The park staff was really friendly and helpful. The park was also very clean. I didn’t see any type of trash on the ground anywhere. Very nice and relaxing park.

I loved it! It was clean and neat, and still had a wilderness-y feel with the walking trails, and I appreciated the sites weren't crammed on top of each other. Showers/bathrooms were also very clean and convenient, (def NOT the kind you have to cringe to use!).

Even though the power was shut off we still had a great stay. Everything was clean and well kept up. Our site was great! The staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Thank you Diana for accommodating us on short notice. This is a beautiful park set amongst the pine trees with easy access to Lassen. We loved our stay here.

Nice campground, great staff. Even with forced power shutdown due to wildfires they had almost everything up and running as usual.

This was the nicest KOA we've stayed at. The sites were spread apart and shaded. I felt like I was in a State or National campground rather than an RV Park.

The grounds were impeccable. The staff was more than helpful,and courteous.They always smiled waved and asked if you needed anything.This campground has children of all ages in mind. They do an excellent job adding activities for the kids. We came with our 4 nieces and our own 3 children. They had a great time playing in the fun / safe environment.

The entire facility was clean. Very nice with the big full trees. The staff was very professional and ensured that our stay was quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful. Just had some trouble with the early bathroom closures. Not the same as the published ones on the paper we were given when we arrived. Understand thought because of Covid 19.

Cute park. It had a nice short walking path with lots of activities for the whole family. We just stayed one night but we would definitely stay again.

The campground was well maintained. I liked our larger RV site. I enjoyed walking through the forest on the various paths that was located on the campground.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is clean and well maintained. The sites are big and not too close together for privacy. They have lots of activities for everyone.We will definitely be staying here a lot.The hosts here are fun and easy going, which made our stay that much better.

We loved staying at the Mt. Lassen Koa. One of the nicest koa’s we ever stayed at. The site we stayed in was huge.

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
