The tent sites are really nice and private. The bathrooms are very clean. Otherwise, this is not a good place to stay. It is in a dangerous neighborhood, and there are vagrants walking the streets. There is no security at the entrance. It is also SUPER loud all night due to trains and speeding cars.

We had a lovely time. We walked the levee and found a great place to picnic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Park was well taken care of. We would stop here again.

First time camping at 72 years old. Kids had their camper and I stayed in the cabin. Wonderful stay and cabin was super. Couldn’t be any cleaner and close to pool and facilities. Because of covid had a 15 minute ride in car to the St Charles Station to get trolley. Free parking and trolley was only $3 for all day. Doreen was great getting us checked in. Highly recommended

Check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly. We were escorted to our site, and the attendant waited to make sure there were no problems.

A good place to stay while visiting New Orleans, not too far from the city but away from hectic. Has a nice laundry facility, dog park is behind a house. WiFi worked great for us in spot 88. Friendly & helpful staff. Mike is a super nice guy, thanks Mike! We will stay here again on our travels when we come through.

Gem of a find for a campground, especially since it is rear the Mississippi River and the French Quarter, Uptown, Audubon Zoo, etc. Clean campground, showers and restrooms. Well managed KOA, one of the best KOAs we've ever been in. We camped here in a 28 foot trailer, back in spot the weekend of October 30-31 20202.

All of the staff are helpful and considerate, the park is nice and quiet, the showers and laundry areas are clean and conveniently located.

I arrived one day after hurricane Zeta hit. The power was off all over the region. Much fallen debris from the trees. The staff worked very hard and cleaned up the park over the next few days. Friendly staff even checked on us to see if everything was fine. Thanks

The staff was so nice and the facilities were very clean. Unfortunately the train passing loudly throughout the night meant we got no sleep.

Even after a storm hit the day before my arrival, the campground was tidy and my cabin was perfectly clean as was the area outside of it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

Staff very helpful & nice. Helped me get backed in. 4 issues: 1)no pull thru's 2)how crowded the spots are 3) I was charged reg online rate & told it was discounted but wasn't, tax maybe? 4) ck/out is early at 11:30. Didn't know & was moving stg unit when called & told it was $5 p/hr to go over. Wasn't charged for overage but never had any KOA say that,or have that policy or, such early check out

Great location, well maintained sites, clean big bathroom with multiple showers and friendly staff. Love this place and hope to be back one day.

We arrived at NOLA KOA the day after Hurricane Zeta hit the area to downed trees and no power, restored later that night. given the power outages and uncertain accessibility we opted to leave the following morning. The owner contacted us to make sure we had no issues and even refunded our second night without us asking. Highly recommend for customer service!

Nice staff, came out in rain to fix our electric pedestal. Needs some updating but seems they are working on it. Unfortunately we left a day early because of the hurricane.

Nice campground with great amenities. We didn’t use the pool or laundry, but we did enjoy really good tv and WiFi. What made this park great is the people. They are all super nice and helpful. Thanks to Melody for watching our dog. We left him in good hands while we explored. Would have stayed longer but had to leave due to Zeta.

Nice and clean with VERY friendly staff. Nice store. A little far from downtown if ubering. Not much space to enjoy being outside, and limited WiFi.

We stayed 2 nights on our way home from a 3 week road trip. The people were very nice and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained and the sites were level. It's located near the individual area and the area could be better but we felt very safe.

The road near was quite loud but camp staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The facility is well-maintained and clean. We stayed in one of the lots that have patio furniture which was amazing for us. We use the laundry facility as well very clean and stocked. We also use the swimming pool the kids loved it. And we use the dog park which was awesome to allow a dog to be in there.

Quiet, super clean and nice restrooms, the showers are great. Very close to whatever you want to do/eat. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! The grounds are neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again for sure. You may see reviews about the neighborhood location. It's “in town” but is fine, and you can't tell while your in the park. The shuttle service is supposed to be running soon. We drove (our dually truck) to the parking lot at the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour/city transportation (I highly suggest it for getting around town all day), basically at the French Quarter. Use Williams Blvd from I10 to get to the campground (most room/height for pulling our 40' 5er).

Clean Neat and all around great folks running the place. Close to grocery store Mississippi River Levy to walk or ride bike. Will stay there again
