Great stay! Don't recall his name, but one of the rangers (younger guy) did a great job in helping me back into our spot, best we've ever had. The store had a nice selection of items for purchase, they were in the process of building new fire pits that looked really nice, would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you!

Very clean and neat RV Park. Fairly Large Concrete Pads easy back in sites. The folks that work in the office are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again .

Everything is in line with our expectations. It's clean, the neighborhood is pleasant and it's close to beautiful sites to visit.

Sites and hookups were accommodating and the staff there is excellent. Only drawback is that is is located in a rough section of town and the perimeter of the campground needs some work. No camp K-9 anymore either. Another example of how hurricanes impact certain areas.

We only stayed 1 night but we felt the campground to be safe and clean. The showers were great and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The staff at the New Orleans KOA were very friendly, and they were continuously working on cleaning up and improving the property while we were there. The only negative is that it is quite close to very busy train tracks and the conductors would blow their horms for 5-6 minutes straight at all hours of the day and night.

The hosts at the desk were excellent! Truly the best I've ever seen. Went out of their way to be helpful when we requested to stay another day.

We didn’t have a nice spot for a 15 days stay. For long stay we have preferred a concrete spot. The shouhers need to be improved ( not so clean and many hooks not fixed). The staff was really kind and we also appreciate that the garbage were empty frequently

Despite the fact the area was still recovering from recent hurricanes, the staff and management were exceptionally wonderful folks and the ground were clean, spotless, and quiet. Best of all, the laundry facility was without a doubt the cleanest and most well kept of any KOA we stayed at. KUDOS to the entire team. We will be coming back.

The campground is very nice. I only saw one bath house but it was sufficient for our needs. The laundry is very conveniently located and inexpensive. It's also well maintained. I've been here before, I will come back again.

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful, and the campground is very well maintained. Campsites are tight with no privacy between. The biggest complaint is the terrible amount of area noise, particularly trains running 24/7 and loud blaring of their horns. The site was not a good choice for a KOA. Would not recommend for mainly the noise issues.

It was an unfriendly parking lot for people with trailers. Not a super safe neighborhood either.

The staff there are amazing. The office/store has fun items and necessity items. It is a very clean and quiet park about 23 min. drive to New Orleans. We very much enjoyed our stay.

In the city. Not very nice. No amenities The also try to use every inch of space,sites are very close to each other. Also a lot of people who live in the park. It definitely wasn't a holiday koa We will not return.

Very nice, and well kept with a freindly staff. Had to stay two extra days because of truck problems and they were very accommodating in my time of need, thanks to the staff of the KOA .

Not my favorite KOA. It's about 20 minutes away from New Orleans proper. It's very loud-planes overhead and trains coming through all hours of the day and night. The campground roads are torn up and need repair. Appears to be several people living here. On the positive side, the place felt safe(which is important for NO) and our site was paved(not all of them are).

Hello, Everyone was so nice in the office. What we liked most about the park is that everyone around had respect for each other and nobody was loud or stayed up all night.

Nice large level cement pads. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Exceptionally clean and large laundry and bathrooms. Only about 10 miles from New Orleans attractions.

Everything fine however, wifi never would work and so we couldnt watch any tv and we had a couple of grandkids with us.

It was a great stay. The park was nice but the staff was exceptional. They even hosted a Christmas Day dinner for those with no relatives in the area. The showers was clean and had adequate water pressure. The only drawback, if any was that this park has no pull thrus, which is my preference. I definitely will stay there again.

Great place to stay! The grounds are neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again for sure. You may see reviews about the neighborhood location. It's “in town” but is fine, and you can't tell while your in the park. The shuttle service is supposed to be running soon. We drove (our dually truck) to the parking lot at the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour/city transportation (I highly suggest it for getting around town all day), basically at the French Quarter. Use Williams Blvd from I10 to get to the campground (most room/height for pulling our 40' 5er).

Clean Neat and all around great folks running the place. Close to grocery store Mississippi River Levy to walk or ride bike. Will stay there again
