The Kamp ground was clean and the service was great. We left our surge protector behind and then contacted me and we are current in the progress of having it sent to my home.

A very nice KOA. The bathrooms and lobby were beautiful and very clean and organized. They had lots of amenities and plenty of spots for RVs. They only had a few tent sites and it’s so close to the interstate you could throw a rock and hit it, but they offered complimentary earplugs if you wanted them. Overall a great experience.

Superb facility! Great staff, super clean restroom/shower facilities, laundry room, store and campground. KOA Inc. should look at this campground for a model for other KOA’s. This is the kind of campground campers want after a long day on the road!!!

Unpleasant rigidity in assigned sites. I was forced to accept a site further from the bath than an empty site closer which I wanted. No good reason was provided. My preferred site remained empty all night.

June 22, space #4 had kids that were still screaming and making a lot of noise at 1030 p.m. We were in space #3

Very convenient also excellent recommendations on restaurants I love the grassy knoll to the west also New sites were updated nicely done Chair’s and fire pit. The staff was very friendly helpful great experience.

We were so tired after traveling for 12 hours that we were so happy to see a KOA. They were closed but the instructions on how to check in was in the building. We were trying to figure it out and the lady (manager) came over from her house and helped us. We were glad it went fast for our check in. It was very clean and nice surroundings and our site was a pull through.

Easy late check-in process. Recv’d a personalized text to confirm ETA day of. All staff who I engaged with was super friendly and helpful. It was great I could reschedule my tent site for next day without added fees due to weather impacting my departure. The tent area was comfy. I loved being near the dog play area - clean grass. Great stop.

We were able to book a camp spot while on the road and only had a very small difficulty in finding it but made it ok. Camp host was very friendly and helpful in parking the motorhome. I compliment you on the cleanliness of your restrooms!!!! If we ever go your way again we will certainly stay with you. Thank You again for a most pleasant stay. Jon and Kathy Hirz

I guess check in time is later back east. They wanted to charge $10 to check in 1 hour early. When we got there they let us park or 5th wheel early @ no charge. Check out was onthe site but not check in. Tracey was very nice & helpful.

Check-In is 2pm mountain time and we do not allow early-check in. I think you may have the wrong park as we don't have a Tracey that works here. :/

Facility was clean, and landscaping around campsites was very attractive. Would recommend establishing some trees for shade and to buffer the noise from I-80, a pool would be a welcome benefit to summer travelers.

Our slides broke on our stay, and Matt and his staff were wonderful helping us to close our 5th wheel. And tried to find us a repair shop. We can never say thank you enough!!!!!! The whole staff was awesome �

This was the best campground I've ever experienced and really surpassed whatever Glamping expectation I thought I had. Wow! The clean campsite with a dog kennel, fire pit, table and so landscaped and nice. The grill, the overall grounds and amenities were Top Notch. Can I even add that the the friendliness of the people felt infectious. Wow! We will be back.

Ogallala was remarkably clean, probably the cleanest campground that I have ever stayed in. My only concern for tent camping : The location is too close to the freeway. I found it very noisy. Its probably not an issue for RVs, but don't know.

Very helpful staff. Received a couple texts prior to our arrival. 2 sewer hookups each space. A number of recent upgrades.

Probably two of the nicest husband and wife owner's we've met. She called to confirm reservation and our ETA, planned on being there for our arrival and he took us right to our site and asked if we needed any help. Seemed like a great young couple and the improvements to the park they were making seemed really good. Very level spots with full hookups, dog friendly and good WIFI. Sites were larger than most Journey sites. I80 was very busy, but inside rig, we hardly noticed.
