It was very loud with all of the razors and quads coming and going late into the night.

Very nice stay, area was clean. I was at Spot 44 and the cable TV was not working.

The KOA and staff are great! We did have problems with a group of campers that came in around us. Dogs off leashes, constantly walking and riding quadsthrough our camp site and when we left, the group in Z02 was stealing power from C02 that had no one in it.

Friendly staff but be prepared for dusty conditions (& noisy from ATVs) due to the location. If you like to get dirty this is the place for you.

Very nice staff

No policing of loud music. Could be heard throughout the camp ground in spite of policies.

Nice place to stay if you are into riding ATV's and dirt bikes! Quick ride to the dunes and ocean for fun. Dog park was terrible, no one picked up after their pets and didn't seem the regs were followed.

We had a wonderful time at Oregon Dunes KOA. Convenient location to explore the Dunes. Clean and organized campground. Would recommend to friends and family.

Unwanted. But then I didn't know anyone. Not rich enough I guess.

This is always a great place to stay. Just wish I could get more days here. They are so busy and packed, but that is how it is with great places..

Great place for kids! I found the campground wuiet and relaxing. Sure, there were wuite a few atvs but at night things were peaceful snd restful.

If you have a toy hauler full of toys this is THE place to be. If you are camping and exploring go somewhere else. For being on the coast of Oregon the campground was nothing but dust. I couldn’t open windows or cook outside. Very happy to be leave the next morning.

Enjoyed our stay

Huge amount of things for the kids to do. Never once did they say they were bored. Lots of riding on the dunes for the adults.

Was disappointed with the spot they put us in. Super windy and dusty all the time. We had a layer of dirt by every window that we cracked open. There we’re plenty of spots open in the upper campground and asked why we couldn’t move in there. Was told they didn’t have anything? Several spots We’re completely open during our stay.Upper campground looked much nicer and more protected from th

Worst stay in over 25 years, they gave my site away after being booked a year in advance and tired to make it sound like I did it, no manager on site to correct the problem. Never offered to make up for it or apologize for the mixup on KOA side. Very poor service, I get that Covid has caused some issues but come on now. We have been coming to your KOA for well over 25 years, very poor service.

As always a great campground for accessing the dune. Would have been a five star review if the kid train would run the same amount it has in years past instead of the 15-30 it does now.

Paid a lot of money to stay here and the experience was much different from all other KOAs. Staff was not friendly at check in. Showers were limited to 8 min per person and the first time I tried to shower, it didn’t work at all. The second time it shut off with 5 min remaining and I didn’t have time to rinse the soap and conditioner off. WiFi is $10 per device.

This campground does not compare to other KOA CAMPGROUNDS. It is a good place if you like to ride the dunes. It is right next to a ATV rental place which is nice. The park itself just not stand up to the KOA standards.

Awesome week of riding the dunes. Already reserved a site for next year.

Very nice facility. Easy access in and out of park. Great having the little store there and amenities are good. Nice spot for the dogs to be off leash. Great place for ATV’s as everyone had one.

Excellent space if you love the Dunes

There staff was awesome, they helped us make some reservation site changes with no hassles. Nice place to stay

Conestoga wagon ridiculously priced. bathrooms consistently dirty, 4 out of 5 times no soap in dispensers. no extra garbage can liners provided, brought my own. Me & my crew of 15-29 have stayed here for over 20 years as an RV’er. It’s stupid you MUST buy fire wood at store, completely understand controlling crossing state lines, should be able to source locally tho.

We have stayed KOA oregon Dunes many many the store closed by 6 every night which was not helpful around dinner time, it’s a bike park but you have unsupervised kids just riding around the park with no helmets. The maintenance staff were very helpful and on top of the garbage. Just this year it was different. Just didn’t have the family feeling like in past years

Not good been going over 21 yrs. store staff not friendly, everything wood, hand soap out for days there excuse we r short staffed. People walking they your campsites, people riding there quads just around camp creating more dust than what you have. No ice cream social. It’s just sad how it keeps going down. But no where else to stay but we will be back next year!

Short and sweet. One night.
Jul 27, 2021
We had to move several times to stay the entire week. The staff was great trying to work with us to not have to move so many times. They helped to eliminate 2 of our 5 moves.m

Good stay the spots are a little to expensive tho.

Generally clean, great options for the kids, good common kitchen. Sites were level and clean. Bathrooms ok. Most trash cans were full at 6:30 pm when we arrived and still full 9 am the next morning. Laundry hours were unfortunate. We stopped simply for the night and to freshen up (showers, fill and empty tanks, charge electronics, do laundry). Were unable to do laundry. Won’t return

Coming back for a third time next year and staying 12 days! Loved it! Great staff and clean facilities!

Very terrible stay in almost thirty years I've been coming down here I've never seen it so bad not only that the people working in the office said there was no spots for the night so they put me up in some $50 dry camp where I slept in my car and I get up the next day and you've got plenty of sites were open. Worst stay here for sure. Might not come back

Nice space very helpful staff
Jul 23, 2021
This is the place to be if you have your own ATV toys! You can ride in and out of the campground to get to the dunes area. We were just passing thru for a night.
Jul 22, 2021
For ATV activity it’s a great place to stay. However, there should be a parking area for the atv’s so they don’t drive through park. Lastly, the 3 days we were there the mens restroom was never cleaned. With all the atv’s a dust control plan would be nice.

No overnight management and people were partying till 3 am in the morning

I give 4 stars because this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed there and we didn’t know until another guest told us as we were checking out that there was a game room with Ping pong and shuffleboard, TVs for the kids. It would be nice if at check in the representative would let people know. Other then that everything was great.

The staff were amazing, very organized, and willing to assist us in any way. The facility could use a little maintenance, but overall we had an amazing stay. We have renewed our reservation for next year.

Because of the proximity to the Oregon Dunes ,this KOA has a lot of OHV camping. I was amazed at how relatively quiet and clean the campgrounds were. Kudos to the employees and management there!

This place is the spot. Can't beat it for riding in the dunes.

Very friendly staff and family oriented. It's not just camping, they also have cabins and lodges. One of the biggest and best KOAs I've ever been to and directly on the dunes!! Unfortunately, they can't find enough employees to do a lot of the fun stuff they normally do like the zip line, paddle boats, ice cream socials, ax throwing contests, etc etc. Of course these are more summertime things and hopefully by then they will have enough employees to make it even more fun. But a very nicely kept property with people always around to help if needed.
