Nice site friendly people back off the highway but unfortunately you can still hear they traffic. The escorts were spot on and the office was well prepared. Nice stop on the way to Red /bay

Very friendly and attentive staff. Easy in and out. Conveniently located to the local attractions. Didn’t take advantage of the amenities so no info to give good or bad there. WIFI cut in and out but staff warned us ahead of time it may be the case. There was cable for entertainment.

We stayed for one night on our way home to PA. Pull through site was nice and spacious. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful campground. We only stay a night passing through. It is full of trees and tiered sites.

We were very impressed with the landscape & campsite setup & beautiful cabins. The restrooms & laundry room were immaculate! You have certainly dispelled any negative reputation of KOA from the past. Kudos to you & your staff!!

About the only good thing about this KOA Campground is ease to I-81. The site I was given was not level, more than 4" from side to side. The sewer connection was too high, had a difficult time dumping my grey and black tanks. The men's restroom, urinals are mounted too high, I'm 6'2", and had difficulties, I can't imagine my grandsons using them. This is one campground that I will avoid.

Entrance & Exit were very easy. Friendly check in process. Level pull through lot. Nice nature walking trail & dog park. WIFI wasn't great, but adequate. Cable TV made up for it!

This park is beautifully designed, very well built, and meticulously maintained. The owners are extremely helpful and accommodating and are very nice people. We store our Airstream here when we’re home and then move it to a full-hookup site for several days when preparing to travel. Seems like a great place for families (our kids are grownup and moved away). Great location too.

This was the second time we stayed overnight at Natural Bridge KOA. Both times we were headed further south and could only stay a night. The first time was in October when we were on our way to Gatlinburg. This time was January on our way to Louisiana. I want to plan a week here in the late spring/early summer. It looks like a great park and convenient to a lot of outdoor activities.

We always enjoy our stopovers at this family owned KOA. The folks are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and attractive.

This was the best KOA we've stayed at so far! The staff and site we camped at were great! I would definitely go back!!! We had lunch in Lexington and then went to the Natural Bridge. A chilly January day, but we were the only people walking the trail to the Natural Bridge, which was nice and peacful!

Loved this KOA, Put this one on my Favorite's list. Nice and Quite here. Right off of Rt. 81. Staff was Excellent. Bathrooms Clean. Nice Dog Park with plenty of places to walk my dog. Wasn't expecting 3" of Snow while I was there, but made the Scenery very Beautiful. Looking forward in staying here again next year.

We stayed at KOA Natural Bridge on our first night of our trip and, 24 days later, our last night. Camp hosts were the friendliest! Everywhere was clean, bathrooms in great shape and smiles & waves from staff. Appreciate everyone making us feel welcomed, remembered and valued! Thank You Mike!

We had to come in late due to horrible weather, about 8 hours late. The kind folks at at Natural Bridge KOA went above and beyond the call to ensure that we were taken care of! Ms. Cary made it all happen for my family! Coming back soon!

a very nice well kept park, there could be a little more limestone and level the sites. this would make the park perfect. The people in the office were so nice and helpful. Great stay.

the temperature dropped to something the outside warwe froze no water in the moornng, no one around to report this problem, there were three of us right in a row same issue

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

When it drops below freezing the water will freeze. We don't have any magic in our arsenal to prevent that. Our water lines are heat taped but if you do not have a heated hose you have to turn the water off and disconnect your hose overnight. The joys of winter camping!!

We only stayed one night while traveling, got their late and someone came to help us find our site and get us in. The campground looked beautiful in the morning before we left, we would definitely stop there again.
