Trains were a buzz kill blaring their horns starting at 5 am. Would like to see a coin changer for the laundry room. Other then that it was clean and nice people.

Stayed in March 2021. Front desk ladies were great, provided helpful info. Rest of staff not as friendly as other KOA’s. Road pretty bumpy, needs repaving. Sites relatively short, but looked like big rigs fit in the middle. Pretty noisy with main road and neighborhood behind. Easy walk over to levee bike/walking path along the Mississippi.

We had a wonderful three night stay in the middle of March. Even on a Friday and Saturday night the campground was very quiet. The facilities were extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and it was a very enjoyable stay would highly recommend New Orleans KOA Campground To any one

This KOA is one of the best we've ever stayed in. Not only is it close to everything, but VERY clean and well maintained. Mike and his crew are top notch! You feel like family the whole time, weather your dealing with Mike or one of the grounds crew or even someone in the office. Will return soon!! Thanks for the wonderful time!!!

This is a lovely campground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Sites are nice. Laundry facilities are great. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Facilities were clean and all the employees were friendly. The location was great, it was just 20 minutes away from New Orleans. The only drawback was the noisy neighbors on the other side of the KOA park fence.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The site is situated great for access to New Orleans and other stops of interest in the New Orleans. We will definitely stay again when we return to New Orleans.

Our stay was fine. Getting there was on narrow streets which was nerve racking as we tow a Jeep. Staff were pleasant.

Stayed the months and was pleased with the staff. Very friendly and kept the campground clean and orderly. Felt safe with security 24/7.

Spacious sites and convience of propane fills along with ease of finding Campground add to the rating of the facility, but area noise was what kept it from a 10.

Great location with easy access to New Orleans. Cement pad and level lots with picnic table. Tight backing in and out when hooked up, roads pretty narrow. Clean laundry and decent wifi

This was a very welcoming park. Clean, friendly & very helpful management. Bathrooms were exceptional. Great location for activities in downtown New Orleans.

Two nights ! Excellent park... staff friendly and ever present... bathrooms, showers and laundry all very nice! $30-40 on Uber into French quarter during Covid... not crowded and still fun and fitting with a mask!

Poorest KOA we've ever used. Uneven and broken concrete pads, incredibly low and tight clearances. Trees where they should not be. Surrounded by "no truck" streets. Staff was great, but facilities were not.

The “premium patio” site was nothing more than a reg site with a patio table on it. The location was not great. There were strange cars parked in front of our site that we later found out were EMP cars. The site was not rented after us and we asked to stay an hour or two past checkout. A grumpy woman in the off said it would be 5.00/hr. Not friendly or flexible. We won’t be back. very “u

The location is accessible to parks and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and they monitor the park during the night, which is comforting.

Our stay at New Orleans campground was supposed to be for only one night but we ended up staying 7 nights due to RV problems. The staff at the KOA was very helping in assisting us. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were very clean. Recommendation was received from KOA staff for Jim Jrs auto repair. We highly recommend this shop for dependable honest service. Definitely 5 star experience

This is a nice campground that is convenient to New Orleans (about 30 minutes). Most sites have trees so it feels like a rural campground even though you're in the suburbs. I also recommend Dot's Diner down the road for delicious & convenient food.

Too far from Bourbon Street. The trains are so loud and run all night! In a sketchy old neighborhood. Doesn’t measure up to other KOAs. Staff was very friendly.

Need to be able to give min cash back like 10.00 in cash at purchase so can use laundry with out going to a bank for cash .

Great place to stay! The grounds are neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again for sure. You may see reviews about the neighborhood location. It's “in town” but is fine, and you can't tell while your in the park. The shuttle service is supposed to be running soon. We drove (our dually truck) to the parking lot at the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour/city transportation (I highly suggest it for getting around town all day), basically at the French Quarter. Use Williams Blvd from I10 to get to the campground (most room/height for pulling our 40' 5er).

Clean Neat and all around great folks running the place. Close to grocery store Mississippi River Levy to walk or ride bike. Will stay there again
