Night staff was rude and bothered by us, entry was very poorly lighted you stuck us by the dog park (no pets with us ) in a dump of a site and during the day when we took shuttle someone stole our satellite dish off our motor home roof!!! So we will our RV group know how bad you are for sure .

I've stayed her a few times, and the staff make it feel as close to home as possible. Great amenities and close to some cool attractions and great bar/grills. Nice scenery, clean, quiet. Huge mall next door as well. I'll continue to visit!

We’re in town visiting our son for a few days. The location is convenient for many Nashville attractions, is well kept and the staff are friendly and competent.

Great stay as always, only problem was our deluxe patio site was a little muddy. Looking forward to returning in May!!!

Officious check in staff with the warmth of a lizard, act as if giving a little local info is a big effort, nice way to start a visit KOA. Shower rooms are tiny, no usable hooks for clothing and towels. 7am and no one else in showers and hot water went off after three minutes, to freezing cold, so much for a shower. No heat in shower room. Nice grounds, good location, shuttle (not by KOA) great.

It was very clean the staff was very nice and it was very convenient to everything. we truly enjoyed our stay and we do have other planned visits.

Certainly not worth the $120 price tag, but what really irks me is when i made the reservation I was told the only thing available were the premium sites. However it appeared there were quite a few sites ( that we have stayed in in the past) available. And when we reached our destination, another RVer had the same experience at this KOA. Shameful!

Good atmosphere at the grounds. Great chef. Service desk check in person was rude. She was rude on multiple occasions. Would not recommend, many items over priced and service was poor at best. The cook had the best personality and was a great chef. Very mixed bag from a leadership standpoint.

We loved our stay at Nashville KOA. It is a great location for Opry Mills shopping center and the Grand Ole Opry! Also enjoyed having the shuttle for downtown Nashville. The lots were spacious and the bathhouse was very nice! Hope to be back one day.

We had a great stay. The campground was very well laid out and very well maintained. The restrooms were very clean. The people were very friendly and efficient. The only complaint was the highway noise. When we come back we will try to get on the other side of the resort so as to minimize the noise.

I reserved a pull through site. In making that reservation I never saw the information telling me I had to pay an extra $25 to hold it.At checkin I was told “the optimizer changed me to a back in”.The lady at check in did find a pull through which was good but the site was too small and my vehicle was sticking out into the road, other large RVs almost hit it.

We had a nice stay. Very friendly staff. I was able to fill my propane tank as soon as I arrived. We will be back, in warmer weather to enjoy the pool. Beautiful camp ground. The only issue we had was the fire rig was too close to our trailer, we couldn't use it. Other than that, the bathrooms were spotless.

We only stayed for one night, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The park was quiet. The KOA in Willcox, Arizona was great, also.

Very nice, easy in and out pull through sites. Convenient to Downtown. Paid shuttle available also. Beautiful clubhouse and great breakfast. Would recommend for a stay in Nashville.

The campground is so nice! We travel with a dog and there was a lot of places to walk. The sites were large and you didn't feel like you were on top of your neighbor. I would have given this campground a 5 but the proximity to the airport and Briley Parkway made it a little noisy. I would visit again in warmer weather when I can run the air conditioner to help cover up the noise.

we rented an RV site for us and a cabin for my parents. They hve never been to a campground before and were impressed with the cleanliness of the campground, all the extras that are offered, and the friendliness of the staff.

Coffee maker didn't work and no coffee cup left in room which I only discovered at 4AM when I got up to leave on departure day :-( check in was rather abrupt (in my opinion) when I arrived early for an overnight stay in a cabin. "Check in is 3PM" instead of "Check in is 3PM but let me check if your cabin is ready" 1st time I've had a complaint here...stayed many times and usually I rate it 5

Stayed in premier patio sites. Very nice, average spacing but not crowded feeling. Live music is nice and all staff were helpful and pleasant.
