Beautiful campground. Minimal laundry facilities for a park so big. Also internet did not work for the 5 days we were there. We did notify front desk first day there. A worker did come down but it was never fixed.

Convenient to everything. So many services available. Clean, helpful staff,very efficient laundry and excellent shuttle service. Concierge , Paulette, was amazing.

We were so excited for spring break at the KOA resort! We planned on spending our days touring the area and then our afternoons and evenings to enjoy the clubhouse, heated pool and hot tub. We were quite disappointed that the clubhouse was locked up by 5pm daily. The hot tub was “closed for maint”. It seemed like a hefty resort charge for the things we couldn’t use.

Have always ranked this KOA a 5, but was somewhat disappointed in our stay there this past week. Really looked forward after a long drive to the beautiful hot tub, but we were informed it was not working. Ok, I get that, no problem. Next we were put right next to a dog run, that there were dogs left alone in…barking at everything. We were unable to get the internet connection to work well.

This was our 1st stay at a KOA.... Had a great experience! Staff was all nice... Campgrounds were really nice ....shuttle to downtown Nashille was excellent!! Would highly recommend....

Resort was well maintained. However we tried to checked in at 2 pm not realizing that check in is 3 pm. Front desk was rude and gave us a lecture. The biggest issue is the Wi-Fi. There is no reliable internet. Very inconvenient. The resort offers shuttle service to Broadway St. However the drivers are crass and skip pickups. Had to pay Uber almost $60 to get back to my RV.

Lovely campground! Huge pull throughs with patios. Only downside was we were on the end near the highway but otherwise was awesome.

Very well maintained park with clean facilities … but … it doesn’t seem that your staff are filling out the bathroom maintenance form. The one I saw indicated that the bathroom had not been cleaned in days, but the bathroom was immaculate.

The WiFi needs an upgrade you can’t even count on it for email. Great amenities. Office and laundry room are not open as posted. Clarification signs would be helpful. Had some fun times there and events.

so, we where told hamburgers & hot dogs @ 3. assumed it was a complementary cookout deal. I was wrong. My fault. The workout room was not clean when we got there & was not cleaned the 3 days we were there. Notified front desk people, said they didn't have time.

We love staying at this KOA. It is our stop between our home in Indiana and Louisiana. We pull our boat and have a spot to park it so we stay in the cabins and just love them especially since they are pet friendly. Can't wait to stop again when the weather is warmer to enjoy their fabulous pool and bar area.

No cell service or WiFi. Showers either scalding hot or cold with no pressure when others are showering.

Clean Level sites with nice patio and furniture available. Shuttle to downtown $10 pp return trip was convenient. Did not use any of the park facilities but everything appeared very clean.
