We needed a stop over between Bar Harbor KOA and southern NJ and this was just right. Check-in was a breeze, staff was on the ball and friendly, and our German Shepherd and two Dogue de Bordeaux's were welcomed. It looks like upgrades are in progress so that'll be nice.

The owners and all the workers are so nice and friendly. Everything is clean and it’s a wonderful, safe atmosphere. Lots to do in the area but I prefer to sit by the campfire and relax. They offer so much. A fantastic place and also my favorite place to stay. I will be back many, many times.

A little loud with the fire engine running around siren blaring. I am sure the kids loved it but not great for the older crowd. Staff was very friendly.

I was escorted to my site and advised on how everything works. Staff passed by and were friendly. Until day two into my stay while walking to the garbage I was yelled at by a large young women working at the camp office. She yelled that I didn’t belong there. This truly was a bad look for the campsite. She should have addressed me in a friendly way. Her attitude and approach was unacceptable!

The staff is excellent and super friendly and helpful! We've been back a few times no0w and have started bringing friends who also love it. May consider a seasonal here in the future.

Good Campground. Clean Free Newspapers in the morning. Close to beaches. They will empty your Tanks for you on the way out.

Only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again. I love the fact that there’s a shuttle to the beach.

Quiet, conveniently located, near the beaches and town, awesome WiFi throughout the campgrounds. What more could you ask for? We will definitely go back.

We only got a few TV channels and water pressure was poor. Area is great with beaches parks and restaurants! That made up for it!

Please advise the owner to put his firetruck away. This is a small campground. The staff are helpful. The sites are nice. But that firetruck circling the campgrounds with the Siren blasting every day at 12 and 5pm is awful. And it's not just a quick event. It lasts atleast 15 minutes or more. Maybe just do noon and not the later time when people are napping or just relaxing.

Nice park with very helpful staff. They did a great job of keeping the kids engaged with activities and the grounds were impressively well maintained considering the weather they had experienced in the last week. Very enjoyable and will consider another visit in the future if not a seasonal site.

The staff was very friendly. The sites are easy to get into. The ocean is only 1/2 mile away at the state park. The only thing I did not like were the seasonal sites. They are very dumpy and unkept. One section of the park looks like a trailer park. Hopefully they’re working on cleaning that up because then it would be a 10

For all the camping we have done this has been the best of all. With all the activities and extras it was an experience our granddaughters will forever remember, and there will be more memories to make here at Niantic KOA.

Our stay was short unfortunately but we will be back. Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful. We enjoyed the activities and the campground is super clean! A very pleasant stay.

We stayed for 3 days and had to listen to dogs barking all day long. I spoke to a person in the office but the barking persisted. There are “rangers” working there and they should enforce the no barking rule. If campers can’t control their animals they should keep them home.

Wonderful location. Nice campground. Not a ton of amenities , but what they do - they do great! Love the firewood delivery ! Nightly ride on the fire engine. No pool but there’s awesome beach nearby with free passes. Had a huge site with a swing. Was wonderful.

Perfect spot! Everyone is welcoming and treat you like family. Our girls loved the coin hunting game, tie dye shirts with Karen (she’s amazing), ice cream sundaes, fire truck rides, hayrides. Beaches are close by. We made many great memories on our stay. Can’t wait to book again!! Love the Sierra family

Level, shady sites. Close to highway and town. Ability to use KOA's beach parking pass is a great amenity.

Lack of black water hookups is inconvenient. No pool. Campground is cluttered with storage. Friendly staff. Delivered ice.

Very nice - need more parking on the sites- very picky about parking on the grass next to the camper- i seen a lot of seasonal campers parked on the grass altogether it was very nice and enjoyable very very very nice staff

We were very happy with our site and the sites around us. There was plenty of separation between sites. The bathrooms were nice and our dog enjoyed the dog park. Close location to beaches.

We love this KOA. Our 10 day stay was cut short due to hurricane Henry and the owner and management was more than gracious and accommodating for our request/ need to leave early. Absolutely recommend this KOA!

We were here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly, Bubbles is a hoot and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The shuttle into town was such a nice treat, The laundry facilities were clean as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this campground wholeheartedly.

We have come her for a month, two years in a row. We love it here. It has a homey feel and has many great activities and restaurants in the area. The campgrounds themselves are decent but the service and homey feeling is what keeps us comings back. The staff are super friendly. They are constantly working, but always spare a moment to wave, stop for a quick joke, or just see how things are going. The owner, John, helped us out greatly this year. At the start of our stay we encountered a massive amount of rain, to the point of us being unhappy with our site (the dogs would track mud into the camper and we were cleaning the floors every few hours.) I asked John if we could move to a different site and he proposed that he lay down gravel to build us a patio and stop us from tracking mud into our camper. The campsite has some strict rules about driving speed and noise, but that's what makes us enjoy it here. We can walk our dogs without the fear of someone speeding down the roadway, and we can watch late night TV by our fire without hearing a large party. Essentially, be a respectful neighbor and you'll have a great time here. We're thinking about booking this as a seasonal so that we can spend more of our summer down at this KOA!

We have been traveling all month, staying at mostly KOA campgrounds. This is the nicest place, with the best experience we have had so far. Several times a day they let kids, and adults, hop aboard a fire truck and do a little tour of the grounds. We also had a free shuttle to local places. That is a huge relief, especially when you don't have a car with you and Uber doesn't come to your area. I hope to visit soon.
