I loved it except some of the camping spot are really just a parking spot. Seems a little more expensive to stay in a parking lot and has no privacy. Maybe making them more like an actual camping spot would be good. Other then that I really liked it

Camp host and other grounds workers were very friendly! Clean campground. Office staff were not friendly. Rolling their eyes while your waiting in line to check in and talk to you very rude! It was a very chaotic and time consuming to rebook your spot for the next year and the dates that were reserved were wrong on my confirmation. We called the next morning to change it and its not available!

When we arrived at night our cabin was locked and no one was there except the security guard. We waited outside in the cold with 4 little kids for over an hour (11:00 at night now)with no apology from the Koa. The manager? guy on the golf cart was kind of harsh and unfriendly, along with the older lady at the desk. The location was great though. The cabin was nice and very clean once we got in.

It is a dirt bike park, it is not policed very well. With pandemic going on, you have people more kids riding quads they park just for fun no helmets etc. workers not that friendly or helpful. Store was stocked which was nice. Best thing u had was a guy name Jim giving rides a n barrels and kids and adults as well was having there time of their life.

Perfect way to stay if you don’t have a toy hauler. Cabins are awesome!! Plan to rent again

It was first time there. Was great time for me. Only downfall was the younger girl in office seemed like didnt know much or didn't care. She was respectful but face expressions say alot. And also the shower times available is dumb only up to 6pm. I dont shower till 8 or 9 since I'm out in the sand. Besides that stuff I would come back if they fix especially the shower times.

The staff was incredibly plesant and had so many activities set up for the children. They kept the campground clean and the trash taken out. I will be making many trips back to this KOA in the future.

We had the best host while we were there Saturday thru Tuesday. The kids loved him and he was AWESOME! The guy that came on weds was grouchy but we still had a great time.

I was disappointed in this KOA. Normally I love the KOA campgrounds, but this one was geared for bikers and four wheeler’s, and did not cater to the person like me. I was not allowed to use the shower, they didn’t have outgoing mail. quiet Time was 8 AM and 10 PM they did not enforce that. If your looking for a 4 wheel spot I do recommend it. If your looking for a quite peaceful spot. No!

I’ve already rec’d this KOA to my sister. Was super impressed with the staff and covid safety procedures they had in place. Disappointed with some of the campers not abiding by them, though. Can’t wait to come back!

Stay was great as usual, the park is nice and well maintained. Ideal for campers that enjoy the off road lifestyle.The only negative thing that I can bring up is they charged my card for a KOA membership without my knowledge or approval. It is being handled at the corporate level so I can't complain too much. I have been staying at this KOA for many years and plan to contenue staying there.

We have been coming to the Oregon Dunes KOA for the past 5 years. We love it there and always have a great time. This year we met shirtless host Steve and he made our stay even better, he was so friendly and we all loved the train rides! We can’t wait for our trip next year!

Steve the camp host was great! The lodge we stayed in does need a little work if the rates continue to go up (new futon mattress for couch, update bedding and mattress in main bedroom, front door jamb and trim need repairs it got stuck from nails popping out, cob webb’s on ceiling) bedroom door handles & doors should be replaced, ceiling fans were dirty - some extra love would do them well!

The men's washroom smelled awful. Quiet hour rules were ignored; people were congregating til past midnite and talking quite loudly, and some were even reving up their ATVs very late in the nite. And, in this age of COVID-19, there was very little mask wearing & social distancing in this crowded space. And this being in the dunes area (not in a wooded area), expect dust to get into everything.

Good campsites but a little dusty due to all the ATV activities and the covid changes confused some of the staff because we got different requirements from different staff members but everything worked out okay.

Great stay, really loved Steve giving the train rides at the end of the day. He was enthusiastic and energetic...his great energy was appreciated.

The grounds have plenty of things to do. My kids loved the jump pad and train rides. The guy who does the train rides is so nice and goes the extra mile for everyone. He's great! I really liked this place, but theres only one thing that hampered our stay and made it sour right from the start. The checking-in staff are really rude (for no reason at all). Immediately makes us start to hate the KOA.

We stayed at the Grand Lodge cabin at the KOA. We talked about returning every year, however upon check out we were alarmed at the price. It was extremely expensive. The staff was incredible and the venue was perfect for our wedding but we do not know if we can afford another 3 night stay in the grand lodge next yr. We were looking forward to everything offered but a lot was shut down from covid.

Great place to stay everyone was friendly however one of our gas cans were stolen and there wasn't alot of noise control people were partying til midnight

Very nice staff that were willing to accommodate us last minute. The only downside was that the noise from highway 101 was very loud, but that was only because we were in a tent. The restrooms were very clean and had very nice accommodations

Steve the owner helped me my quad. Steve the camp host went well above and beyond the expectation. Girls in the office were friendly. Bathrooms were cleaned. The only complaint is the rule on firewood.

Great place 2nd time here renting a cabin. Only complaint is its expensive and its a mile or so to sand so hard on paddles but everything else is great! People are great also!

we love this campground. This year there were a few things that need attention in the deluxe cabin that we usually rent. The tv reception was fuzzy on all channels, the bbq was not working properly, we found a couple of spiders in the cabin, and the cabin could use a deep cleaning.

Very friendly staff and family oriented. It's not just camping, they also have cabins and lodges. One of the biggest and best KOAs I've ever been to and directly on the dunes!! Unfortunately, they can't find enough employees to do a lot of the fun stuff they normally do like the zip line, paddle boats, ice cream socials, ax throwing contests, etc etc. Of course these are more summertime things and hopefully by then they will have enough employees to make it even more fun. But a very nicely kept property with people always around to help if needed.
