The location was very nice - the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me back into the spot and even gave us recommendations on what to go see and do while we were there. When we bought propane they took the tank from us, filled it up, and brought it back to our spot. The only reason we are giving 4/5 stars is there were some significant potholes in the driveway.

The price is very expensive 90$ per day because it’s the Mardi Gras but we were a 30 minutes from French quartier, the personnel are very gentil but the train and airplane are very noisy and the camping is poor

We were told prior we could pay separate by couple for the cabin yet when we arrived we were told to make one payment. this is stressful because we inquired.

The washrooms and showers were nice, clean facilities. Doreen was very helpful in providing suggestions as to what to see and how to get around. The only negative is the fact that there does not seem to be any enforcement of parking off the road. People just left their vehicles parked in front of their rigs, encroaching on the common roadway. This made manoeuvring with a trailer difficult.

Nice place to stay. We felt safe and secure. Large sites and close to all the sites in New Orleans.

Greg and Chad were very helpful during our stay. Very well kept facilities. We will be back once the shuttle to NOLA is back in operation

The cable tv is still quite fuzzy. The super bowl was hard to watch!

First time at a KOA and was VERY impressed. Super clean (that’s saying something for New Orleans) and the staff was very friendly. There was a nice grocery store a few blocks east and an Uber to Bourbon St was only 30$. Already rescheduled for later this year.

I like KOA’s the staff is always friendly and helpful. New Orleans KOA is older and not as well equipped with amenities.

Great location. Great staff. Good price. The train horns are a bit bothersome but all in all, a good, safe place to stay for visiting New Orleans.

Nice, clean park but the noise from the highway made it impossible to enjoy being outside. We planned on 2 nights but left after 1 day.

Nice park. Sites are not crowded too closely. Electrical power towers along the row where our site was located (site #49) must have been recently installed or replaced because the trenches were still very muddy and our tower was very precarious. It wanted to fall over. Our family's site (#48) was the same. Other than that, the park is very nice. Nearby train tracks provided plenty of noise 24/

Didn’t like where cars had to park. Road became too narrow. Loved trash being picked up at the site. Friendly employees.

The only problem was a water pump pumping water one night. I believe you need this whenever you lose power but whenever you have power you should consider an electric pump it would make it nicer for the people close to those sites.

Nice park. Spots are pretty close to each other, but great location, easy access and GREAT staff.

Great place! Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ll definitely stay there again. The grounds are clean and relatively quiet (it is “in town”).

We were safe after first wondering if the neighborhood was safe. It is a great location for doing things downtown like WW2 museum and French Quarter. And the drive in in St Charles street was beautiful.

Great place to stay! The grounds are neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again for sure. You may see reviews about the neighborhood location. It's “in town” but is fine, and you can't tell while your in the park. The shuttle service is supposed to be running soon. We drove (our dually truck) to the parking lot at the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour/city transportation (I highly suggest it for getting around town all day), basically at the French Quarter. Use Williams Blvd from I10 to get to the campground (most room/height for pulling our 40' 5er).
