Even though it was extremely hot and humid it was so much cooler in my shady spot. As always the staff was friendly and very helpful. Had a great time and will be back in a few weeks.

Awesome! Very,very kid friendly with coin hunts which get turned in for small treats and cool fire truck ride daily . My kids loved it ! We will be back

People running it were not very friendly. Bathrooms were not nice. Our site was muddy , it wasn’t graveled. It was close to route 95 which was very nice.

The owners & staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The shuttle, the beaches the ice cream socials. Would highly recommend to families with kids & adults. Real great people!

Well maintained sites. The entire staff was friendly and VERY helpful. The shuttle to town & beaches was fabulous!! The beach passes saved us a lot of money. We had a problem with our camper and they went out of their way to help and move us to another site that was more suitable. Looks like they are always trying to improve the campground. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

This was our second visit and we’ll definitely be back. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Bubbles was great helping us setup and always looked forward to his daily rounds. John was always available for questions and shuttle rides, we didn’t tow this time and the shuttle was a great service, wish more campgrounds could have them. Looking forward to our next visit.

It was a little too rustic for our liking....some of the grass was overgrown and looks like it is in need of a little refurbishing. That being said, the staff was extraordinarily kind and pleasant and the fire truck ride and coins around the property is a sweet touch. Water pressure was not very good and we didn't realize that there was no black tank hookup until the end when we dumped it.

Everyone was super friendly especially “Bubbles”. Check in was quick and it was refreshing to have such pleasant people greet you at check in after a long and exhausting day on the road.

This campground is priced as if it were a premium campground. I have stayed at other KOA's that were have the price with more amenities and so much nicer. Roads to the campsites are dirt...not gravel....dirt with large potholes. Bathrooms were disgusting. This campground needs a major upgrade. IMO this campground gives KOA a bad name.

We had a great stay - wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was absolutely wonderful - so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Nice property close to the coast. Staff friendly. The bathrooms could use a little work and a/c’s in them. This KOA is dog friendly but not the Niantic boardwalk or beaches. Was bummed my dog couldn’t run on the beach. But that’s not the KOA’s fault. Lots of squirrels and chipmunks!

The staff was great, very helpful - "Bubbles" is the best! The sites are adequate, stone drive with grass and enough room between sites. Electrical is new and we had no issues, water pressure was adequate. The fire truck siren is a little loud at 8:00pm when my grandson was sleeping but overall the activities were great. It was very nice having an employee man the dump station at check out.

Nice campground, helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities. First campground I ever stayed at that takes care of dumping your black and grey tanks for you. We had a nice, spacious pull-through site. My only criticism is the noisy fire engine that they give kids rides on. You're trying to enjoy the solace of the outdoors only to have it interrupted by the engine's incessant siren and horn.

The glamping tent was AWESOME but the bathrooms were utterly decrepit and disgusting. Can't recommend it for that reason. Too bad, since the glamping tent was really, really cool.

The personal and owner are great the site is great However the cancellation policy should be updated based on weather conditions we made reservation on Memorial Day we couldn’t go be cause of the weather and we did get our money back I call 4 times and no one is listening. Fourth of July the same thing the owner did offer two nights for later on but it was too late we were already there.

We were here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly, Bubbles is a hoot and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The shuttle into town was such a nice treat, The laundry facilities were clean as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this campground wholeheartedly.

We have come her for a month, two years in a row. We love it here. It has a homey feel and has many great activities and restaurants in the area. The campgrounds themselves are decent but the service and homey feeling is what keeps us comings back. The staff are super friendly. They are constantly working, but always spare a moment to wave, stop for a quick joke, or just see how things are going. The owner, John, helped us out greatly this year. At the start of our stay we encountered a massive amount of rain, to the point of us being unhappy with our site (the dogs would track mud into the camper and we were cleaning the floors every few hours.) I asked John if we could move to a different site and he proposed that he lay down gravel to build us a patio and stop us from tracking mud into our camper. The campsite has some strict rules about driving speed and noise, but that's what makes us enjoy it here. We can walk our dogs without the fear of someone speeding down the roadway, and we can watch late night TV by our fire without hearing a large party. Essentially, be a respectful neighbor and you'll have a great time here. We're thinking about booking this as a seasonal so that we can spend more of our summer down at this KOA!

We have been traveling all month, staying at mostly KOA campgrounds. This is the nicest place, with the best experience we have had so far. Several times a day they let kids, and adults, hop aboard a fire truck and do a little tour of the grounds. We also had a free shuttle to local places. That is a huge relief, especially when you don't have a car with you and Uber doesn't come to your area. I hope to visit soon.
