This was just an ok KOA. The internet kept going in and out. There isn't a dog park to free run, just a spot in the corner. The KOA is in a residential area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Bathhouse always clean and with good hot water in the showers. Wifi was strong but occasionally would go out. Staff reset promptly and were helpful. Not a scenic location but a clean, safe campground in a convenient location near New Orleans. Would be great if they would restart shuttle to downtown (hint, hint :)

This koa had very friendly staff. The park was clean and maintained. But unlike others it had residential houses ,no dog park,the showers are like barracks.

Great location for seeing New Orleans. Park feels safe and secure. Bathrooms are always clean somehow. Workers are friendly and helpful. Nice park. Good value.

Cindy was an amazing host. The cabin we had was absolutely awesome. Can not say enough good things about the staff. They were extremely friendly and very willing to give local advice. Any future visits to New Orleans will include the KOA.

Extremely helpful staff. Sites have plenty of room for your trailer and truck. Good internet. Nice laundry room and bathrooms. Individual shower rooms (old but private - lots of hot water)

People were nice. The fact that they had someone guide us through backing in, was FABULOUS! The spot itself was a bit muddier than we would have liked, but we were near the restrooms. (our trailer doesn't have one, so this was very nice, to be close). They didn't seem to have any "extras" as far as community hang outs or activities. But we were fine for what we needed.

Such friendly staff at the store!! So helpful with where to go and what to see! We really enjoyed our stay here, and we will definitely stay here again if we come to this area for camping!

I can’t believe this park even qualifies as a KOA. Really no place to walk dogs. Spaces are close together. This place is tiny. Not a chance would we stay here again.

The staff was friendly and professional. They helped us back into our spot which was very helpful. It’s clean and well maintained. A short drive to downtown New Orleans. There are train tracks close by and the noise takes getting used to, especially at night. We would stay here again

There for overnight stay. All went well. Easy to get to off I-10. They do need to let visitors know only 1way in and out! Need to update key map with that. Thank you.

Area around the New Orleans KOA was a little suspect. Additionally the office staff were not very accommodating.I called six months in advance of our stay and requested that we be placed in a site next to the family we were traveling with, and I was told by the office staff that it was taken care of. When we arrived the office staff informed me that we did not have sites next to each other.

We stayed here for a week but had to leave early because of a family emergency. Everyone was completely understanding and hospitable. The grounds were great. My only complaint would be the train noise. Great stay!

Bathrooms are clean and well lite. Wonderful laundry room with working machines. Large playground with lots of room to play for the kids!

Great place to stay! The grounds are neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again for sure. You may see reviews about the neighborhood location. It's “in town” but is fine, and you can't tell while your in the park. The shuttle service is supposed to be running soon. We drove (our dually truck) to the parking lot at the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour/city transportation (I highly suggest it for getting around town all day), basically at the French Quarter. Use Williams Blvd from I10 to get to the campground (most room/height for pulling our 40' 5er).

Clean Neat and all around great folks running the place. Close to grocery store Mississippi River Levy to walk or ride bike. Will stay there again
