Staff was wonderful. Fairly priced stay. However compared to the Deer Park, NY location, the lots are not nearly spaced out enough. Neighboring campers within a few feet, staff cutting grass, making noise, hardly a relaxing feeling. In addition my view was a bunch of boat trailers. Not really the “in the woods” feeling I was expecting.

Everyone was very friendly and the glamping site had even more amenities than listed it's the perfect place for a short camping trip we will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly, site was beautiful, bathrooms were clean. The location is near hiking trails, the beach, and shopping, which are my 3 favorite things to do!!!

Park assistants were pretty pleasant and helpful, camping area clean and quiet, definitely would recommend and will return.

Nice step away during the pandemic. Staff was great, stopping by our sit and chatting from a distance making sure we were having a good time. Great to be close to the beach and nice hiking/biking trails. No full hook ups but honey wagon and dump station available. Definitely will come back!

Our stay was fantastic, the campground looks amazing, It was well kept sanitized the crew kept up with it all weekend. Thanks to Sally & John for such a great 3 sites for my family. Bubbles, John, Paul, Bob, Gloria rock that campground.

From start to finish our stay couldn't have been better! We thoroughly enjoyed the campground and the hosts were so accommodating helping us stay in a close proximity to our friends. We needed a hose for our grey water and they were more than helpful loaning us one. Firewood was delivered (twice!) and always with a smile. The morning paper was a nice, appreciated touch. We'll be back for sure!

Amidst the COVID19 regulations, the niantic KOA still managed to provide an extremely hospitable and enjoyable stay. We were greeted with complimentary newspapers on our steps every morning, they hosted creative scavenger hunts to keep kids entertained, and their service was hands down the best we have ever seen at any campground. Kudos to John and Bubbles for their hospitality and kindness!

This was our first campground we have ever been to with our first camper. The entire staff was awesome. John was always out and about seeing if we needed anything. He was a huge part in making our stay awesome. We will be back again for sure.

Everyone was wonderful. Park is nice. However was very disappointed with the gray water option. We did not have the proper ends to use. Thought price was high.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! All the people were extremely helpful and courteous!! Only issue was the seasonal sites were really run down. We will be back!!

Sotes are much closer to each other than I expected.Staff was excellent, friendly, resposive, and fun too. Having staff at the dumping station was great!Faster, easier and made up for no sewer at the site.

My site was nice, but my H20 psi was awful. Staff would ask if we needed anything, and I mentioned my poor H20 pressure. He kept saying they've received complaints about that site. He said they have 40 psi. I went to Lowes and bought a pressure guage. I measured it at just over 25psi. When I mentioned it to the staff, he suggested I fill my tank and use my pump. I paid for a water hookup.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I apologize and believe we found the cause for the lower pressure on your street in the park. We repaired an underground water line leak and that seems to have fixed the problem. Have a great summer and stay safe

Campground has been much improved from last visit! They’ve worked hard to clean & upgrade it!! Several campers worked nights and campground workers were inconsiderate, mowing & yelling to each other when near those campers. There were,indeed several times of it. There are double standard; owners allowed their dog to be unleashed but we are required to keep our dogs leashed & owners speed in park

So grateful they would take us as we worked to get home in the face of the pandemic. Clearly wonderfully situated in a great area, albeit the campground itself was a bit ragtag. Staff very upbeat and helpful. We look forward to visiting again, under better circustances.

Only stayed one night while traveling back to south Jersey from Maine. We arrived late but were greeted by a very kind and helpful gentleman who assured we settled in without any problems. It was a peaceful and restful night for me and my black lab

Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and accommodating, we were treated like family! 100% would recommend anyone to stay here and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely be staying here!

Your camp ground was very nice . One problem is the water pressure is too low at the lower end of the park it was 25psi you had to run your pump alone with there water to take a shower or do dish .

Way overpriced, although I'm not a KOA member. A very nice worker gave me a cable so I could tie into the cable at the park. It was horrible reception that I have not had anywhere else.

End of season so pretty empty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Campsite was new and attractive. Lots of seasonals. Bathroom average. Very good location. There are tons of things to do nearby.

We were here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly, Bubbles is a hoot and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The shuttle into town was such a nice treat, The laundry facilities were clean as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this campground wholeheartedly.

We have come her for a month, two years in a row. We love it here. It has a homey feel and has many great activities and restaurants in the area. The campgrounds themselves are decent but the service and homey feeling is what keeps us comings back. The staff are super friendly. They are constantly working, but always spare a moment to wave, stop for a quick joke, or just see how things are going. The owner, John, helped us out greatly this year. At the start of our stay we encountered a massive amount of rain, to the point of us being unhappy with our site (the dogs would track mud into the camper and we were cleaning the floors every few hours.) I asked John if we could move to a different site and he proposed that he lay down gravel to build us a patio and stop us from tracking mud into our camper. The campsite has some strict rules about driving speed and noise, but that's what makes us enjoy it here. We can walk our dogs without the fear of someone speeding down the roadway, and we can watch late night TV by our fire without hearing a large party. Essentially, be a respectful neighbor and you'll have a great time here. We're thinking about booking this as a seasonal so that we can spend more of our summer down at this KOA!

We have been traveling all month, staying at mostly KOA campgrounds. This is the nicest place, with the best experience we have had so far. Several times a day they let kids, and adults, hop aboard a fire truck and do a little tour of the grounds. We also had a free shuttle to local places. That is a huge relief, especially when you don't have a car with you and Uber doesn't come to your area. I hope to visit soon.
