This stop was part of a very long trip back home, but we felt appreciated at the campground. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the site was just what we ordered and it made that part of our trip an easy evening.

A short 1 night stay, fairly late in and out early in the morning. Didn't see or do much. The person I dealt with was very nice.

We were greeted by a very friendly young lady and she escorted us to our grass covered shady spot. She assisted getting us in our site and was very helpful. Once setting up we had to avoid animal poop, both dog and rabbit!! Road noise is considerable and the aroma in the air is mere thanks to the nearby cattle yards. Clean and organized. Staff 5 star. Site 3 star. Overall 4.

I am so sorry you had animal feces on your site. We clean the sites every morning but please let us know if this were to happen when onsite we would be happy to get it cleaned up. There is a feedlot about 10 miles away and we rarely get the smell of it. I am sorry the wind must have just been right.

we stopped overnight on our way to Yellowstone - friendly staff, easy in / out nice restrooms and showers you will hear I80 but that is just part of the deal

Is very good park today and with maturity will be one of the best. Everything is new today and the lot designs are very good offering plenty of space for your RV and tow vehicle. Patio areas are well designed and will offer great relaxation when the landscapes mature/

The campground is beautiful and clean with nice space between spots. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our dog even had his own puppy park! We will definitely be returning :)

We enjoyed our one-night stay. We had a long, gravel, pull-thru site with full hookups. Our site had a nice patio, picnic table, grill and fire pit. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. The only con is the highway noise, but we like campgrounds close to the interstate when traveling. This is one campground I wished we could have stayed longer.

Camp sites are next to I80 couldn't rest as trucks and traffic was very loud due to the short distance to the interstate. Can't have any concerns with the site set up or the management is very rude. I have stayed in KOA camp sites across the US and have no issues with any KOA except this one . I will never stay in Ogallala KOA again ,would rather stay in Walmart Parking lot.

Management had to get stern with you because of your non compliance in many areas and your constant complaining of poor design of sites that were KOA designed. We understand that our park is not for everyone and that is OK. Have a blessed day!

This was our 4th stay at Ogallala KOA and it was the best so far. Matt, Kristie, and Brylie are super great hosts. They are friendly and warm and they are working very hard on improvements to the park. They make staying here a lot of fun. We will be back again and again. Thanks so much.

This is by far the best KOA we have stayed at in the last 7 years of Full Time traveling across the Country. Yes, I read the reviews before stopping, BUT, I also read and fully understood the complete description of the beautiful park. The ladies who greeted us (Kristy and Brylie) are AWESOME! The park is beautifully maintained, the truck stop was convenient for fuel up. Easy on and off. Thank U!

It's not as filled with kid-friendly activities as KOA West Omaha (Gretna), but the staff's friendliness makes up for this. The sewer hookups should really be built sloped below ground level though.

Unfortunately we are not a HOLIDAY so we don't have all the extras. If the sewer dumps are below ground then we get rocks kicked into the sewers. Thanks for staying with us!

This is a well-run KOA with friendly staff, but by no means is it a destination campground. Pretty much all gravel, so not really conducive to sitting outside or walking around; the deluxe sites have some well-cared for landscaping. Right alongside I-80 but road noise not too bad. Fine for an overnight. Would stay again if driving through this way.

We are not a destination campground. We are a JOURNEY park which these are close to the highways and make for easy and off 1-2 night stays. Journey parks have the least amenities of all KOA's but still have the clean and friendly service that KOA promises! Thank you for staying with us!

The facility was very nice and new. However, the interstate traffic noise was terrible.

Thank you we are an old facility just trying to improve things. We are right along 1-80 as it clearly states on our website and google. The interstate noise is nothing we can control. It makes it easy for an overnight stay to get off and back on again quickly. Food and Gas nearby.

This campground was sparkling clean and the staff was beyond friendly! I received a friendly, informative text about checking in within a few hours of making my reservation. I would high recommend this KOA!

Easy on and off from highway. Very soft subsurface under layer of rock which could be a problem if it rains for a few days. The rocks on roadways were pretty rough and big for our small dogs who are not normally bothered by rocks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice dog park areas. Good water pressure. Nicely spaced sites.

The site you stayed in is part of the NEW construction this year. New dirt work and currently crushed concrete is the base. It is going to take time for the concrete to work its way in and get a solid base which at that point we will cover with rock. We have had more rain then usual. Come again!

Very nice campground — good facilities, well maintained. Staff is friendly. Reservation process smooth. Unfortunately the camp is too close to I-80 and because of constant traffic noise, we didn’t get a single minute of sleep. If you run fans or air conditioners all night, you may be OK but be advised.

We are right along the interstate which is clearly stated on our website and google. If noise bothers you then this may not be the place for you. If you want quick and easy on and off from the interstate and easy fuel and food stops and don't mind the interstate being close then come see us.

Property is immaculate. Staff are very friendly Perfect spot for an overnight - the patios sites are really nice - after a long day of travel it’s nice to have everything all set up to relax

We had a short 1 night stay as we were heading to the Badlands National Park. We like staying at KOA because the majority of the parks are well run with very good sites and reliable power. Ogallala was a very pleasant surprise because it was among the very best RV parks we've stayed at across the country and not just KOA parks. The park is small but growing. We highly recommend Ogallala KOA!

Seems to be relatively new. The fresh gravel hasn't settled in yet. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The young lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. She let us check in about 45 minutes early, then escorted us to our site.

Thank you! Thank you for replying to your morning of arrival text message letting us know you wanted to see if you could check in a little early. We were able to make this happen but with no communication we CAN NOT make early check-ins work without prior arrangement with the office.

Very helpful staff. Received a couple texts prior to our arrival. 2 sewer hookups each space. A number of recent upgrades.

Probably two of the nicest husband and wife owner's we've met. She called to confirm reservation and our ETA, planned on being there for our arrival and he took us right to our site and asked if we needed any help. Seemed like a great young couple and the improvements to the park they were making seemed really good. Very level spots with full hookups, dog friendly and good WIFI. Sites were larger than most Journey sites. I80 was very busy, but inside rig, we hardly noticed.
