HUGE park lots of space to walk dogs around park. Spots nice and staff very accommodating. I was orig put in a corner spot with a huge generator ( or something) taking up half my area quickly moved when I objected convenient shuttle to downtown only non great were laundry hrs. I like when they are more convenient and staff was ADAMANT not to start a load after 3

Very nice campground. But the worst thing about it is the lack of decent hours for the laundry facilities. Going to a resort destination, closing the laundry up at 5 pm is not acceptable. Most folks don't get back from their day trips until evening. I have never stayed at a KOA that had limited hours of laundry facility use such as this one did. Closing at 5 pm every day is awful!!!

Nice park and good location. Laundry room way to small for this large of a park and hours are too limited. Internet is non existent. Nice staff but not a large effort helping understand how to navigate everything to see

It was mostly a positive stay. We were only there one night so didn't get a chance to benefit from all the amenities. But there are some things is like to see them change: - the laundry should be open 24 hours not just 8-5. And it needs to be larger with more washers and dryers. It's a big park and there's more demand than the supply of machines and time available. Good location, great people.

Overall nice KOA. This is our second time staying here. We had a premiere site, but some of the others are gravel. Nice location with many things too do. Kinda pricey but it is Nashville.

Nashville KOA was clean, with great concrete pads and patio furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great campsite! Shuttle service to downtown and back was a bonus so we didn’t have to move our motor home. Friendly and great pool and activities for the kids!

Very friendly, welcoming, & helpful staff, only 15-20 mins to head into Nashville, super close to the Grand Ole Opry. In our downtime back at the campground, there were plenty of choices to keep even our three teens happy & enjoying the spring break trip--hot tub, pool, basketball, and all the outdoor games. We will definitely return to this campground when we're back in the area again.

Nice park, easy access to the freeway. Large spaces, outside staff was very friendly. The inside didn’t help much , no maps of area. I would stay there again.

Great campground and great location. Minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and 25 minutes to downtown. Stayed 5 nights and had a great experience.

Very Rude front desk. Awful. We were also charged an extra 10 per night per kid. Was told only 2 adults per site. Weren’t given this information up front, only after We got the bill. Terrible laundry situation. Every day 4-5 people waiting to get there clothes washed.

Staff were not friendly or welcoming, from the very moment we pulled in. Sites are crammed together. We were kicked out of the workout room, at 730pm, on a Saturday evening. Overall, this stay was utterly disappointing and we will not go back. We love KOA’s and are members but this location was sad.

Beautiful grounds! Shuffle to bring you downtown, 10-00 per person. Top notch park, highly recommend this facility. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our camp sites were so nice, not cramped!!!! The amount of things to do was a great surprise! We played basketball, giant checkers, giant chess, pickel ball, corn hole, giant trampoline, slide, bocce ball, bowling, and the pool and hot tub were in use and there were several people using it, we weren't that brave it was cold out! We will be back for sure!!!!

This was our first time in a KOA and it was a wonderful experience! We will definitely be looking for the next KOA to stay at. Awesome amenities, staff very friendly and helpful, shuttle to downtown Nashville was awesome, the bath houses and restrooms were very clean, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! If you don’t have a camper they have a little cabins to stay in that are so cut

Came from MD to meet with friends for a surprise birthday. We are fairly new to camping and enjoyed the KOA. The shuttle to downtown was such a great perk. Unfortunately it was a little cool while we were there so didn’t use outside amenities but they looked very inviting. Staff was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend to other campers.

Bathrooms are clean, pool was warm and jumping pillow for kids was great. Just wish there was more of a regular playground. We still had fun. Thank you

Great amenities and very friendly staff. Two things were less than desirable. The traffic noise was terrible. We probably wouldn't visit here unless we were coming specifically for Nashville. The Saturday we were there we went to use the shower house around 4:30 p.m There was sand everywhere inside the building and there was no toliet paper in the dispenser., but, there was plenty on the fl

The KOA had plenty of amenities and was very well kept. The office staff was very friendly. The only negative thing is the dog park was gravel and the other had very little grass.

Went into the same shower 3 days in a row, never was cleaned, same cigarette butt, remains of a donut, & wrapper we’re in that shower on the 3rd day, I couldn’t stand it anymore & cleaned up the mess myself. I asked the front desk how often the showers are cleaned & was told everyday, told the girl at front desk that’s not true & advised of the dirty shower not cleaned for those 3 days I use

A great campground to stay at while exploring Nashville. The Downtown Shuttle is a fantastic way to travel downtown and back to the campground...it's cheaper than having to pay for parking in downtown Nashville and you don't have to drive. The paved roads and sites were easy to navigate in our 45-foot American Coach, we will return here again when in the Nashville area. mw
