Stayed at the premium sites and they were the nicest campsites we're ever been to!

Only stayed there as an overnight stop, but it seemed like a great spot to be in if you have kids. Lots of Halloween activities going on.

Very well maintained campground. Everyone we worked with was very nice and customer service focused. The bath house was clean and the campground is quiet. We will be back again.

Great one nighter on our travels. The campground had fun activities and decorations for Halloween! Overall pretty place, and convient to Natural Bridge State Park.

Nice place. Sites are a little close for my comfort but are nice. Only stayed one day so we did not get a chance to see the whole complex. Staff were helpful.

The staff was very friendly and they maintain a good campground. Amenities were clean and in working order. All sites were very accessible. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

Very nice facility but being a journey Wifi is very important for future planning and the wifi there is absolutely horrible. You can connect but can't use the internet.

Natural. Ridge KOA is a beautiful campground! Our site was a deluxe with patio; it included a beautiful table and chairs, a glider, a fire pit with a curved wooden seat around it for sitting round the fire- plus an enormous new looking stainless steel grill. The pad was flat and concrete. This is definitely a “destination campground”. We plan to return. The campground owners were wonderfu

I had an issue with my truck and staff was very helpful. Went out of their way to help me and I was able to get back on the road successfully. Thank you!!! Had a wonderful stay and really enjoy those new patio sites. Campground is very well taken care of and the owners are fantastic. Looking forward to future stays.

VMI parent's weekend is always hard to find a place to stay. This is the 2nd time I've booked a tent site for that weekend. Just what I need, a place to sleep and shower...that's it. And I love the fresh air and sounds of nature at night!! Definitely will come back anytime I'm in the area. Thank you for making it so easy and enjoyable to stay here!!!!

This is a very quiet and well kept campground, very small with a pool, a small playground and dog park, and a game room that really only had claw machines. The bathhouse was always clean and stocked. The employees were very friendly. Off property, the best places to go are the Natural Bridge and caverns and the Virginia Safari Park. There isn't much for kids to do but a very nice campground.

We just stayed one night but we really like your KOA. We have stayed there several times. It’s so easy to get to from the highway.

We stayed 2 nights at NB/LKOA on our way up north and again on our return home to NC. Both times we enjoyed meeting the staff and owner and were really impressed at how well the individual sites are layed out and easy to park in. We travel in a conversation van so level sites are real plus for us. We have stayed in a fair amount of KOAs & this is by far the nicest, we will return soon.

Campground was nicely maintained and all staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed the Halloween activities including the enchanted forest and the rock hunt. The goats and chicken were alot of fun to feed. Perfect location for nearby attractions.

Where our site was had a pretty steep incline coming down into the site. Sites are not huge but were a little bigger than the KOA we stayed at the night before this one. Not sure what the rest of the sites looked like since this was an overnight stop. All in all, we liked it.

On our most recent trip to Natural Bridge KOA, we only spent one night. However, that did not make our experience any less enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful, check in process a bréze, and the campsite was clean and super large. We'll definitely go back again!

The campground is very nice. My only gripe I have is that if you are going to offer WiFi it should be available at all sites in the campground.
