Staff were all very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating. Campground was kept up very well. Our site was perfect with a great view of the lake. Quiet and peaceful was what we were looking for and found.

Very nice quiet place to stay overnight or longer. Just be aware that check in times are later than usual. We didn’t realize however they kindly checked us in early.

The park was clean and well maintained except for the dirt roads. There were some potholes and maneuvering was difficult. Prices in the store were predatory.

Easy access to campground. Didn't hear alot of highway noise-none with a/c on. Nice view of lake. Quiet & all guests were kind and courteous.

Requested a shady area. Response. Your spot will get shade at some point. Bad customer service. Sites not level. Not much there. Many long term campers.

Clean restrooms, nice office, grounds could use some work as they were very weedy and grown up and very buggy. The lake view was pretty and the hosts were very nice and accommodating.

We arrived at 2:10 p.m. and were told check-in was not until 3:00, but could come back at 2:30. We asked where we could park until we could check in and the young female told us we could take a drive over to the state park or go have lunch somewhere. We don't know this area and we're talking only 20 minutes!!! Thankfully, she was gone when we returned and the rest of the stay went well.

We had a great time on our very first trip with our new camper! The staff was so helpful and understanding of our “noob” status. Clean campground and amenities. The pool is beautiful!

Nicest KOA we have stayed at to date! Located on a beautiful lake, lots of green grass instead of the usual gravel which is SO appreciated, and facilities were all clean and in excellent shape. Located in the country so there was no highway noise either.

The office should be open longer in the evenings especially on weekends or holidays. Also we felt the spaces were tight. I see the long term campers have good spacing but others seem to be jammed in. Needs more gravel by camping spaces for those rain days. Other than that. Nice people and very accommodating.

The campsite itself was at least half dirt, there was almost no grass left in it. Many people are the campground just let their children run and scream for all daylight hours and encouraged them to run, ride their bikes, and play in our campsite, which was very unpleasant and unwanted. It was not a nice or relaxing experience and I will not be back. The bathrooms were clean and nice.

Very micro managed and rude staff. No activity events for kids and guest like other KOA's. Staff was beyond anal on parking on our camper.Closed everything down early that they did have open like water access and store. I don't mind paying extra for camping but to be kicked out by 11am ridiculous for the money you pay. Should be able to stay til at least 1pm.

Beautiful place. Tent sites are right on the lake. Owners and staff were all friendly and helpful. And the grill set up on the fire rings are the best I’ve seen. Great weekend!

They told us my 1.5yr old couldn’t ride on his remote control side by side that I was controlling because it was against there insurance but yet they had underage kids speeding riding around on golf carts and mopeds also spots were small and had very Little Rock so were very muddy after any type of rain then the lady that run the place was very rude we won’t be back

Great fishing. Dog park was locked! Had to ask for dog bags as they were not restocked.Owner nice but office staff was abrupt. Seemed like they had different rules for long term campers.

Roads and sites were in need of gravel to help reduce the mud. It was very rainy before and during our stay. The dog walk area near our site was a narrow strip of land between a KOA road and a highway with infrequent but fast traffic. We were only there overnight so didn't have the opportunity perhaps in it's best light. I would be reluctant to stay there again.

Looks like a nice place . Oddly the dog run was locked. Very tight turn when pulling in entrance with a bigger 5th wheel it has drainage ditch on both sides so be aware when pulling in. I think I will try the state park if I'm in area next time.

Too anal about being on the grass. They didn't even allow a doormat to wipe off your feet. Otherwise, great family operators and very clean facilities, especially the restrooms. Location on the lake has to be in the USA.

Very nicely setup park, with big rig friendly spots. Easy access from the interstate. Beautiful lake with nice back in spots by the water.

Nice clean park. Quiet. A lot of permanent trailers but very clean. Lake is nice. One night stay for us so perfect for that. Pull thru gravel but level and shady.

Seamed like a very nice campground. We got our spot by the lake and just stayed there. So don't know much about the facilities. But the office was clean and the employees were friendly when we checked in. I think this will become our new stopping spot on the way home. Since we wont go through Minnesota any longer...

Location is fantastic! Seasonal campers are friendly and welcoming. Customer service is lacking, I understand the part time store hours, but I did not expect to have to cut my own grass or take my trash to the dumpster or not being able to call and charge wood to my account. I had to physically go to the store each time I wanted to buy wood.

Nice quiet park easy to get to and negotiate with our 38 ft class a towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had to fill up propane on our way out and it was an easy process. Great stay 5/9 to 5/12!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time in July 2021. We have been back multiple times since! I was worried after reading some reviews as people were complaining about strict rules. We didn't find it strict at all. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions but never once was I shut down or felt like I was a bother. The lake is beautiful and reminds us of much longer trips we used to take to Minnesota. Campground very well cared for, cleanest restrooms we have ever seen/used at a KOA. The pool was kept perfectly clean and was so enjoyable. The RV spaces are very well spaced out, beautiful shade trees for my hubby who can't do the sun! Both sets of my kids and grandkids came out and had the best time! New dog park for my furkids and wonderful new playground for kids. This was an amazing place, and we hope to be going here for years. Thank you.

Typically, we don't stay in KOAs: we camp in the back of our pickup, with two mattresses in the bed and we don't need hookups or electricity. But since Lewis and Clark State Park campground on the other side of the lake books up very early for the summer season, we ended up reserving a tent site at this KOA. Our stay was pleasant enough. The site was right on the lake, with other simple campers (a family in a tent trailer) right next to us. No problems with rowdy behavior or noise. Restroom facilities (toilets, sinks, showers) were clean and well maintained. There were lots of huge RVs in the other parts of the campground, crammed in very close together. We were glad to have reserved a tent site.
