Great stay, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after hours and all our check in information was clearly defined for direction to our site. Clean restrooms. Even though we did not use the pool, pool area clean, clubhouse game area clean. Wi Fi was great. Would recommend this to others and stay here again. Thank you KOA Nashville!

Too cold with only 1 heater but loved the TV in the cabin. Could use some pavers from porch to lot. Really muddy from rain and snow. No rug did not help or walk off mat outside. Otherwise we think we will be back your way again and will stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nice place friendly staff, loved that they had a shuttle to bring us down town to Broadway Street. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay. The only negative was a woman at the front desk. She never smiled and was always short when you talked to her. She was blonde, probably 50 and wore glasses. I was in there on 3 different occasions and every time I spoke to her she acted like I was an interference in her day. Another camper told us they had the same experience. Attitude is everything!

Beautiful campground and facility. Our spot had a private, enclosed dog run. Very convenient! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We arrived early and asked for early check in and the host wasn’t friendly at all and just told us no. I asked for the same cabin we had stayed in before and again the answer was “no sorry”. It wasn’t rented for the night I am in the hospitality business myself and I wasn’t impressed with the staff. Cell# 629 204-8306. If more info is needed

We frequent KOA Kabins and I stay in hotels 40 weeks of the year. This KOA truly understands SERVICE better than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Maria went out of her way to support our visit. The Kabins are clean the kitchen area is well cared for. If you are a frequent Kabin user don't be surprised there is a communal fire pit. To have an electric stove and grill it is a good swap! We have stayed a few times here and have loved it but this time it was lacking. The front desk was rude and 2 different shower houses were just dirty and gross. The grounds are kept very well and it’s still beautiful but was kinda let down this time.

Well located this KOA was up to par of any campground we’ve stayed at. Nice laundry room and pool area. The local bar down the road have excellent bands daily.

The cabin was WAY cooler than I had imagined. The staff was great as always! We will be back, but not in an ominous Terminator kind of way.

I have to say it is pretty ridiculous for me to have to pay an extra $200 for our stay because I brought my kids to sleep inside of my camper that I already pay for. I paid $40 the first night then $80 each night the next two nights Customer service was very rude while talking to them during check-in. We will pick a different campsite from now on. No signs explaining where to go upon arrival.

The bathrooms and showers were not cleaned once during our stay. The office closed 2 hours early when we went to go camping complain. The office staff were rude and seemed very entitled. I assumed if I was paying an additional $15 to check in early the facilities should at least be clean. I spoke with another camper who was there 2 days prior and said they had not been cleaned since she arrived

I thought for the price was way to high in January. The showers were very dirty. There was enough debris in them to make you think it had been days since they had been cleaned. We checked in early because of Tornado watch was charged an extra $15 and then we left camp by 9:30 am the next morning. You would think under these conditions with bad weather the $15 would had been waived.

Absolutely great time. It was my first time RVing and they made it easy. Even had a shuttle to take me downtown. I will Def stay here again in the future.

Our stay was very pleasant. With it being over the New Years holiday, the noise level wasn’t bad, everything is lit up at night for walking our pups & people very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Nashville KOA is excellent! There are tons of activities for kids and it is also a convenient location.
