We enjoyed our stay for the two weeks we visiting Niantic, CT but when we come back we would like to see that the KOA Park has been improved by having each site to have their own septic tank hookup instead of a honey wagon and that the sites are more groomed in the middle of the park for pull through RV's. See you soon and thank you again for the nice stay.

Very upset that the camping sight did NOT have FULL hookup. Only gray water disposal. No were when making my reservation was this made known to me. Also allowing teenagers ride their quad motorcycle around the sights. This practice will be the reason why I will not return.

Not the fanciest, but this KOA has the best people! From loaning us hoses or cords, to stopping by to let us know a light was on in our car at night, to dropping off a few pieces of extra firewood, they go out of their way to do the little things to make the experience extra wonderful. My son proposed that Bubbles must be Santa's code name for the off season because he was so jolly and generous!

Excellent Columbus Day/Fall camping weekend. Site were absolutely perfect, clean, well kept and the foliage was great. Karen once again did a great job with the rock painting, face painting, tie dye and all she does to keep everyone entertained with arts and craft. Bubbles always makes Bingo a blast with his personality and his ideas of playing Bingo. The staff makes you feel like family.

One of the friendliest KOA we come to know. The staff was there from the beginning to the end of our stay. We came in very late about 10:30 p.m. and there was a staff member right there to assist us to our site. What service. All thumbs up.

The camp ground roads need a lot of attention (lots of pot holes). Most of the seasonal sites were in need of clean up and generally an eye sore (appears the site owners are not made to keep their sites presentable). Lots of items such as broken down golf carts, awnings falling down, etc around some sites. In general a lot of general clean up needs to be done. Not what we expect from KOA's!!!!

This was the most awesome camp site. Bubbles was amazing. He made sure you were taken care of. The office staff was by far the best around. Facilities were clean and wonderful. Showers were great. You will love this location

FIRST TIME I'D STAYED AT THIS KOA (OCTOBER, 2019). IT WAS NICE AND QUIET. WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR LOOKING AT STARS IF THE WEATHER COOPERATED (RAINED). BATHHOUSE WAS CLEAN. THE ROADS NEED WORK, BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED AS KOA JUST TOOK THE CAMPGROUND OVER AND CAN'T BE EXPECTED TO UPGRADE IN ONE YEAR. GREAT STAFF. VERY HELPFUL. HAD A GREAT TIME.

Everyone helped when needed. Our spot worked out nicely. Thank you the the Sunday night guy who helped with Black tank and a propane top off. We learned more from him than from the camper dealer! Extremely convenient to lots of cool spots.

Their new 70 ft and 90 ft pull-thru RV sites are very nice. Liked the built-in light for coming in at night and the provided wooded swing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, draining our gray water tank on site for us and even offering to hook up our cable while he was there. Also literally right off I-95!

Staff was friendly but the park is in need of a revamp, majority of park appears to be permanent residents which we have noticed makes for a shabby atmosphere. We cancelled our stay and left.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. RV sites were clean and well maintained. The restroom facilities near the dump station do need more attention. Toilets and sink areas were clean; however the floors do not appear to have been cleaned daily (or all week?), shower curtains were a bit moldy and shower stalls (womens') needed some cleaning attention (not unlike last year). Easily remedied.

We had a great time until we got accused of having a pet in the glamping tent ,which we did not have, and charged $100 extra for the “enormous” amount of hair she said she had to clean. She sent us pictures of the hair and there was barely any and it was obviously just from the blankets we brought. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and we will never be back.

My sister and I relaxed under a canopy of trees. We were treated with round trip transportation shuttle to the beach. Firewood and ice were delivered. The office personnel and camper helpers went above and beyond our expectations. Great experience.

Our stay at the Niantic KOA was a very good one. We enjoyed talking to the friendly staff, they did their utmost to make our days with them as comfortable as possible. Even showed us how to make a REAL fire in the firepit :). If ever we are around again we will make sure to go back!

Niantic KOA is a little less developed than other KOA's, which perhaps not everyone would view as a positive, but they have everything you need. We love it there, it was our second visit. It's a great location to use when exploring Connecticut's magnificent coast. The staff is cheerful and helpful!

Great weekend, excellent site, clean. Bingo was a blast with Bubbles and like always ice cream social was a big hit. John is a great help with making sure you get the site you and your family are happy with. Sally goes above and beyond with all the reservations and Gloria is such a pleasure to see in the office she always has a smile and makes things smoothly to check in.

Park is dirty. Lots are very small. Lots of run down trailers that appear to be permanently parked. Check in person is not friendly. Will not return.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and two days. The campground personnel were very friendly,and always very helpful. The campground was quiet in the evenings and mornings.

Single stopover night. Desk folks seemed friendly but both my wife and I felt the place was sketchy within minutes. The vibe is more RV park than KOA and there are run down "seasonals" right as you enter. In the bathroom that night a drunk young guy started a conversation between stalls, offered a shot of Jägermeister under the divider, and asked if I were Mexican. Huh?

I didnt catch the escorts name but had a mustache and a strong northern accent-nicest man Ive ever met in a KOA! We pulled in 8-9pm, tired from driving all day. After showing us to our site he assisted in hooking us up, electric water and cable! In all my years camping, never had that kind of genuine service. Dont know if he’s an owner, host or maintenance guy but he is KOA GOLD! Please thank hi

One of the quietest KOAs in the country - very pleasantly surprised. A rough entry road and some bouncy in-park roads. Check to ensure your hoses and cables can reach the curiously positioned pedestals, but everything works. Garbage needs more bins or more frequent pickup or both.

We were here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly, Bubbles is a hoot and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The shuttle into town was such a nice treat, The laundry facilities were clean as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this campground wholeheartedly.

We have come her for a month, two years in a row. We love it here. It has a homey feel and has many great activities and restaurants in the area. The campgrounds themselves are decent but the service and homey feeling is what keeps us comings back. The staff are super friendly. They are constantly working, but always spare a moment to wave, stop for a quick joke, or just see how things are going. The owner, John, helped us out greatly this year. At the start of our stay we encountered a massive amount of rain, to the point of us being unhappy with our site (the dogs would track mud into the camper and we were cleaning the floors every few hours.) I asked John if we could move to a different site and he proposed that he lay down gravel to build us a patio and stop us from tracking mud into our camper. The campsite has some strict rules about driving speed and noise, but that's what makes us enjoy it here. We can walk our dogs without the fear of someone speeding down the roadway, and we can watch late night TV by our fire without hearing a large party. Essentially, be a respectful neighbor and you'll have a great time here. We're thinking about booking this as a seasonal so that we can spend more of our summer down at this KOA!

We have been traveling all month, staying at mostly KOA campgrounds. This is the nicest place, with the best experience we have had so far. Several times a day they let kids, and adults, hop aboard a fire truck and do a little tour of the grounds. We also had a free shuttle to local places. That is a huge relief, especially when you don't have a car with you and Uber doesn't come to your area. I hope to visit soon.
