I was super impressed with all the staff and their willingness to guide us through questions about New Orleans. Cindy, in particular, stood out as a tremendous asset for the KOA’s guests.

We were charged double for a 1 night stay due to a cancellation made at closing and then calling to reinstate the reservation as soon as the office opened the next morning. We were not told at the time that the charge would be double. Very disappointing since the KOA in Lake Charles managed to reinstate our reservation with no penalty at all.

Clean, convenient and friendly. good information on city and nearby points of interest. Make sure you get to Dot's Diner for breakfast!

Love KOA's and this is no exception. Nice pool, showers and store. They just need more doggie bag stands that are accessible. KOA is near all the New Orleans fun!

Great location - they gave us directions for how to get into the city. Very helpful people - they helped us back into the site. Nice pool. Very dog friendly.

Site number 96 was in very bad shape. It was the worst in the park. We were there for 5 days and there were other, better sites that stayed empty the whole time. You would think that if someone was staying that many days you would give them a descent site so the eould want to return. Plus we asked for a tree and I think it was about the only site without a tree.

Excellent campground. When we checked in during a huge downpour, a worker helped us back our trailer up. Everyone was very helpful and we got excellent advice regarding the St. Charles Streetcar. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure! I don't remember the names if those who helped us but you are awesome! Thank you!!

Roads within campground were horrible, our electric kept tripping (eventually was fixed), the dog park was just a dirt patch, mold in dog water dish. WAY WAY too expensive for what this campground offers. Cable went out for days. I would never ever stay at this KOA again. I’ve stayed at plenty of KOA’s and you should be ashamed of yourselves for failing so miserably to maintain KOA standards.

We've been staying at KOA's throughout our married life. (35 years). In everything from a tent, popup, mini home, and now cabins. We normally have just a basic cabin. This was our first time in the deluxe cabin. really enjoyed it .

We got in late and were still helped immediately. The cabin was so cute and comfy. And they gave us a parking spot for our big skoolie! We will definitely be back!

Folks were nice. Able to get propane. Hook ups were functional. Close to downtown. Easy to get Uber. Laundry room is air conditioned.

I have traveled with my 2 grandkids (16 & 13) each year, except 2020, for the past 5 yrs. & we always choose KOA. The facilities & staff at all the KOA's are outstanding. The campgrounds are always well maintained. I may pay a little more but I get so much more.

A well kept RV Park. It’s about a half hour from New Orleans The pool is small, but clean. The rec building has TVs and a football table. The k9 dog run is behind the rec building. This building is a blue old house. Nice staff. Stayed 4 days.

Great place to stay! The grounds are neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again for sure. You may see reviews about the neighborhood location. It's “in town” but is fine, and you can't tell while your in the park. The shuttle service is supposed to be running soon. We drove (our dually truck) to the parking lot at the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour/city transportation (I highly suggest it for getting around town all day), basically at the French Quarter. Use Williams Blvd from I10 to get to the campground (most room/height for pulling our 40' 5er).

Clean Neat and all around great folks running the place. Close to grocery store Mississippi River Levy to walk or ride bike. Will stay there again
