Always excellent. Probably have squeezed in too many spaces for RV's at this point versus previous years, for everyone to have a good experience, though. Reception and hosts are friendly faces after long trip. Pressed wood solution for campfire was so welcome.

Amazing cabin! Clean, up to date and very well maintained. The epitome of "glamping"! Jim and Diana (in fact all the staff we interacted with) were extremely friendly and went out of their ways to help make our stay wonderful. We could not ask of anything more. Thanks for the great memories!

Stayed for a few nights in a deluxe cabin. Only downside is how close the cabins are to the main road so sometimes there is some loud vehicle noise - other than that we have no complaints.

I was in the deluxe cabin 2 nights - very nice! Bug spray for the stray spiders that crept in would be useful, maybe keep it under the kitchen sink? The layout is well done, furniture is beautiful - just a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our glamping cabin trip at this hidden location. The staff was extremely friendly. Their movie night, ice cream social and pancake breakfast was amazing! The site itself includes a bike track, walking trial and dog park which was a plus for the kids and dog! We will definitely return!

This was our first camping trips with our 2 young girls, and it was amazing! We enjoyed everything about the KOA and will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay perfect!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and was so nice! The cement patio was really great, no dirty feet. The cabin was super clean and had everything. My daughter loved the trail in the back with bike jumps, she has so much fun. Shingletown KOA is one of the nicest we have stayed at, we really enjoyed our time there. All the staff was super friendly!

Like the gas bbq, the park entrance lights, the neatness of the entire facility, and my general Gold Standard: beautiful and clean bathrooms (����)! Staff was so friendly and helpful. He helped me add an extra day at the last minute. Only downer, the pressed wood fire logs were a disaster...maybe another brand? Very glad they maintained fire safety throughout the campground. Love you all�

Wow! This was the absolutely best KOA experience we have ever had!!! The staff made us feel so welcomed and we left feeling like we were family. My kids kept mentioning how nice everyone was. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and it was perfect for our family. Activities were perfect for my two boys (15&11) Movie in park, ice-cream social, and pancake breakfast! We are so excited to plan our next trip!

The entire campground and facilities are very clean and well maintained. They definitely take pride in keeping it clean and presentable for all guests. Our cabin was perfect!!

This is THE nicest KOA I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. It is well-maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful (Jim and Rick in particular!) and so many things for families to enjoy. We stayed in the Log House with our small group of Camp Fire Girls. It had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend of fun and adventures. Thank you!

Every staff person at this KOA was exceptionally friendly and outgoing. Our cabin was very clean and well stocked. Grounds are well kept with many family-friendly amenities. We felt right at home. Great location for day trip exploration of Lassen and Burney Falls area. We enjoyed fabulous sightseeing during the day and relaxing evenings.

The large cabin was very well stocked, comfortable and quiet! The kids wandered to and from the park on bikes and played all day. We loved our stay and hope to go back soon.

What a perfect little cabin (K1). We loved it. The amenities you offer are exceptional - even a bbq with tools and propane... Unbelievable! The rest rooms and showers are spotless, the grounds are beautiful and our cabin was immaculate. Thank you to the entire KOA team that works hard behind the scenes to make visitors’ stays so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

The owners/staff of this KOA are such a blessing. With their kindness, hard work & welcoming nature I was able to shake the blues of recent bad-health news. We love the grounds & proximity to beautiful destinations in the region, but really it's the team that make the trip perfect.My husband can rarely join us, but this KOA crew helps me feel safe so that I can take my little boy on adventures!

Stay was good.But I don't like that cabins are right up front on the road.would be better if they where in the back and not so close together. Like the store and check in.very nice people working there

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
