The lady who checked me in was full of information. I wanted to know how to get to the French Quarters on public transportation. She gave me all the details. It was a great stay.

Roads are bad ....and it rained alot so had water standing everywhere.....but the team had pumps going and got them under control.......friendly staff......roads are horrible

This was our 2nd time to stay here within a 2 week time frame. First visit was a great experience. This last visit we arrived really. The paperwork and directions were very helpful. But the pull thru site was extremely hard to get in. But overall this KOA is a great campground from the swimming pool to the showers.

The paved sites and very clean facility made our trip very memorable. The KOA Staff we’re very professional and helpful when getting in and out of our spot. We’ll be back!

We stayed in other KOAs and this one had the least activities to do for the kids ... and very small .. other than that the staff was amazing! very knowledgeable and kind

First time camping and everyone in the camp was amazing, especially Greg on how to connect everything and to guide us into our spot. He also recommended us certain areas around New Orleans.

Amazing staff! Fourth of July weekend- they were fully booked, therefore, I could not make a reservation on line. By chance I called and asked if there were any cancellations, they said they’d call if there were any. Within FIVE a minutes Cindy called me back and I was in route from another inferior campground in the area. Once we were at KOA, our holiday definitely brightened up! Thank you!

We stay at the New Orleans KOA 2 or 3 times a year. This is a gem for people who like to camp, the employees are the kindest most helpful people, we are always welcomed with smiles. The park is well maintained, the pool is a great refresher on those hot NOLA days. We can't say enough about how nice this park is, so we will just keep coming back :) Thanks!

It’s a clean resort with a nice little pool. All the amenities for you and your kids and pets. There is also a nice gentleman that will wash your motor home or trailer.

We were charged double for a 1 night stay due to a cancellation made at closing and then calling to reinstate the reservation as soon as the office opened the next morning. We were not told at the time that the charge would be double. Very disappointing since the KOA in Lake Charles managed to reinstate our reservation with no penalty at all.

Love KOA's and this is no exception. Nice pool, showers and store. They just need more doggie bag stands that are accessible. KOA is near all the New Orleans fun!

Great location - they gave us directions for how to get into the city. Very helpful people - they helped us back into the site. Nice pool. Very dog friendly.

Site number 96 was in very bad shape. It was the worst in the park. We were there for 5 days and there were other, better sites that stayed empty the whole time. You would think that if someone was staying that many days you would give them a descent site so the eould want to return. Plus we asked for a tree and I think it was about the only site without a tree.

Excellent campground. When we checked in during a huge downpour, a worker helped us back our trailer up. Everyone was very helpful and we got excellent advice regarding the St. Charles Streetcar. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure! I don't remember the names if those who helped us but you are awesome! Thank you!!

Roads within campground were horrible, our electric kept tripping (eventually was fixed), the dog park was just a dirt patch, mold in dog water dish. WAY WAY too expensive for what this campground offers. Cable went out for days. I would never ever stay at this KOA again. I’ve stayed at plenty of KOA’s and you should be ashamed of yourselves for failing so miserably to maintain KOA standards.

Great place to stay! The grounds are neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again for sure. You may see reviews about the neighborhood location. It's “in town” but is fine, and you can't tell while your in the park. The shuttle service is supposed to be running soon. We drove (our dually truck) to the parking lot at the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour/city transportation (I highly suggest it for getting around town all day), basically at the French Quarter. Use Williams Blvd from I10 to get to the campground (most room/height for pulling our 40' 5er).

Clean Neat and all around great folks running the place. Close to grocery store Mississippi River Levy to walk or ride bike. Will stay there again
