff were very friendly and always accommodating. Will definitely be back. :)

As usual a most enjoyable experience. Love this KOA. The sites give you a feeling of privacy even though they were almost full. We will be back soon.

Other than spotty Wifi everything was wonderful despite covid-19. We felt safe and social distancing was well maintained. Our spot was perfect with shade to beat the heat. Will ask for spot 10 again!

We loved Jim and his wife the owners. They were awesome and so friendly. We will be back a ton. New favorite place to camp. Tree swings were the best!

Wonderful. Super clean and fun. So many activities for kids and teens. Bathrooms were a dream, especially during Covid.

Cleanliness of the camp was meticulous! Bathrooms were very clean. Impressed that the garbage can lids, sides and handles, were wiped down several times a day! The dog park was clean and safe for our furry friends. Pool, lawn area and playground was kept clean as well. The staff was very friendly and immediately resolved any issues that occurred. Fun things to do here!

We had a wonderful stay! The tent site was perfect, a bit of shade. The staff was extremely kind. The bathrooms were clean. The pool was the ideal temp. Even little things were appreciated, such as the very modest prices of necessities and treats at the little store. Very sweet place to camp amid beautiful Lassen.

Fabulous! Extremely well equipped cabin with everything we needed plus more. Staff were very helpful and friendly and when we needed extra cutlery they brought them to our cabin even faster than room service at a hotel! We will definitely go back again

Very nice staff and supportive. Great location for visiting Lassen NP. Park is gravel interior roads and gravel spots. All spots seemed pretty level. We were there on a crowded weekend, with all the usual crowd items. WIFI was workable, but weak when taxed by users. OK Verizon coverage but not in all spots. Very nice social programs. Nice pool and usual KOA-type facilitates. We would stay

This is probably the best KOA we've stayed at. The Kabins had real, non-squeaky, and comfortable mattresses on the beds, clean, sealed bedding was available for nominal charge, and best of all, each Kabin comes with a gas grill!! This will definitely up our food game on our next visit. Staff was so nice, and bathrooms were spotless, and cleaned regularly. Great, safe camping during covid!

When we got there on Friday we got there early so how check-in was at 3 we got there about 11 congratulations and they let us check in. Made us feel right at home asked if there was anything we needed. Best weekend in a long time here we are

Bathroom door need better locking and a door knob for opening and closing . Internet would have been nice. No cell service was rough. Had good time thanks

Thanks for a memorable stay! Loved everything about it. Tree filled campground next door Lassen National Forest, camp store, clean bathrooms, happy helpful staff, and activities. Very relaxing.

Enjoyed the Kabin, fire pit, pool, and activities for kids (e.g., swing). Location was close to our destination (Lassen) and the camp store prices were reasonable. I thought we should have been given more towels. We were only given 2 towels to share for the 4 people in our party (in a 6 person Kabin). When I asked about getting more towels, I was told there was a $5 surcharge - which seems petty.

The best KOA campground I've been, everything meet my expectations, me and family are so happy we chose this place. Very clean restroom, cabin has linens, pillows, a/c, has cabin freshener so nice smell, provided grill with propane etc... i can't ask for more. Love this place.

Best ever and this park Has the nicest owners and staff you would ever want to meet! If all KOAs modeled after them, we would never stay anywhere except KOAs!!!!

my daughter loved the swings and other apparatus in the woods. i liked the ping pong table and games. the spaces were a generous size. over all a great park!

Very enjoyable. Campground was very clean, quiet with all the amenities. Weather was terrific. The next time we come here we’ll probably be here for a week. Staff was friendly and efficient. A great stay.

The Mt. Lassen Koa is such a great place to stay. It is always so clean, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Our kids have a great time in the pool, on the rope swing, and playing tetherball. The pup loved the dog park and the grownups played lawn games. Doug was our standout staffer this trip, full of encouragement for my trailer parking and knowledge about hidden local spots to visit. Thanks!!

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
