Check in: The people before me were late checking out. The power box was broken at my site. I wasn’t told about shower tokens that could only be given out when the store is open. When I woke, I couldn’t shower.

We visit OR dunes at least 2-4 times per year and have been to other campgrounds and rental houses all along the dunes from Florence to Coos Bay. This is by far the best part of the dunes and cleanest campground with short ride to most beautiful beach and utv shop. Staff is so nice and the park is safe with security. Added bonus is the kids jump pad, park, hay rides, and wreck hall full of games.

OK. 5mph speed limit makes trip to dunes take too long. Site 82 was on main road and was not private. No shade. Very dusty.

Are camp host was the best but koa is over priced no rv dump no shower went looking for a rv dumb and found rileyranch going to stay there next time

The dunes were fun and we had a great time at the campground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing i think could be improved is the showers. Having to get a token everyday and having limited shower time is definitely an inconvenience. I have stayed at other KOAs and have not had to go through the same hassle with the showers.

The bathrooms were extremely clean. The amenities provided at the cabins were above our expectations. Great place for families or adults without kids. Can't wait to stay again!

Giving it 4 stars only because we were tent camping and it was right next to the dog park and right next to the road. So not the quietest place for tents. But the bathrooms were very clean and the shower was very clean and maintained for the tent campers, so we appreciated that. Also super easy access to the Oregon dunes.

Stay here every year. Staff and management is a cut above the rest when it comes to hospitality. The owners of the park certainly have and are, investing in the dune experience. June 2020 witnessed construction on a whole new, modern updated section and the plans don't stop there. They are continuing to look at at adjoining property to expand for more to have the experience. Will always go back!!!

It was amazing. We stayed out in one of the smaller cabins that had a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and even a bbq. The porch had a bench swing which was enjoyable. Then we noticed the larger cabins had bathrooms with showers and kitchens. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with the upgrade. Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be doing it again!

Campground was clean and there were lots of things for young kids. However, the camping spaces were small and access to showers was limited.

We had a lovely time as always. The staff is amazing! Sites and grounds very clean . Everyone wearing masks. We love our holidays at the KOA. So much for the littles to do safely.

They messed up our reservation and we had to stand two different campsites and move our trailer and unhook and they would not give us a discount all they said was I should’ve checked my email confirmation and it was my fault, we have been going there since 2004 very disappointed

Stayed in the cabin #74 and it was super clean, everything worked and the water in the shower was nice and hot. The staff was very nice and easy to work with, it was a very nice trip!!!

There was ticks in my wagon And it seemed like someone smoked in it don’t really know but the spots all over the wagon There was ticks in coffee tray Kinda disappointing for the cost

Well wish I could give them a 5 but I can’t the prices go up every year which I understand but now we can’t park next to cabin like we use too and we can’t bring our own wood have to buy theres just seems to be a lot more costly to go there.

Even with Covid 19 going on. We had a great stay, employees were kind & they kept the place clean. The camp host, is a hoot! Loved his stickers.

A tremendous stay as always! I would especially like to thank Angelina and Danielle for the tremendous effort on their part! They are most definitely a valuable part of your team. Additionally over at Steve's ATV, Charles went out of his way to repair our quads on multiple occasions! Charles really knows his stuff! Thank you again for a tremendous stay... see you next month �

Upset that they would not give us a discount after Employee messed up our reservation and we had to stay in a different spot first night then unhook and had to switch and employee told me I should have viewed my email confirmation, so she blamed me. We have been going here since 2004. I was very disappointed

We come annually to the Oregon Dunes KOA with family and friends. We always have a great time! The staff are so friendly and helpful, we really appreciate them. I would recommend staying here.

Tv, fridge, coffee maker & microwave were a nice surprise in our 2 room cabin. Bathroom and shower stalls were small, it would have been nice If there was a handicap stall. Employees were friendly. Park was clean. Most people followed the speed limit- that was great I didn’t worry about my 6 year old getting ran over by speeding atvs. Definitely would come back. Thanks

Very friendly staff and family oriented. It's not just camping, they also have cabins and lodges. One of the biggest and best KOAs I've ever been to and directly on the dunes!! Unfortunately, they can't find enough employees to do a lot of the fun stuff they normally do like the zip line, paddle boats, ice cream socials, ax throwing contests, etc etc. Of course these are more summertime things and hopefully by then they will have enough employees to make it even more fun. But a very nicely kept property with people always around to help if needed.
