Great quick stop spot!

Staff was great.. Grounds were all gravel which is not the best for RVers with dogs.. IT LEFT LIKE YOU WERE PARKED UNDER A OVERPASS.. HIGHWAY WAS SO LOUD COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL.

Our park is gravel as stated on our website. Also as stated on our website we are right along I-80 which brings with it the noise that goes along with it. It is quick and easy access with fuel and food close by. If the noise bothers you we do offer free ear plugs at the office by request.

The campground is well groomed and real clean. It is designed for easy access a well as easy to exit when leaving. The staff is very helpful. Brylie made sure we could find a space for an additional day even though I messed up on our reservation. I would not hesitate to stay there again if traveling through the area.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed our trailer was more nose down than we realized and ask them for someone in the area to adjust it. They offered to adjust it and without charge. If we ever travel this way we will stay here, even for an overnight.

+’s: the people, the location close to restaurants and interests, the very clean campground -‘s: the location next to the interstate! Didn’t get much sleep! Ask for a site farther away from it!

Great hosts. Spotty cell and WiFi for being In town. Some road noise but didn’t disturb our sleep. Easy access to gas and nearby restaurant. Nice stop for the night on our trip to South Dakota.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our WIFI is extremely fast and if you have any problems please come to the office or call us because it is NOT normal for us to have spotty WIFI. Cell service we have no control over and depends on your provider.

Our website states that we are right along the interstate so we do have interstate noise. There is nothing we can do about that. It is nice for a quick and easy on and off the interstate with fuel and restaurants very close by.

The campground is very neat, clean and organized. The staff work hard at upkeep and making sure guests feel welcome.

The park has recently been updated and the newest pull through sites are quite muddy whe it rains. However, the patio sites looked great and the dog park was one of best maintained we have seen in a KOA. Appears they are working hard on improvements.

The new sites have not been able to handle 3 inches of rain in one night. We are doing everything we can when it rains to try and make them better but we just cant control when it comes down hard and fast like it has been. Thanks for understanding.

Easy in/out. Excellent staff support. Clean. Level site. Good wifi but no cable or local tv reception.

Thank you! We have no cable and or tv stations being but we advertise that on our website. Our WIFI is fast enough for you to stream your shows.

This camp site is well maintained. The staff is friendly and the spaces are nice for tent or RV. The bathrooms are clean and site in general is very good. The only concern we had was the traffic noise from the Highway.

Everything about the KOA and its operation rates a 10/10. It’s immaculately maintained and the host are wonderful. The only issue is the very loud highway noise. If you are a deep sleeper, no problem. If you aren’t, you’ll hear the tractor trailer and tires pounding on the concrete seams 24/7.

Nice park-clean sites, plenty of doggie runs. Host was very nice and helpful when we arrived. Not a lot of shade so quite warm in Aug but thankful for A/C !! A lil noisy early am with traffic on nearby highway but was about the time we got up anyway. Would def stop again if In the area �

A very nice , clean park. I know they are knew but some plants or trees would be nice near camp sites. Felt like we were in a parking lot.

Thank you we do work hard to keep things clean and nice are we are doing major changes and upgrades every year. Trees and plants take time to establish but as the years go you will continue to see changes and improvements.

Absolutely the best KOA we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was so kind and helpful and the grounds were pristine. We stayed in one of the sites with a Paw Pen and our dogs have never been happier. We will definitely stay here next time we’re traveling across the country.

Beautiful manicure grounds with patios, dog kennels and BBQ at your campsite Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful They recommended a food delivery restaurant which delivered quickly with food still sizzling hot If you are traveling with children, the play structure and grounds are a fun exploration.

Sites are too close together. And there was no trees for any shade. In addition, there was no TV reception. However, the girls in the office were great.

We do have trees in the park but alot of the sites do not have trees on them. We have planted a few trees at the patio sites but they have to grow. We don't have cable or local tv as advertised but our WIFI is fast enough to stream any show. Our sites are bigger then other parks I have been too.

The 'owners' of this KOA have accomplished substantial Improvements over the last year, we had a pull-through with patio. The layer of gravel, plantings and overall facilities are TOP RATE. Staff were customer focused and this campground is a perfect destination off I80. There is even a TA Truck Stop next door. The 'only' down side is being so close to I80 with interstate noise.

We have driven by Ogalla KOA many times and it looks like a gravel campground. This last trip we decided to stay 1 night. We were pleasantly surprised. It is mostly gravel pull thrus but they decorate with bark and plants, very clean. We stayed in #29 where it had a beautiful patio and a private pet area. Bathrooms spotless. We will be staying here from now on. Staff was great.

We stayed less than 12 hours because we were on the move. The bathrooms were great. Staff was great. Sites were nice, a little close. Store was well stocked. Pizza or chicken delivery idea is ROCKET SCIENCE!! The site was "bright" and it felt a little like Vegas, but what could you do?

Probably two of the nicest husband and wife owner's we've met. She called to confirm reservation and our ETA, planned on being there for our arrival and he took us right to our site and asked if we needed any help. Seemed like a great young couple and the improvements to the park they were making seemed really good. Very level spots with full hookups, dog friendly and good WIFI. Sites were larger than most Journey sites. I80 was very busy, but inside rig, we hardly noticed.
