We stayed two nights on our way south from PA to Florida. We were in part of the campground that is new. A very nice campsite. Easy in and out and far enough from Rte 81 that you don't hear any road noise. We will make this a regular stop as we travel back and forth to our resort in Florida.

Nice campground. The new campsites are really nice although more expensive. Nice staff. We will stay there again for sure.

arrived late and in the dark. site was ok for an overnight stay. unfortunately needed to cancel returning trip and lost our deposit which was our daily rate. I would have thought KOA Rewards users would have had a less severe impact for cancelations. not sure if that is a KOA issue or site. Folks were very helpful upon arrival.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

KOA National policy is any RV site cancelled within 48 hours of arrival is a loss of deposit.You cancelled in the afternoon on the day of your arrival so you were well within the cancellation window. Same-day cancellations do not give us enough time to re-book your site.

It was an overnight stay breaking our trip from down South in 1/2. We stayed here last year and will most likely stay again next year. Service and hospitality was excellent.

This was our second visit. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Site was excellent. Campground improvements from our trip just over a year ago made for a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff. Easy to get to off of 81! Beautiful area. Campsite was kept clean . Wide site for pull thru 5th wheel . We would definitely go back .

We arrived late due to a traffic accident delaying us. I had booked the wrong date. They quickly fixed my error and escorted us to our site. Great people work there.

Forth stay and will return. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean and neat, with upgrades in progress and on going.

While only there for one night, We were impressed. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and fun; very willing to help with anything we needed. The store had a multitude of items, both practical and entertaining. The grounds well kept and woodsy, which we love. The bath and laundry facilities clean and in working order. We appreciated the terracing so each site had a view. Will be back!

What a wonderful KOA! We were making our way from New Hampshire to Big Pine Key and decided to use KOA's as much as possible. We are so glad we made that decision! Every KOA we've stayed at on this trip (as well as in the past) has exceeded our expectations. The staff at Lexington/Natural Bridge are very good at what they do and should be commended.

This campground is amazing….when you get odd I81 S you exit and go straight across the road and you are there.. you have to see yourself how nice this place is

We enjoyed every aspect. The staff was very friendly, the grounds were well maintained. Unfortunately because of the temps and the time of year we did not take advantage of the offerings. The chickens and goats were a nice added touch.

The Premier spots are excellent. Pull thru had plenty of room, grill, fire pit, and pad were superior.

Had a great stay! The view of the mountains during peak colors of fall was amazing. Lots to do for kids, they had a blast feeding the chickens and goats. Will definitely be coming back.

It is hard to say since we were only there one night. The campground was convenient to Natural Bridge State Park, which was our destination. It appeared to have a lot of activities for family time.

Forget WiFi. It doesn't work. At all. This location has done little to nothing to try to improve their WiFi service over the last few years. Many KOAs have realized that this issue is very high on the list of customer complaints and have taken significant steps to improve the service; these folks apparently haven't. I will give them kudos for the new campsites they have provided, but fix WiFi.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Just FYI,it is not that we haven't tried to improve it-it is that there is NO high speed internet in our area yet.There is a grant, hopefully to be approved at the beginning of '22, to bring fiber to our area in this rural location. Cell service is good.High speed isn't a given nationwide just yet.

We only stayed one night as we were just passing through, but we had a very nice stay. The campground is well kept kept and very clean. Our sight was spacious and not too near the campers on either side. We needed propane and the staff came to our site so we could setup, took our tanks and filled them and then brought them back to us. Would stay here again.
