Great camp Ground, very quite. Right off the freeway. Just an over night. They had a nice Trail set up with a game for Halloween. My dog and I enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again.

My stay was for only one night as I traveled north on Rt 81. The location is excellent for quick, convenient access. Check-in was quick and efficient. The site was clean and level. The sites (in my row) are "parking lot" style with one next to the other with little distance between - good for a one night stay. Nice campground, but recommend sites on the perimeter

I've been traveling the country since retiring a bit ago, and have stayed at a number of different KOAs across the country. This KOA is, by far, the nicest one I've stayed at. Very clean, awesome management, and I think it's also the least expensive one I camped at. I strongly recommend that you check this KOA out.

Nice campground. Our lot was all gravel. Made it seem like we were camping at a rock quarry. Would have liked to see a little more outdoor greenery.

Our site was not the best. There was no grassy area and not much level space to put chairs to sit. Other sites in the park looked nicer so I would return if I could request a specific site. Staff was friendly and the campground was in a nice setting.

Loved the deck st my site. So relaxing we didn't leave to go to Natural Bridge.

enjoyed the stay, site was last one available, a little narrow but had to take what was left at that time. No problem.

It was a wonderful place! Very clean the staff was friendly and polite. Only issue my husband and I had and the reason we cut our stay short by a day was the fact that our neighbor had decided that at 9 pm they where going to let their son ride his motorized car up and down the gravel in front of our site and again at 6 in the morning. We decided to leave that Saturday before 12.

Loved watching the kids hayride and trick or treating had fun handing out candy. So nice of owners to do that for them. We enjoyed watching and had no kids with us. Campground nice people nice. Loved it

Really beautiful setting for a campground. We had a wonderful trip. Lots to see in the area and the campground was A-1.

This KOA is very convenient to highway, with polite staff. I appreciated the escort to my site, and trash pick up. The check-in building was not handicap accessible.

We were only there for a quick one night stay, but we were met by very helpful staff who had stayed open late for us.

The camp ground was very nice. Lots of construction going on. Our dog got sick and then a dog a few campers got sick. The most horrible part was no Wi-Fi - the we are traveling and working so the was miserable!!! No excuse for that in this time. The bridge was wonderful!!

The fiber optic cable for the camp's internet had been cut earlier in the day, so we didn't have WiFi for a significant portion of our stay. Our campsite was fairly downhill and sidehill, which made getting our RV level a bit of a challenge, but it was flatter than most of the other spots we say in the campground. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, campsite was clean and quiet.

Overall, I'd camp here again. During our most recent visit, they had a problem with internet service being out (not their problem), and Verizon coverage was sketchy during the day. Lots of transient traffic as it is close to I-77.

Very crowded and the sites are one on top of the other. Pull through site required much maneuvering to find the most level part, which was most certainly not level. Crappy unusual east WiFi. Overpriced for what you got.

Pros- • Clean, most everything is new and upgraded • Well Maintained • Multiple bathrooms • Very “KOA” branded • Nice decorations for holidays Cons- • No diner, hot food, fudge, or fresh ice cream A really nice KOA - this is what got us back into staying at KOA campgrounds again, very nice, clean, and usually quiet.

We loved your campground, it was very clean and loved the trails for walking our dog. The only issue we had is where we were parked at. When we opened our slides it went to their table. The first night they were there they were talking so loud at 11:15 I finally went outside and asked them to be quite. The next night it was 11:00 before their party broke up. From the moment we arrived you could see the cleanliness and organization of the park. Check in was a breeze, LP gas fill before getting to our site, then the golf cart escort made this an enjoyable stay. The site was level, clean and the pull through approach easy. Garbage pick up in the am was a plus, and the showers, restrooms and laundry were exceptional. Great location as well.

Our stay started great. But when I fell and had the EMS unit from Bedford, Va. help me at Peaks of Otter and had to go home and cut our stay by two days, the KOA refused to refund my last two days fees. NOT NICE KOA.

Campground was ok…there is a four day minimum. They allowed me to stay two days in the deluxe site…nothing was deluxe about it.
