Appeared clean except an overwhelming smell of dog urine. This koa has dog parks but nobody used them! We even watched a guest’s dog pee on the fresh water spigot next to us. Yuck! I also wish there had been an actual playground. The ‘natural’ playground was a couple stumps from cut down trees that were also used by the guest’s dogs… Highway noise was obnoxious ALL night.

We travelled 800 miles and arrived 30 minutes before check in. The only accommodation they provided was to charge an extra $15 which was no where mention when making the reservation or after. The manager was not nice but the other ladies in the office were. After going to our site, there were about 10 piles of dog poop in our grass area which were noticed after stepping in a big pile of it.

The facility was wonderful with great amenities and the staff was very friendly!! I will definitely be back!

It was quiet, easy to get too, had grubhub delivered quickly, and the camp set up was the best for us 2 humans and our 2 dogs.

Shower room was gross. Very unclean, mildew, rust, and got water ran out half way through a short shower. Not awesome for people who had driven 11 hours that day. I challenge your manager to go out there and take a shower and see if he/she likes it.

Super nice facility! We got a site with a small dog yard--loved letting the dogs run around off-leash. Will definitely stay again, and will definitely ask for dog yard again.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. But for those of us with dogs, the standing water and inability to get into the dog runs without duck boots is no fun and a problem. Please work on this. Thank you! �

The campgrounds were fine. Our site was convenient to the showers and the main office. My only comment is that while we were there a tornado warning was issued for the immediate area including the campground. We were unsure of what to do. Fortunately no tornado or even high winds came. No where on the sheet handed out by the office was there an indication of a tornado shelter.

Very well supplied and accommodating! But if you check in an hour early you get an early check in charge!

Although it was the most beautiful Koa we’ve stayed in, I have to question a few policies. The first one is the check in time of 3:00. The employee behind the desk, and I didn’t catch her name made us leave the park when we could have checked in at 1:00. We arrived there at 12:45. She could have let us wait in the designated waiting area. She let other people wait there.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin - it was clean and very nice. Enjoyed hot tub, pickleball (not an ideal court but better than nothing), slide, hammocks, "pillow trampoline", cornhole. I suggest that the check-in staff not say the door code number outloud along with the cabin number. There were several other customers who heard and could have easily broken into my cabin at any time.

Great staff, nice big beautiful park and excellent big jacuzzi hot tub in the chilly winter evenings. Looking forward to visiting again.

Friendly hosts, very helpful staff! It is close to area attractions and near the highway to get to where you want to go. The downtown shuttle rocks!!! $10 a person round trip, dropped/picked up in front of CM hall of fame.

Great location, great park but staff was very unkind, particularly the weekday staff. This was our first stay at a KOA, and not sure we would return, there are lots of other options in that area; since we did travel 750 miles one way.

Office/laundry hours are short. Most campgrounds have up to 24 hrs for service. I was disappointed no information was provided on safety procedures for tornados. Where to go for safety on the property especially for out of state visitors with no tornado experience. Office staff, blind didn’t catch her name was very nice and helpful.

What a great hidden gem! The cabin was adorable, and the staff could not have been more friendly. We will definitely be back!

The only reason it's not a 5 star review is the front desk staff. The woman we dealt with really should choose a career that has nothing to do with customer service. We wanted to change and upgrade to a Patio/asphalt site (they are extraordinary). She acted like I was an disruption, and she would be doing me a huge favor. "Uggh, That means I would have to create a whole new reservation for you..."

Happy with park. Not impressed being told we had to pay $15.00 for early check in at 1, when our lot for 4 days was empty. Then told had to park elsewhere off KOA property. And our 2 RV familes travelling meeting us at your park,arrived early and paid no $15.00. Will not be back

Very good place but was not impressed with the booking . I was told there was only one site left, so I better book it right now. During our stay there was so many empty sites , couldn,t count them.

Huge park with lots of outdoor amenities. We visited in December with a 5th wheel. Sites were level and spacious. Use the shuttle for trips downtown - $10 round trip per person is MUCH less than an Uber and easier than parking.

The ONLY negative was that some people did not have their dog tied. It won’t matter if my dog is on a leash when their dog comes charging at us. Everything else was wonderful and we’d come back.

enjoyed the breakfast. bathhouse was very clean. I traveled quicker than expected and got at the campground two hours early. Even though there were plenty of vacant spaces on thursday, I had to pay $15 to check in early and then I had to wait ten minutes to one pm. Unless there is something about the computer system that requires this, I thought this was a little cheezy. My stay was good.

The location was great, the property was nice but the sites were not good. The pavement was not level at all, the sites in L and M need to be replaced with concrete slabs. The pavement has been patched in places which for our Class A we had to get on blocks, which at other KOA locations we have never had to do this.

The camp is beautiful, my site needed more gravel because the rain may the grass too muddy. Beside that the camp is great & breakfast was good.

We were just there for one day but the park is beautiful, big spacious sites, we really enjoyed the park, so much to do at the park, great location and the shuttle to take you into Nashville was very convenient.

We've stayed at the KOA before and it's a great resort. However, very disappointed to arrive and they wouldn't allow early check-in before 1pm, and then charged a $15 additional fee if we checked in between 1-3pm. The campground was maybe 30% full that day/evening so it seemed greedy to charge extra. We were only there for one night to drop our RV off next door at Gander for service.

We always love to stay at the Nashville KOA it is one of our favorite parks. Two ladies when we checked in, one the greatest nicest you would ever want to meet the other having i guess a bad day. I understand in this day and time but its nice to have someone that is pleasant. Looking forward to the next stay.

Excellent location with a wonderful and honest staff! We stayed for two weeks and love that they are not breed restrictive for our fur babies
