Very good place but was not impressed with the booking . I was told there was only one site left, so I better book it right now. During our stay there was so many empty sites , couldn,t count them.

Huge park with lots of outdoor amenities. We visited in December with a 5th wheel. Sites were level and spacious. Use the shuttle for trips downtown - $10 round trip per person is MUCH less than an Uber and easier than parking.

The ONLY negative was that some people did not have their dog tied. It won’t matter if my dog is on a leash when their dog comes charging at us. Everything else was wonderful and we’d come back.

enjoyed the breakfast. bathhouse was very clean. I traveled quicker than expected and got at the campground two hours early. Even though there were plenty of vacant spaces on thursday, I had to pay $15 to check in early and then I had to wait ten minutes to one pm. Unless there is something about the computer system that requires this, I thought this was a little cheezy. My stay was good.

The location was great, the property was nice but the sites were not good. The pavement was not level at all, the sites in L and M need to be replaced with concrete slabs. The pavement has been patched in places which for our Class A we had to get on blocks, which at other KOA locations we have never had to do this.

Really nice RV park. Plenty of dog parks, and human facilities. A bit noisy due to Highway proximity.

The camp is beautiful, my site needed more gravel because the rain may the grass too muddy. Beside that the camp is great & breakfast was good.

We were just there for one day but the park is beautiful, big spacious sites, we really enjoyed the park, so much to do at the park, great location and the shuttle to take you into Nashville was very convenient.

We've stayed at the KOA before and it's a great resort. However, very disappointed to arrive and they wouldn't allow early check-in before 1pm, and then charged a $15 additional fee if we checked in between 1-3pm. The campground was maybe 30% full that day/evening so it seemed greedy to charge extra. We were only there for one night to drop our RV off next door at Gander for service.

We always love to stay at the Nashville KOA it is one of our favorite parks. Two ladies when we checked in, one the greatest nicest you would ever want to meet the other having i guess a bad day. I understand in this day and time but its nice to have someone that is pleasant. Looking forward to the next stay.

Very friendly and helpful check in. The park is sparkling clean and very well maintained with many amenities including pool, hot tub, and okay area for kids. Would absolutely recommend.

Courteous and friendly staff. The Showers and restroom were clean. We took advantage of the shuttle service downtown and it was well worth it.

We used the weekend to do a shakedown on our new TT and it was perfect. Only 10mins from the house but it was still nice to get away. Staff was awesome and the sites are very clean

Was very disappointed when we pulled in at noon and we were told it is a corporate policy to Not allow check-in until 3:00. They did allow us to check in at 1:00 for an extra $15. I have never ran into that before and I stay in 10 to 12 KOA’s per year and I am a VIP member. They even made us drive down the street to wait. I have long rv with trailer and that wasn’t easy.

We stopped in Nashville for a few days to experience Music City, and found the KOA to be in a perfect location to the things we wanted to do. Only suggestion I have, bring that you are a “Resort”, is to have a more fully stocked general store, with more than souvenirs, things like camping needs, toiletries, etc

Always a pleasure stay. My only critique is to light up the entry of the store bettter at night. In the winter it appears closed at 5:00PM.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the man who drove the golf cart to take people to their campsite. I think his name was Tony .He was very helpful when our truck broke down and we had to stay an extra day in one of your cabins.

Good campground. Reasonable room between sites. New Park models. Negative side, bathhouse spotting cleaned. Shower stalls and showers under roof are inadequate in design.

We have stayed at this KOA many times. The rate has always been reasonable in the past. This time on November 29th for two nights it was $165.00 for a basic site, not the deluxe. Very disappointed. It definitely was not worth that price.

Great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We have camped at this KOA before. Nice clean campground. The folks have always been very profession, friendly and courteous. The only major issue is that the campground has a very poor wifi. We will be back.

This KOA was very clean and pretty while being close to town. We appreciated that there was a round trip shuttle service to take us to Music Row in downtown Nashville. The only issue we had was the spaces are short and our pickup and 27' camper stuck out into the road - it was a little challenging to pull out when leaving.

Ladies at front desk were kind of rude. We arrived at 12:45 and agreed to pay the early fee of $15. She made us leave the parking lot (our rig is 40’ long so not so easy to maneuver about) and park Elsewhere for 15 minutes. Also wanted to do laundry at 3:30. The laundry closes at 5. She said I didn’t have enough time to do laundry and sent me away. The park is extremely nice though.

We paid extra for a delux patio site, but the patio was under 3 inches of water after every rain. Campground had no firewood the entire time. Staff was not as friendly as the last time we stayed there. The sign at the entrance was too dirty to take a photo in front of. The only good thing about this campground is its location.

Great location, easy to get in and out of, the shuttle to downtown was awesome, hot tub was very relaxing. Make sure you take plenty of firewood and milk with you. The store seems to keep only a few bundles and the milk even less than that. Bathrooms and showers definitely could have been cleaned more often.
