I went to take a shower around 8:30 or 9, there was nobody and I never had time to rinse my first shampooing there was no more hot water and I find the cabins and even the main place for showers are not warm enough. You should have a heater.

Very convenient to the Grand Ole Opry! We had a nice quiet spot in the back on a gravel site with a really nice patio set. A bit of a drive to downtown. There is a shuttle service that you need to reserve in advance. It picks up hourly. It costs $10/per person. There were 2 of us so I was able to find less expensive parking downtown so we could come and go as we like.

Campground outside is clean and well maintained. Front desk clerk very nice Showers are small and iffy on clean however the lady I met cleaning them was very sweet. Dogs barking late one night (11pm) That went on for about 10 minutes People wandering around park were very nice Otherwise it was pretty good for a few nights.

Stayed for 2 nights on our trip home. Clean, roomy park. Staff at check in not so friendly but others we dealt with after were very friendly and eager to help.

The facility is awesome! I stayed without the patio which was a mistake. Lots of water and mud. I’ll stay there again but it will be on the patio side. Oh and I ran out of hot water in the shower house.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins for a couple of days to go to a Preds game. Loved the campground and the location. Will definitely stay again! Loved being able to bring our pups with us.

Over all the stay was very nice. The folks we came into contact with were friendly. The biggest disappointment was the WiFi. Rather than being a secured system for the campers it is a public system and it is very unreliable. We were very disappointed in the WiFi and our ability to be connected to friends and family and our ability to use the internet for future planning.

The facilities are good but the actual RV site was nothing but mud and standing water. Only 3 or 4 blades of grass at my site and the one adjacent to us. We couldn't enter or leave RV without getting very muddy.

It is greedy to charge an additional $15 for early check in on an already expensive site. I would have given higher ratings if not for that.

There was a two night minimum on a weekend so that was not good when we were just passing through on our way home and at $100 and $75 for the nights. Plus a $15 charge for early arrival. This was the second time we stayed there it is beautiful in the summer.

First I want to say that the staff we met was very friendly and helpful. And that it had rained hard before our arrival. The site we had showed that fact. But the campground was not full, so I think the staff should have put us on another site that was not muddy . I guess after the fact I could of asked to switch sites but was just spending the night and was ready to rest instead of moving.

Nice park with a BUNCH of cabins for friends/Family that do not have an RV to stay in. 4 stars is because the cafe was only open for breakfast.

The site was a mud pit . You put us in a site too small to leave our truck hooked up to our travel trailer. I understand it rains but the trailer pad should allow extra width to get out door without mud all around In addition your cable tv service was terrible We got the channels on one tv and 5 on the other The only bright spot was the man who escorted us to our site He really worked with us

Little loud from the highway but we already knew that. Clean grounds. Our site was quite large but some are on small side. We’re there to vacay not hang out at site anyway. My husband tried to print a few pages for work, they advertise business center but then wouldn’t give him paper. Just bought our own.

Cabins were great, the bunk beds were hard like the padding was no longer supportive so it felt like there was no padding and the 7 wasps in the cabin at check in freaked my kids out but other than that, the activities available, cleanliness of the resort and close proximity to everything we needed outweighed any negativity. We love this location!

Well kept grounds, friendly staff, plenty of activities and amenities to keep kids entertained. The shuttle is a great option too, takes you right to all the fun.

It is a very nice KOA but several of the sites flood and are muddy when it rains… Just fill them in with stone or something as I know you do not let people put mats down. Also some of the people in the check-in are kind of rude. We have probably stayed there six times and about half the time they are rude for some reason.

It is a very clean campground with many amenities. The cabins are very clean and not "on top of each other". We have stayed two times and will stay again if we are in Nashville.

The water in womens bathroom near out site didnt work. And not allowing early checkin, without fee, if site is open doesnt leave a good taste

Our cabin was filthy. We have stayed at the Nashville KOA MANY times in our RV and in the cabins and haven’t experienced anything like this last stay. The cabin had other campers hairs in the bathroom and tub and on the duvet cover comforter in the bed. The coffee cups had been put away in the cabinet uncleaned. Disgusting.

The amenities at this KOA are excellent but found the staff in the front office to be rude and the campground needs trash cans and a dumpster for camper convenience. This is also the first campground we've ever stayed at where we had to pay an extra fee for a 4 year old per night, even though the listing says "up to 6 people" and we had a total of three.

site wasn't level as most koa's are in pull through sites...all else was good except the hotrod truck pulling a trailer in after dark and driving way to fast.

We just stayed one night; got in after dark and left pretty early in the morning. But, the campground seemed like a really nice one, Lots of amenities; pool, games areas, fun playground activities. The bathrooms were acceptable. My shower did not work right, and my warm water ended after about 4 minutes, but my husband said his was great. Staff person was friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay
