This was our second time at this location. We love it. Staff are very friendly. Location is well maintained and clean. We look forward to coming back in the future!

We have always been backpackers, but needed a place to stay on a road trip to California with our dog. This was our first stay at a KOA. We were pleased with the friendly nature, cleanliness and nice tent sites. Although we were told there were only two tent sites (this was Christmas day) there were many more that were not so close to the RV's. We would have preferred to be offered a choice.

I was just passing through but enjoyed my tent site and the people who work at the KOA were very friendly and helpful! Brian showed me where my site was and gave me a bundle of wood, on my honor. Jake gave me an additional bundle of wood and was also able to take care of the purchases on his phone so I could get on the road the following morning without worrying about it.

Beautiful place, well taken care of facilities, super friendly and attendant staff. However, too many dogs, barking, growling throughout the night. Way too many unattended children, running and screaming around. Almost hit by bicyclist and scooter rats flying down the loop from the top. A great place to stay but plan on leaving to enjoy peace and quiet, since you won't get any at the campgroun

Definitely one of the best KOA's I've stayed at. Great tent sites, close to facilities. Very quiet and convenient location.

Campground is very clean, bathrooms were always very clean too. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Even though we were camping with our adult daughters, we loved all of the Halloween activities that they had for the kids. The decorations around the store and the enchanted forest were awesome!. We tent camped and the sites are very nice. The camper and premium sites are really, really nice too.

The only issue I had was with the woman that checked me in. She had no smiles at all. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but where she was. Even when I bought a Bag of Ice same woman no smile or Thank You was given. It was a bummer moment in my otherwise happy state to be camping.

Camped here with a SUV tent and they did accommodate me with a level site, as many of their tent pads are elevated. But I think the campground bathroom accommodations were not well thought out. They are very near to RV sites (they have their own bathrooms!) but good distance and uphill from my tent site. No major problems, but not overly impressed with setting.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We ended up staying another night because it was fantastic. It was our first vacation together, and the first time visiting a KOA. The staff was wonderful, the layout and grounds were perfect, and our ferrets loved it too! We can't wait to come back!

The staff is always friendly as well as the guests. We live the addition of the goats.

We left without setting up. The site had no privacy was on a gravel spot no trees and the bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner. The site is for RVs not for tents . We left and went to Shenandoah

Great camp grounds and very close the Natural Bridge. The staff were very friendly, informative, and professional. The bathrooms and showers were very clean!

VMI parent's weekend is always hard to find a place to stay. This is the 2nd time I've booked a tent site for that weekend. Just what I need, a place to sleep and shower...that's it. And I love the fresh air and sounds of nature at night!! Definitely will come back anytime I'm in the area. Thank you for making it so easy and enjoyable to stay here!!!!

This is a very quiet and well kept campground, very small with a pool, a small playground and dog park, and a game room that really only had claw machines. The bathhouse was always clean and stocked. The employees were very friendly. Off property, the best places to go are the Natural Bridge and caverns and the Virginia Safari Park. There isn't much for kids to do but a very nice campground.

We loved our stay! The facilities were immaculate. The staff was super friendly. We loved all the little extras that the campground did to make our stay more enjoyable. Cannot wait to stay again.

Staff were very friendly. The grounds and facilities were kept very clean. We were very happy with our 3 night tent stay.

The camp is in very good shape. Very clean and the rate is good. Our only problem is not related to the facility but smoke from other camper's camp fire. Due the the landscape, the smoke from some camp fire comes down the valley and engulf the tent camping area for an extended period of time. Not totally the fault of the KOA but a combination of weather and landscape.

I enjoyed camping and the bathrooms were very clean. I just felt a bit crowded in with the tent sites so close together.

Far exceeded our expectations. Super clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. Staff was very friendly (and super helpful) and the wood bundle delivery was a nice touch...felt like a VIP lol! Best camping experience ever. Bathrooms were outstanding, well stocked, and clean which was very nice. Will come back for sure!

Great little campground! We tent camped, tent sites weren't huge or private, but were really nice with a fire pit, picnic table, and gravel tent pad. Bathrooms and showers were kept very clean, and despite a full campground there was never a wait. The camper sites were also very nice, the new deluxe patio sites definitely looked worth the money. Kids programming on Saturday was great!

I was pleasantly surprised. This was our first day at a koa. I had always pictured them as being much more sterile and not having that campground feeling. Although there was less privacy than at say, a state park it was incredibly clean and well kept. I loved the firewood delivery, trash pickup and clean bathrooms and showers.

Great location, very clean and the people were extra nice! The tent site was really easy to use, and the cabin (it started raining) was amazing! The bathrooms were super clean.
