We were in a deluxe cabin. I was so impressed with how clean it was. The location was great. The shuttle was so convenient. The game room, outdoor games and breakfast was great. We will be back during the warmer months to do more! I really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends and family! We loved it! Thanks, The Davids Family!

We stayed in a cabin. Very nice and clean. Beautiful lounge, large television but you aren't allowed to turn on the volume( caption only). Some of the check- in staff are not very friendly.

The cabin was so comfortable. And as a single woman traveling I felt safe there. This is my go-to place to stay when traveling through Nashville.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin as an alternative to Airbnb or hotel. We were beyond thrilled with our stay. The value for what we got was fantastic. Super comfortable bed, fully made with linens, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Seriously could not ask for more. The grounds were well kept and although we were there during off-season it looked like a great place to vacation. Close to the attractions

We stayed in a cabin this time as we were scheduled to pick up our new camper the next day. The cabin was extremely clean & they even left some treats for our dogs.

We had been to Vanderbilt hospital for chemo on Thursday Jan 6th when a record snow fall came to Nashville. We could not get home to IL so we rented a cabin. We had no hot water in our cabin and was unable to shower. We had to heat water in the microwave to wash our face the following morning.

Too cold with only 1 heater but loved the TV in the cabin. Could use some pavers from porch to lot. Really muddy from rain and snow. No rug did not help or walk off mat outside. Otherwise we think we will be back your way again and will stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

We arrived early and asked for early check in and the host wasn’t friendly at all and just told us no. I asked for the same cabin we had stayed in before and again the answer was “no sorry”. It wasn’t rented for the night I am in the hospitality business myself and I wasn’t impressed with the staff. Cell# 629 204-8306. If more info is needed

We frequent KOA Kabins and I stay in hotels 40 weeks of the year. This KOA truly understands SERVICE better than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Maria went out of her way to support our visit. The Kabins are clean the kitchen area is well cared for. If you are a frequent Kabin user don't be surprised there is a communal fire pit. To have an electric stove and grill it is a good swap! We are truly concerned about your digital key access to cabins. Our cabin was double booked with another party after hours. They entered while we were sleeping. They apologized and left immediately, but very concerned for safety the remainder of the night. Did not sleep well all night.

It's a great location with easy access to all you would want to do. Shuttle to downtown is convenient with no worries of parking. Reasonable rates for nice clean cabins.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin - it was clean and very nice. Enjoyed hot tub, pickleball (not an ideal court but better than nothing), slide, hammocks, "pillow trampoline", cornhole. I suggest that the check-in staff not say the door code number outloud along with the cabin number. There were several other customers who heard and could have easily broken into my cabin at any time.

We have camped in our RV at Nashville KOA many times but this was the first time in a cabin. It was great! Clean, roomy, warm and cozy. Just the two of us and a dog. Our cabin had loft beds, a family would not feel cramped here. Highly recommend.

Beautiful CLEAN cabins, pet friendly with puppy bowls and treats, easy check in, lots of kid actives, lots of places to eat around the campgrounds, overall a great place!! We will be back!

It was a little disappointing! We booked a cabin and the heat was not working in the cabin and the microwave also would only microwave things 30 secs at a time. As much as I paid, I would have thought that the cabins would have been checked on a regular basis. We were not offered a discount and there were no other cabins to move to.

The only issue we had was when we were leaving (parking was not an issue). We have a 44 foot tag axel diesel pusher…we had a really hard time leaving this am. Need better signage and a better map showing how to best exit park.

The cabin was very nice and well stocked with linens, dishes, etc. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

DELUX CABIN, WELL EQUIPED AND CLEAN. HOWEVER, MICROWAVE DID NOT WORK AND STOVE WOULD NOT STAY HOT ENOUGH TO COOK EGGS. CABIN R3. OVERALL NASHVILLE KOA IS REAL GOOD.
