The new sites turned out really nice. This KOA has become a favorite for a one night stay while traveling to and from Sevierville TN.

The campground was great. It was well maintained, had a great pool and laundry facilities. Only two things I would recommend. Get better wi-fi if possible and once the new trees grow there will be more shade. It was a tad hot

Very friendly, and helpful staff. The campground is very clean, and they keep the trash picked up throughout the day. It really is one of my favorite places to stay. Very Dog friendly as well. -David, and Comet Jones

Very nice new sites available, it’s great to see this KOA invest in itself with lots of upgrades to their facilities. Easy on and off the interstate for a short stay.

1st stay was good except for mud from the heavy rains the day before. 2nd stay in site 80 was excellent. We will be back again.

1st site we tried was super uneven and made it difficult to level our rig. The next site provided was much better and more level.

Very peaceful and relaxing campground. Some of the sites are a little tight to get into, but the owners seem to take into account rig size. Nice to see alot of improvements going on.

Love Natural Bridge KOA, only issue was we had numerous ants along our interior baseboard. We know that they had just sprayed along the exterior but we think it drove them inside. We nderstand and we will be back.

We were not pleased with our site #14 as it was a bit short and there was a steep drop. It also looked like a heavy rain caused more issues with washing gravel away. My husband fell off that drop. Luckily he wasn’t hurt too bad. We were going to stop on our way back north, but now we are not too sure. The restrooms were clean and it looks like they are making a lot of improvements.

We LOVE it there! It’s so close to the safari. My sons love the chickens, and we were so EXCITED to see the added chickens this time. Thanks for the quick response of the bug in the cabin! � you saved my sanity! And allowed us to sleep peacefully that night. We will definitely be back! � Mom with 3 Boys

One of the nicest RV campgrounds we have stayed at. Deluxe RV accommodations/site layout were superb. An exceptionally clean and well maintained facility.

The road to get to my campsite was very hilly and banked poorly. My 40 ft motorhome felt like it was going to tip when escorted to my campsite. Larger rigs should not be sent to that site or on that road.

The KOA is conveniently located off of Interstate 81, south of Lexington. VA. The site where we spent four nights was level, clean and well designed. Unfortunately it was one of the few sites in the park which had virtually no shade. (Most of the other sites seemed to be quite shady). The staff was very pleasant and the entire facility is clean and well maintained.

Very nice facility. Clean park and easy access off the highway. Sites are nice. Appears many new concrete pads are being built. Staff very friendly and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful easy to find quiet KOA. It rained but our cabin porch provided perfect outdoor cover. Friendly staff. Very CLEAN, cabin, rest rooms and grounds.

We loved the location and the friendly staff. We realize that you are doing a lot of work with upgrades. Our only comment is the steep bank beside the trailer steps. My husband is somewhat handicapped and he had a terrible time trying to get onto the steps of the trailer to enter. We found the campground very quiet and peaceful.

We only came in for a over night while traveling, we called about 3 hrs before arrival and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got a delux site with gas grill, patio furniture on a beautiful deck, a easy leveling site and the property was very nice. Clean bathrooms and showers close by. We put this location on our return list when traveling back home. Thank you

Super easy tent camping with 3 young children couldnt have been any easier! the tent platform made set up, sleeping, and break down a breeze. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean and very friendly staff. Great access to all utilities which made our short stay very easy to set up and break down. Our family would recommend this park to anyone needing a 1 night stay or a 7 day relaxing getaway.

Staff very friendly and great with short notice reservation. Greeted with smiles which means a lot to us with hot weather and terrible traffic. In our motorhome we were put in site 95...back in, no sewer... agreed to in advance. Has to be worst site on property, lots of sticky clay, little gravel. Of course we saw several level sites with full hookups unused. Hate that. Friendly folks though

Awesome staff. Nice patio on our site. Love the goats & chickens. Clean bathrooms. Good showers. Convenient at site trash collection. Looking forward to seeing additional sites currently being created.

The campground has a lot of potential. Biggest problem was the mud, likely worse due to construction and roads washed out from recent rains. Cabin was cleaned "good enough" but fridge had not been cleaned and crumbs laid around areas such as microwave. The furniture and counters are basic and beginning to show wear such as delamination with counter tops. Staff was polite.
