Sites were too close to each other - couldn’t even put out our games. Basketball area not fixed - brought ball to play. Recreation room was Fantastic! Our only place to go in the rain. Loved the laundry room and wash room very clean! Nice and quiet, staff very accommodating and site very close to really fun places. Small fire pits! Just wish our sites were bigger. Didn’t like we had no privacy

Great place, easy in,easy out. Neat and clean. Lots of construction going on, but doesn't interfere with any activities.

2nd time staying at cabin 173 hoping to set-up a tent for our two kids during this visit as we did during the first. Paid for 2 adults/2 kids. After arriving and setting up the kid's tent on site 173 we were told tents aren't allowed on cabin sites. Had to buy an extra tent site. We relented and the office found a tent site for the kid's tent. We were also over charged!! Not returning after this

Only stayed 1 night but nice park, nicely groomed clean. Had takeout from the restaurant, food was good and reasonably priced.

Our coach broke down as we were leaving the campground. Not only did they find a way to allow us to stay but their workers went out of their way to help me repair my slideout which allowed us to leave for home the next day. I am amazed of the helpfulness of the staff and crew of Natural Bridge KOA. Thank You!!!

Great place to stay, even with big rigs. A number if sites are new, some with concrete pads. Hills are a bit intimidating at first but easy to maneuver through. Staff is friendly and helpful. We’ll continue to stay here as we head north or south.

Even though we are KOA members and have stayed at this park in the past, we feel that they give out of state travelers the worst sites knowing they probably won't be traveling through the area again. Our site was barely level, it was muddy, and had a haphazard fence around the picnic/seating area. The firepit was a simple ring that was on the side of the slope and not useable.

Beautiful campground!! We stayed in one of the newer sites down below-18. Very long and wide-easy in and out, very level concrete pad, nice patio with fire ring. They are improving and developing this campground in leaps and bounds. Staff friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it. The park is a little hilly so we got a workout walking the dogs. One of the cleanest bathhouses I've ever seen.

Convenient location with nice scenery. Sites are very roomy, facilities are clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Store within office with many necessities and offerings.

This was an overnight stop over on our way north. We had a nice site even with rain all day and into the night. A lot of construction going on here building out new sites and improvements to the park. Lots to do in the area so this could be a multi day stop in the future.

Well planned campground, spacing and amenities all very good. Green space for dog walking. Friendly staff, clean, convenient facilities. I do wonder why KOA's don't have recycling options.

We have stayed here several times in the past but our site this time was in an area with steep hills and drop offs. It took us several attempts to put our camper up on 3 blocks high and still not quite level.. Not a good experience when you are tired from traveling all day.

We have stayed here a few times passing from Pa to Fl. The ease of getting into the campground is great. The property, bathrooms are very well kept, staff is friendly and helpful. We look forward to their growth as they continue to improve the campground. We have told ourselves we will plan to stay longer; visit the site we hear are wonderful in the area. Take time and stay longer if one can.

Even in the very early spring this is a beautiful, wooded campground. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I can comment on with concern has nothing to do with the campground. A speedway is within close proximity to the KOA and Saturday night the very loud engine noise went on until almost midnight. I hope it is only occasional, for the sake of the peace & quiet of a GREAT campground!

We love this campground! The site was a large pull thru, on concrete, level and easy to pull into. It came with a gas grill (that worked wonderfully), a nice table and fire pit with a bench. The sites were nicely separated so we had plenty of room. There was a grassy area and trees at our site. The manager, Carrie, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly!

The cabin was very clean and nice. The grounds were clean and it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend staying there! It was minutes from the animal park.

Our premium pull thru site was amazing! We loved it! But……. We were told, when we checked in that internet was basic and spotty! Well, it was truly on-existent! Couldn’t even check email! For us, that is definitely not acceptable especially given what we paid for a 1 night stay! We need to be able to check in with family!

Very nice clean campground. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed for the weekend. Staff was very attentive and made rounds often to pick up trash. Loved the chickens and the goats. It was in a great location 10 minutes away from all attractions, but made you feel like you were still in the middle of no where.

My wife is disabled and it appears that this KOA is always trying to improve their facilities as Diane was able to use a very nice ADA shower and restroom. This is important to individuals with disabilities. Not all KOA’s are ADA.
