Not a bad place to stay but… I’m assuming this place does well because of the proximity to Nashville because otherwise the staff would scare everyone away. Very unfriendly. Try waving to the guy driving around on the golf cart. He will glare at you like he hates you. The ladies at the counter are condescending and rude. There are no other options so I guess RVers gotta deal with it. Cheers!

It was the best KOA experience I’ve ever had. The staff was wonderful and the deluxe cabin was absolutely perfect!

Coffee maker didn't work and no coffee cup left in room which I only discovered at 4AM when I got up to leave on departure day :-( check in was rather abrupt (in my opinion) when I arrived early for an overnight stay in a cabin. "Check in is 3PM" instead of "Check in is 3PM but let me check if your cabin is ready" 1st time I've had a complaint here...stayed many times and usually I rate it 5

We were in a rustic cabin. The hours of the cafe weren’t in the informational brochure we were given at check-in. Campground was very clean. Overall, we had a very nice stay and will certainly come back.

We had a wonderful time. Just a couple of complaints. The silverware wasn’t clean, the refrigerator was way too cold was freezing everything, freezer kept staying open, Every pot or pan I use to head to tighten the handles, My husband had to straighten and tighten the toilet seat also the toilet wouldn’t fill up at every flush. But other than that it was a very nice stay

The deluxe cabin was great. It was spacious and my family enjoyed it. The staff in the store was very friendly and recommended things to do in and around Nashville.

It was AMAZING! It was our first experience renting a cabin, and it was the best experience ever. The staff was also accommodating and friendly. We absolutely recommend and will return, hopefully, sooner than later.

Love this park, have been there many times. Last two visits I found the front desk staff very unfriendly. KOA needs to get an attitude adjustment here!

Primitive camp cabin for 5 nights Clean and comfortable. A reasonably priced option in comparison with Nashville area lodging rates.

We stayed here for three nights while in Nashville for a concert. We stayed in a cabin with kitchen and bathroom and it was perfect. The campground is lovely, clean, quiet, easy to find.

Very clean and nice campground. Pros: great location, clean, downtown shuttle, snack bar, fun family yard games, beautiful pool. Excellent service when we needed something. Cons: campground is not gated to keep non-campers out, Wi-Fi kept kicking us off (not good for teenagers doing homework during stay.)

Rustic Cabin was just what we needed. Wanted to get away at a good price. Bathrooms and showers exceptionally clean. Clean grounds and ple ty of amenities. Downtown shuttle was cheaper than Lyft/Uber.

Great cabin and beautiful campground. The deluxe cabin was very close to the 8 lane highway, but the A/C in the bedroom on fan setting masked the road noise.

The cabin is a great way to camp without an RV. The park is great and has a shuttle downtown.
