We stayed in cabin 75. Cleanliness was OK. I would recommend running a cobweb brush over the entire cabin also cleaning the fan blades and the fan in the bathroom which is full of dirt. Clean doors with a magic eraser lots of fingerprints from the guest before us. The bathrooms were clean enough. We would stay again.

Area was great, the girl working at the check In station needs to be replaced…. Very unhelpful, takes a 40 minute break at check in time.

This would be 5 stars. People were nice. At check in we never got tokens 4 the showers. At check out my brother who stayed in a cabin told me they got tokens at check in. That would of been nice 2 know at check in. Also maybe you should just have free showers 4 you guest, since they are your guest after all. Also bathrooms closer 2 the cabins in the back would be nice.

We spent an excellent night on a whim at one of the Kabins here. Being able to chat around a campfire made it a no brained when compared to a hotel. Two thumbs up!!

The stay and service was great. Only recommendation would be to add more gravel around the lodges. It was really muddy around the lodge and parking spots for the lodge.

Our stay was amazing!! The only thing I would recommend is being more clear about needing to bring sheets, blankets and towels. Thankfully a friend had told us before.

I stayed in this super cute cabin. There was fresh towels and linens. Coffee and filters were in a basket. We had a lovely time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I love the dunes koa.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Quick check-in. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the speaker to the t.v went out and there was no volume. I did let the staff know.

The Cabin we stayed in was great! We loved the deluxe cabin. It was perfect for our family. We heard there was zip lining, axe throwing and a large jump pad for the kids. We didn't see any of that. Was a bummer. Maybe they don't have it during winter. Other than that, our stay was awesome! We will definitely be coming back and hopefully to the same cabin.

First time there and everyone was so polite and helpfull.....a rare experience in most campgrounds. No matter how busy they were...... and they were very busy, they always had a smile and were sincere in helping with whatever questions I had. When I purchased a wheelbarrow of firewood they beat me back to my campsite with it! Thanks to all the staff and for the clean cabin too.

No one was available to get coins for the showers. Finally a clean up person came and found the store person. The camp kichen was dirty and based off the woman garbage stalls they were not clean nighty.

Friendly/helpful staff. Grounds not as nice or clean as they used to be. Shrubbery and trees need to be trimmed back so they don’t scrape trailer, rhododendron planters in dire need of care/water. Dog park in poor ground condition. Stayed in early September, so perhaps lack of watering.

We stayed in the small cabins and honestly they where clean they smelled good mattresses where comfortable. Bathrooms where clean showers had plenty hot water just not a whole lot of pressure. From what I saw when we stayed spot 71 has most parking

We rented the lodge for 5 nights, wich is a house that looks like a log cabin. The staff was friendly, but the lodge was disgusting. The second I walked in, all I could smell was rodent. The tops of the blinds in the windows were chewed on from the rodents and there was rodent poop in the window sills and in the kitchen cupboards. We feared using the dishes. Theres more but it won't let me write

We were quite disappointed it had a horrible smell of urine. Blinds on the sliding glass door was half missing we had absolutely no privacy and had to hang up a sheet. The carpet up in the loft and down the stairway and in the master bedroom were disgusting & had to be swept. Couch smelled. There was rat poop in loft by one of the beds. Lots of rats outside and we’re in the BBQ. Dirty and smell

So the campground is nice overall but the cabin we rented was disgusting. First of all it was $600 a night and it was a 2 bedroom 2 bath grand house they call it. The outside was very dirty and it looked like the floor mat had never been cleaned the inside was even worse. The blinds had been chewed by mice and there was mice poop on the window sills. The fridge and floors were filthy as well.

It would be a 5 rating except it is annoying to have to pick up the shower coins daily. Why couldn’t the guests be trusted with them at the time of checking in? ( One day the office already closed before we could get ours ).

Very friendly staff and family oriented. It's not just camping, they also have cabins and lodges. One of the biggest and best KOAs I've ever been to and directly on the dunes!! Unfortunately, they can't find enough employees to do a lot of the fun stuff they normally do like the zip line, paddle boats, ice cream socials, ax throwing contests, etc etc. Of course these are more summertime things and hopefully by then they will have enough employees to make it even more fun. But a very nicely kept property with people always around to help if needed.
