Front desk staff/person/woman that checked us in was not friendly at all. She was very impersonal and had an attitude like we were "bothering her". Nice grounds but we would definitely think twice before staying here again.

Nice clean comfortable place to stay, close to downtown Nashville!! Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms/showers, nice place to stay.

Great KOA location and sites are always level and nicely spaced. Shuttle into downtown makes this our preferred stop in Tennessee

Great location and facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Asphalt driveways are in poor condition. Trees overhanging R17 have dead / loose branches and were worried about damage to our vehicles.

Office staff was unfriendly, the site was was not the size required for my vehicle and the office insisted I did not not tell them the correct size. Have not had that problem in 7 years of making reservfations. Camp site patio area had been flooded, while it was was dry the mud was still on the patio along with stones from the parlking area

It was great! The only thing I would have like to had was a guard shack or some security of people coming and going. Especially the back entrance. Thanks for a beautiful and clean place. We will be back.

Overall the campground was decent, clubhouse amenities are nice. The hot tub was broken during our entire stay, the campsites we was in was very muddy the fire pit was on an unleveled area and full of cigarette butts (we used our neighbors fire pit so never used the one on our site) the bathhouse near our site was nasty, the hot water was hit or miss and the toilets had poop every time I went in.

Always enjoy our stay at the Nashville KOA. However, this last time when I was making reservations, I was told I needed a 3 night minimum for a basic site, and 4 nights for a Deluxe Patio. We only wanted 2 nights, as we were passing through. No exceptions. However, the guests next to us, only needed to stay 2 nights. Confused....

Our stay was brief only 3 nights. The cabins were perfect they had ac water pressure was fantastic as well. My only complaint would be the mattress wasn’t the best. The up scaled cabins each had a grill and fire ring. There is all kinds of games on site as well as a pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again ! Brent

Our cabin was very close to a major highway which made it extremely noisy. The hot tub was out of order and the camp ground had no fire wood left for sale on a weekend! It was very disappointing.

The resort is near Nashville and the amenities such as pool, jump pad, and fitness center are great; however, we encountered several items not functioning such as hot water in bath house, pump our in hot tub and limited access to center with some non-functioning equipment during stay which was disappointing.

Our cabin was great, conveniently located close to showers. The shuttle was an added bonus that we weren’t expecting. Many good restaurants close by and outstanding music everywhere in Music Valley. We have been to Nashville many times but had never really explored this area. Such a great experience. Thank you.

Loved it! Nice large pull through, cafe on sight, big rig friendly, clean. Very quiet for such a large KOA. Will be back when we have time to enjoy Nashville.

We love the Nashville KOA. There are so many things to do at the campground. Be sure to bring pickle ball equipment and swim suit!! The hot tub and pool area is worth the stay. The sites are all good and the staff is always wonderful. The shuttle downtown is a great option. We’ve been three years in a row for spring break and plan to return next year.

The front desk people are rigidly professional. They get the job done but without any personal warmth. The resort is quite expensive, worth the money but they need any Improvement in reception personnel.

Dogs have the run of the campground. Dogs running loose. Owners using the empty space next to mine and 30% not picking up after their dogs. Children on motor carts speeding through the park and the empty space next to mine. Called the office about the breaking of campground rules and was told they could not do anything about the broken rules. Declined an extended stay due to all the issues!!!

I wasn't very happy this time we stayed.We were in 14 and it was infested with ants inside and bumblebees outside.We ended up losing all the food we had brought. Went to the office and explained what was going on and they didn't act like they cared until I told that it's really bad and we had to ask them to move us to another cabin which they did but they did not really want to.Comp for food lost?

It was a great stay - very clean, spacious and quiet. The only issue we had was that there was little to no hot water in the shower house. Overall, it was a really nice getaway for us.

Long weekend in Nashville to enjoy the Opry. Very nice and friendly park. Clean and quiet at night for good rest. Second stay here and hopefully many more.

This park is expensive, but worth the money, large site, easy access and close to Nashville attractions. Service was outstanding. I felt as if I was checking into a 5 star hotel - thanks guys for making our stay great, we will be back.

We had the 2-room cabin and it was very nice. Wish it had a coffee pot. We used the grill outside to cook. The cabin area is awesome. Love the fire pit area and outside seating. Very nice. A coffee maker and microwave in the small cabins would be awesome.

The cabin was awesome. We booked our stay last minute and had never stayed in the cabins before. Loved it. I do wish all cabins came with a coffee maker and microwave. Coffee in the morning is a staple. Also wish you left the jumping pad on past 6pm. Didn’t get dark until almost 8pm and the kids love it so much. The campground was nice and clean
