Upon Check in, Kristi and Matt were very polite and very informative about the grounds. They also made suggested several restaurants nearby for dinner. The bathroom/ shower house was spotless. They recently finished installing all new electric and water hook-ups for the sites. I had a very nice stay. The next time I am passing through Nebraska, I will make a point to stay here!

I have a camper van under 20’. I was assigned tent site 4. I was 10 feet from a tent - not comfortable when there were many open sites. The. electric boxes were arranged so 30 amp plug didn’t fit in socket. It was after hours so I moved to # 5 where my plug fit and I wasn’t near a tent. In the morning, I could barely back out due to a large trailer across the way. Reevaluate these sites plea

4 & 5 have been rented most nights all season and we haven't heard any of these things but we will look into it. After hours number is provided for all guests please call that number with any issues on site before moving to what appears to be an empty site. THANK YOU!

Beautiful campground. Restrooms very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very nice place to stay.

The operators were the most conscientious and engaged in customer service of any other KOA or other campground. They contacted me numbers times to make sure of my late arrival and that I had all the information I needed. Facilities were very tidy and extremely well maintained. Not many amenities for longer stays but maybe a hot tub or game room will be added I the future.

Most awesome bathrooms ever. Cleaner and nicer than some Marriott Courtyard hotels I have stayed in. Could hear the freeway and trains most of th we night.

Everything was very clean. Security was great. Sites were neat. After hours check in was easy and explained well.

My husband and I love staying at KOA campgrounds! The sites are nice and clean as are the bathroom/shower houses. We never have a problem getting a site last minute on our road trips when we have no idea how far we’ll get in one day! We use tent sites and are always happy with them!

Its an OK place for a quick on/off overnight. Staff friendly, bathrooms clean. Men's stalls are preposterously small...let's just say I'm not a gymnast. Pushy placard about the feedback rating is wrong: 10pt scale (net promoter) is about total experience, not just what's controllable. And the wifi was worthless on a Sat night - couldn't get on or stay on due to overuse (campground was half full)

Our WiFi is always amazing so I am sorry to hear this. Please talk to the office when on-site if any issues arise so we can address. Plac cards explain the system and ratings based on things we can control. I have never heard stalls are small. Thank you for staying with us.

Cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a campground! Yes it’s noisy and tight spaces but it’s a KOA journey, so it’s a pass through and spend the night close to I80 to keep going early the next morning - Just as advertised.

Great overnight. When I reserved I mentioned that I might arrive late... the team tried to call and text to confirm late arrival, but I didn't respond - my bad. Definitely would use them again!

Check in easy. Professional, friendly, made me feel like ‘I was the only one checking in’ but I wasn’t. Many arrived at same time as I but I got all the attention and questions answered as if there was all the time in the world for me. Big kudos to mgmt! Big. Kudos to a well maintained women’s restroom. TY!!!!

EXCELLENT customer service and great location! We were going to be arriving after close, but wanted to buy some wood. The person I spoke to on the phone offered to place some by the campsite and charge my card in the morning. She went above and beyond. Also, the facilities were very well taken care of and clean. I will definitely be back if I ever find myself in the area again!

Good typical KOA you can always rely on. The one complaint was the highway noise. Even more important was the postings where they asked not to be unfair to them for things they can't control like the weather and highway noise. Weather? Sure. But highway noise is completely under KOA's control since they put it right on a noisy spot. It would be unfair to other KOA lovers for this to be omitted

Thank you! This campground has been here since the 50's and MANY campgrounds are built right along the interstates to make quick and easy stops. No one has to stay here and we advertise everywhere that we are along the interstate. If you choose to stay here you will have interstate noise.

They were great! I was traveling through w/my dogs & reserved a tent site to sleep in the car. I told them I would arrive after hours & was traveling alone. Austin told me the after hours registration directions & then emailed them to me. I also received a text the day of w/the directions & emergency contacts & then a phone call as well. They gave me the site closest to the office so I felt safe.

Too much highway noise. Otherwise it was fine for on overnight stay.

The ladies in the office at check in were very friendly and helpful. This is a nice camp, located right off the highway so there is a little road noise. No big deal when you are really tired. Clean bath house, nice facility.

GREAT! Overnight stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is perfect and well managed. Easy access to I-80. Very clean KOA. Stayed at site T-2 pull-in with my 25’ class C. Nice little grassy site with a large shade tree. In between two tent sites. Could not have been better. You won’t be sorry you booked here!

Spring was the kindest host I encountered on my 9 day trip. She made me feel comfortable, welcome and informed. I wished i had brought my dog with. Kamp K9 is a great idea and was executed perfectly. The entire facility was very nice. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This camp site is well maintained. The staff is friendly and the spaces are nice for tent or RV. The bathrooms are clean and site in general is very good. The only concern we had was the traffic noise from the Highway.

We stayed less than 12 hours because we were on the move. The bathrooms were great. Staff was great. Sites were nice, a little close. Store was well stocked. Pizza or chicken delivery idea is ROCKET SCIENCE!! The site was "bright" and it felt a little like Vegas, but what could you do?

We needed a quick, convenient place to stay off of the interstate, and this KOA hit all of our boxes: easy after-hours check-in, very clean facilities and campground, and affordable rate. It's important to note that you can hear the interstate from the campground and its setting is not scenic. But as a quick stopover point, that wasn't important to us.

Freeway noise and lights from the local truck stop made it hard to sleep. Building a wall or wooden fence to keep the light out would make a big difference. Great WiFi. Some guys came in with the noisiest motorcycles I have ever heard (and I am a biker) completely shattered whatever calm was there. Nice, clean restrooms and showers.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this KOA. The family that owns and manages the Ogallala location are fantastic folks. You will feel like family here.

Probably two of the nicest husband and wife owner's we've met. She called to confirm reservation and our ETA, planned on being there for our arrival and he took us right to our site and asked if we needed any help. Seemed like a great young couple and the improvements to the park they were making seemed really good. Very level spots with full hookups, dog friendly and good WIFI. Sites were larger than most Journey sites. I80 was very busy, but inside rig, we hardly noticed.
