We just were not prepared for how cold it would be in the glamping tent so we just got to cold and didn’t sleep well so we left earlier than we planned

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The accommodations were well maintained and clean. Would love to stay there again.

The glamping tent was everything it was promised to be. The bathrooms and showers are right next to the tents making it so convenient. The staff and owners were so pleasant. Would definitely return.

Super location. So close to beaches, casinos and more. Loved the glamping tents! Hate to go back to a regular tent. The fire truck rides were a huge hit with my grandson. Wish they did them weekdays as well.

Fabulous! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of kid activities - collecting coins, fire engine ride, just felt so inviting. We stayed in one of the glamping tents and they were awesome, bathrooms are very clean too, which is always appreciated!

We stayed in one of the glamping tents and they were very nice and much more roomy than I expected. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely, lightly wooded campground. Close to beaches, restaurants and cute small downtown Niantic. Passes to the town beaches were the best part of the stay! Friendly people working there and they really care about you having a nice stay. We'd come again!

The glamping tent was AWESOME but the bathrooms were utterly decrepit and disgusting. Can't recommend it for that reason. Too bad, since the glamping tent was really, really cool.

It was beautiful, we loved the cabin and the campground, only bummer was we didn’t have good weather the day we were there, we will definitely be back!

My family had such a fun weekend here! From the moment we arrived, the women in the office were so friendly and helpful. We really felt welcomed during our entire stay. The crafts and activities were so much fun and Karen was so patient with my daughter. Her favorite part would have to be the daily fire truck rides -- it was such a unique experience. We can't wait to come back!!!

I'm usually a very happy camper, however this time not so much. The Glamping tent was beautiful, but when you think of Glamping it's more than just "the look". There was no heating provided, It's still a tent. It's like sleeping out in the open. With temperatures in the low 40s the cold was unbearable. My husband slept in the car 2nd night. We forfeited the 3rd night and drove 4hrs back home.

Bob was great. He showed us the glamping tent and www our neighbor as well. He was helpful. Even gave me a fire starter. I will definitely be back. Thanks Niantic Team.

The staff was great and very friendly. The propane grill was dirty and covered with pollen - for what is charged, the grill should be clean. Other than that and the fact that a couple of birds flew in the Glamping tent, I would recommend this KOA. I will be back.

The facility was very well equipped and made the stay enjoyable. I only wish there was a small microwave for those cold rainy days that we had. We could have heated water and soup. I really enjoyed the heated bed

Very safe location and clean. Bubbles was extremely helpful and checked to make sure I did not need a thing. He led me to the glamping site and gave me a thorough walk around. The tent was nice and clean and the refrigerator was spotless. Everything was ready for me when I got there. Although it was cold at night the bed was equipped with a heating pad. So my night was toasty warm. Loved the site.

We stayed in a glamping cabin. We were escorted and shown all the features. Bathroom and dishwashing station were close by. Bubble and John were always driving by, waving and making sure things were good.

Our stay in the glamping tent was wonderful. They have thought of everything! Many conveniences in a beautiful wooded area. The staff were absolutely amazing & thoughtful, particularly Bob and John. Staff went above and beyond to provide activities for the kids and families. My 4 y/o son loved the fire truck rides, tractor wagon rides, collecting coins & cotton candy. Great local beach. Thank you.

Never felt so uncomfortable at a KOA and we have been to many.

You made a reservation online for the max the glamping tent would allow then showed up with more people. The rules are for everyone and for safety. All that really matters to us is that your kids had a great time with all the activities and have no idea what you did or how you treated my staff.

This is my favorite KOA, I always enjoy my time here. Meets and exceeds my expectations. Great location with the beach and a state park across the street.

The clamping tent was beautiful. Staffed with very friendly people. The power went out on our second day. So it was a little warm. Yet the staff was helpful. We ended up leaving a day early due to state parks closed and the heat!

We just want to say what a great time we had glamping! You all made the trip so remarkable with all the things you did for the kids. Fire trucks, coin hunt, wagon rides! My only complaint is men going into the woman’s bathrooms. Overall fantastic time. Thank you!

Glamping tent was perfect for our girls only camping trip. Loved it. Perfect for a family of four. Bring your food, cooking supplies and cocktails and your all set. We were close to the dishwashing sink which made clean up easy and the grill with side burner was a great surprise. Definitely planning another trip. Just trying not to plan durning a heat wave. ;)

We really really enjoyed the campground. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was our first time there, but it felt like we’d been there a million times because of how pleasantly we were treated.

Loved our Glamping experience. The only issue was the bathrooms we not very clean and smelled of urine. Perhaps cleaning a few times a day would be good. Mopping with bleach would be welcomed as well. Other than that it was amazing.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming, loved the tent sight-very clean. Loved the fire pit, bed was so comfortable and perfect camping with out the hassle of a tent!

Great location, great friendly service, fun kids activities, nice glamping tents. Bathrooms need attention, broken stall lock, wobbly toilet, broken shower door, jammed paper towel dispenser, broken screen door and a piece of broken trim left leaning against the wall all weekend? Get rid of LEDs on glamping tents they shine on the other campers trying to enjoy a campfire at night.

Thanks for staying with us over the 4th of July weekend. The bathrooms did take a lot of abuse this weekend for some reason but I thought our crew did a great job keeping up. The nearest sites to the glamping tent porches with the LED lights are over 70 ft away and we have never received a complaint. Have a great summer and stay safe

We stayed in a glamping tent. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and made sure we had all we needed and delivered some items we didn't have to the tent. The tent was very comfortable. It had a ceiling fan, fridge, dresser, tv, rockers. We were even given another fan to help with air flow. It was great having a gas grill. The fire pit and available seating was great too,

Great stay in the glamping tent. So many more amenities than we expected! We noticed a little bit of white noise from the highway nearby and some barking and radios from nearby sites, but mostly quiet and friendly.

We had a great time until we got accused of having a pet in the glamping tent ,which we did not have, and charged $100 extra for the “enormous” amount of hair she said she had to clean. She sent us pictures of the hair and there was barely any and it was obviously just from the blankets we brought. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and we will never be back.

We were here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly, Bubbles is a hoot and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The shuttle into town was such a nice treat, The laundry facilities were clean as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this campground wholeheartedly.

We have come her for a month, two years in a row. We love it here. It has a homey feel and has many great activities and restaurants in the area. The campgrounds themselves are decent but the service and homey feeling is what keeps us comings back. The staff are super friendly. They are constantly working, but always spare a moment to wave, stop for a quick joke, or just see how things are going. The owner, John, helped us out greatly this year. At the start of our stay we encountered a massive amount of rain, to the point of us being unhappy with our site (the dogs would track mud into the camper and we were cleaning the floors every few hours.) I asked John if we could move to a different site and he proposed that he lay down gravel to build us a patio and stop us from tracking mud into our camper. The campsite has some strict rules about driving speed and noise, but that's what makes us enjoy it here. We can walk our dogs without the fear of someone speeding down the roadway, and we can watch late night TV by our fire without hearing a large party. Essentially, be a respectful neighbor and you'll have a great time here. We're thinking about booking this as a seasonal so that we can spend more of our summer down at this KOA!

We have been traveling all month, staying at mostly KOA campgrounds. This is the nicest place, with the best experience we have had so far. Several times a day they let kids, and adults, hop aboard a fire truck and do a little tour of the grounds. We also had a free shuttle to local places. That is a huge relief, especially when you don't have a car with you and Uber doesn't come to your area. I hope to visit soon.
