Our children had so much fun, the coin scavenger hunt and candy exchange was a big hit. Great activities schedule a well. Thank you for making us feel welcome. We definitely will visit again.

Really nice place to stay and the staff is really great seems like you are at a 5 star hotel. John made our stay great, They really made sure every day if everything was ok. What more could you ask for. ��

This campground is in transition as noted by others however we were led to our site around a tight turn w a tree and parked next to a seasonal who had a 2-hour pump out session (not the norm but no one ever acknowledged the inconvenience and we had to go in the camper to eat from the noise and smell). Site lacked gray water sewer and was backwards for hookups though Bubbles was a great help.

I apologize for the pump out; we had no idea it was going to take that long as the guest had issues. That site is popular because it faces the back of the park and has all hookups where they belong. We must have dropped the ball when we escorted you to your site. Be safe

Pull thru site was long and fairly level with stone. Staff very helpful and friendly. TV reception was terrible. Many permanent campers that were run down and unkempt. Stayed only 2 nights because of no sewer hookups.

Thank you for staying with us and the nice words. If you are in the area again please remember we offer FREE onsite pumpouts to all guests staying 4 nights or more and with grey water disposed of at the site you will not have to worry about black water.

Can’t say much as we only stayed one night as we were passing through. Staff was friendly, campground was clean. Our site was very nice except for not having any sewer connection. We only had water, 50 amp electric, cable (limited channels) and grey water dump connection only. If you needed to dump black water you had to drive to the dump station. Overall it was a comfortable experience.

Overall the programming was great, kids love the coin game and rides. The campground seemed a bit dumpy with boat trailers and tarps on the ground in common areas. My biggest complaint was that EVERY interaction (7-8 over 4 days) with the front desk staff was horrible. They were rude and expected us to know the rules of the campground upon arrival. Every time we interacted they were nasty.

Every year it is a pleasure to return to Niantic KOA. The sites are pull through with 50/30/20 service. No sewer hook-ups but the staff is available for full-service assistance to dump and flush. The staff is wonderful (especially John). He continues to amaze me with his ability to remember us by name year after year. Hats off to this KOA for their superior customer service.

We spent a week here. Large level sites. Quiet and convenient to local attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time here. Almost everyone was very nice and helpful, especially John and Bubbles. The kids LOVED the coin drops and our site was perfect for our first time.

We loved it. Staff and fellow campers were very friendly. Staff was super helpful. We wanted to stay longer but real life called us away, lol. We can't wait to go back again!

Fun for the whole family. Staff was very hospitable. Beach passes were a huge plus. The kids loved the coin hunt We had a great time and will be back in the future.

The site had no grass or fire pit. The whole campground appears run down and not maintained. Needs landscape attention. The bathrooms were filthy: mildew on shower curtain and shower had a brownish film. One toilet had poop on it from Saturday and was still there Monday when I left. They said the spot I wanted couldn’t be occupied then let somebody else stay there. Worst campground I’ve been t

From the start, the campground was so nice and I can’t say enough about the staff. They are willing to help in any way they can. Called for wood and it was delivered right to the site. John was so helpful. It was so quiet at night too. I would stay there again.

This campground can use a little more maintenance and beautification. It also wasn’t as family friendly as some of the others. Some of the guests used profanity and talked about drinking loudly.

excellent location, keeping in mind that the Covid-19, has our choices and plans limited, we stayed several nights, the campsite felt lonely, and neglected. The Roads were prominently uneven w/rocks and dirt, the bathrooms were not cleaned often, the upkeep of the grass on the campground wasn't lawned. I mentioned it to Sally and she addressed the next day, and someone mowed the lawn.

Thank you for staying with us. Mowing in the summer is always a challenge on busy sites. When you requested yours mowed we did it right away and with a battery mower to reduce noise. Your rating was harsh but respect your opinion and wish you well Be safe

Always clean, due to Covid, all employees wore masks which we appreciated, very quiet campground, the quiet hours are strictly enforced. We will be back.

A great place for kids. Noisy. Novelty fire engine rides complete with blaring siren and incessant honking of the horn a number of times a day adds to the noise of the utility vehicles circling the grounds..... Staying at a KOA on a Saturday night in the summer will be busy. The kids love the fire truck and we consider all guests when and where we use the horns. The golf carts circling the grounds are delivering Ice and firewood as well as escorting guests to their sites. Be safe

This was our second trip to Niantic KOA and we had a blast! There are always activities for the kids and the staff is very nice and friendly. We are interested in seasonal site options for the 2021 season. We will be back again for sure!

Couldn’t be happier with our first stay at KOA Niantic. Everyone is super friendly. The staff is absolutely amazing. Bob, John and Bubbles went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time! We will definitely be back! Oh, and the completely level sites are a plus too!

We had a great stay. The campground was quiet and wooded. It had a lot of wonderful amenities. The beach pass was great and a newspaper added so much. We were there because we lost power for almost a week. We have a camper van so we thought we would go to Niantic which is 25 minutes from home. We will certainly be back!!!

Very enjoyable 10 day stay at this campground. Office staff are Very friendly and helpful. Kids activities were so much fun for our daughter as well. Enjoyed the guys on golf carts as well, very friendly and always said hello as they drove by. Bubbles was a kid favorite with his pirate coin scavenger hunt. Thanks everyone and see you next year! (hopefully the pool will be in!)

We were here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly, Bubbles is a hoot and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The shuttle into town was such a nice treat, The laundry facilities were clean as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this campground wholeheartedly.

We have come her for a month, two years in a row. We love it here. It has a homey feel and has many great activities and restaurants in the area. The campgrounds themselves are decent but the service and homey feeling is what keeps us comings back. The staff are super friendly. They are constantly working, but always spare a moment to wave, stop for a quick joke, or just see how things are going. The owner, John, helped us out greatly this year. At the start of our stay we encountered a massive amount of rain, to the point of us being unhappy with our site (the dogs would track mud into the camper and we were cleaning the floors every few hours.) I asked John if we could move to a different site and he proposed that he lay down gravel to build us a patio and stop us from tracking mud into our camper. The campsite has some strict rules about driving speed and noise, but that's what makes us enjoy it here. We can walk our dogs without the fear of someone speeding down the roadway, and we can watch late night TV by our fire without hearing a large party. Essentially, be a respectful neighbor and you'll have a great time here. We're thinking about booking this as a seasonal so that we can spend more of our summer down at this KOA!

We have been traveling all month, staying at mostly KOA campgrounds. This is the nicest place, with the best experience we have had so far. Several times a day they let kids, and adults, hop aboard a fire truck and do a little tour of the grounds. We also had a free shuttle to local places. That is a huge relief, especially when you don't have a car with you and Uber doesn't come to your area. I hope to visit soon.
