The campground itself is nice and clean. It has a lot of amenities and nice pool. I was disappointed in the fitness room. Of the two treadmills, only one was functioning as well as the two stationary bikes. Only one was operational and the room itself was in total disarray. It would be nice if they would upgrade the equipment. We would stay there again.

Our second visit to the Nashville KOA, and we continue to enjoy our stay. Was able to sightsee and enjoy a nice campfire. Facilities were very clean and staff was awesome. Will be back again!

We stay here every couple months as we travel from Colorado. No complaints. We was in J13 and it’s a little tight getting out due to a tree but we got it done. Cheers and see y’all next time.

I normally Never Complain But I will Have to this Time, Because when I called To Reserve a Site for My Custom Van I was Given a Song and Dance about Vans were Not Permitted! Well I stay at KOA’s All over In My Expensive Brand New Chevy Custom Conversion Van! I was also given a Sight that Had a Huge 165KVA Electrical Transformer On It which Made for a Big Split In Accommodations!

My husband and I stayed in a deluxe cabin while visiting with family. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed 5 nights, had a great time. Love the shuttle service. Campground was always clean and quiet. Plenty of places to walk our dogs.

Stayed in Rustic cabin N17 Nashville OpryMills. Door lock jammed up almost didn't get in cabin. No one at the office no emergency number to call or [posted. Finally jimmied the lock and came loose. Bird Poop on swing. cabin heater was not enough to keep room warm at night. Been staying there 6 years. Seems like property is going down hill! Not coming back.

Wonderful facility. Shuttle will take you downtown to all he action for $10 r/t. Lots to do in the area, as well, with a good restaurant within walking distance.

The campground was absolutely beautiful. The customer service once we arrived was great. But my initial phone call was terrible the woman on the other line was very short with me and rude.

Nice, well kept campground with LOTS of activities! Shuttle to downtown Nashville was really a plus and much more reasonable than Uber. Would like to return and stay longer

Great stay. Only the temp dropped and snowed. But that's Mother Nature. Appreciate the ride service for downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. It was very convenient to have the Downtown Shuttle pick us up everyday. It was close to the Opry and the Gaylord. It had a great space for our dog. It was cold, so we did not use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. We were also able to fill up with propane without having to wait. I would recommend this KOA.

Internet was very slow. Have stayed in 25 plus KOA's in the past 2 years and only one charging for early check-in??? No heat in showers. Numerous empty blacktop sites near where we were placed in a gravel site that had large water filled puddle right in front of the site. Advertised as a KOA resort???

Wonder park with amenities for all ages. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious sites. Convenient shuttle service to downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a mishap due to the weather the pipes froze but the ladies at the front desk were great and moved us to another room.

Nice size spot but comparatively overpriced. Disappointed that no one returned our phone call or our text after experiencing a problem with our water valve. Gentleman that guided us to our spot was very kind.

Showers were bad, broken & limited hot water. Poor value for the campsite. Good location though.

I really like the KOA, but we booked the rustic cabin relying on the bathhouse for our needs and this is the second time we stayed and NO HOT WATER in the showers at all!!!! Otherwise I love this Campground. The hottub was great and the cabin was good for our one night stay. The door didn’t shut all the way at the top. It was only 19degrees the night we stayed and luckily we brought a heater.
