The ATV convention was not pleasing with AVTs running all day and night into the early morning hours. We wouldn’t have stayed here if we knew that ever was happening. Very minimal store with provisions. An average KOA overall with gravel pads and a ton of soft dirt to kick up and get everything dirty.

I would have liked to have had the person who checked us in give us shower tokens, especially because she knew it was my first stay at this KOA and other KOAs don't have shower tokens. By the time I realized I needed them, the office was closed. Everything else was great.

Our stay was short but it was very nice. We will be looking for more days to book with you because this is where I grew up. The check in staff was courteous and helpful. The grounds were clean. We only had one neighbor behind us that were a little loud because they were drinking, but my husband asked them nicely to quiet down and they did after the second time.

The dog play area was FULL of poop. The park said they had WiFi well i had to call the number and they said that I'd only get it if I was by office. We weren't. I expected ATV noise after quiet time, I would have been ok with that, even though it said if they were caught after 10pm they would have to push ATV back to camp. That didn't happen! All bathrooms and showers were closed and wasn’t because of covid. Our “pull through site” was a sideways spot and could barley reach the plugs in for water and electric. People around us were encroaching in our campsite which gave us no room. We did like that you could ride straight to the dunes from the campsite.

The camp ground we stayed in Lincoln City was much better maintained and the showers were open. They had a little breakfast cafe and the store opened earlier.We weren't there to ride in the dunes so I guess it was more suited for that type of crowd. The families with kids did enjoy your facility

The KOA Dunes in OR does not represent what I come to expect from a family friendly organization. It condones racist harassment and lacks the courtesy to return phone calls and the professionalism and courage to take action, apologize, or make amends. It’s unworthy of its KOA affiliation and I encourage other potential guests to stay away. Not recommended for minorities.

I ended up leaving without a refund 15 minutes after I arrived. Worst campground experience ever. I'll never stay at a Koa again and I was a loyal customer.

Arrived Sunday stayed till Saturday. It was Very good, the community kitchen had several broken burners, the shower was wonderful, the store is great, the cabin comfy. TV in cabin was just all snow. M/O worked great, loved the coffee. Look forward every year to returning.

We liked the unique character of the camp geared towards Motorsport enthusiasts. However when we arrive, there was no sign of our reservation and obviously nobody cares about some basic night protocol with music blasting until 1AM. Reading from the comments after the fact, it is well known but left unaddressed.

They have a ridiculous shower protocol where you have to sign up for showers and are issued Tokens which allow 8 minutes of shower time. No one told us about this protocol when we arrived. By the time we went to shower they left for the night so we couldn’t shower. They were inconsistent w/ the protocol & allowed one family to take up 3 showers and my family had to wait. I will Never go here aga

Stayed 4 nights and loved it. Quiet nights easy access to dunes. Store had everything we forgot to take. Steves ATV near by looks like they have everything one could need. Pond fishing peddle boats playground full hooks all staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay next year

Super great place for our family to meet up and have a blast. The staff is terrific- the place is super clean. Really great fun for my grandsons to be able to play.

Stay in a cabin. Unfortunately no bathroom but the campground bathroom were near by. The cabin was comfortable and clean.

Fine. Nice employees. Roads are horrible. Muddy and pitted. Other guests had no consideration for quiet times.

Gr8 spot for ORV enthusiasts. Front desk gals perfunctory and barely polite. Not service or customer oriented. Hid in the “back office” and I felt like I was bothering them to ask where the bathrooms were. ORV bizness next door had great folk- enthusiastic friendly and loved their work. Serving customers

We had a great time. 1. Showers were closed bc they were short staffed yet they charged full rates. 2. There was no one patroling the campground. We were next to obnoxious, Loud people past midnight for the first 3 nights we were there. 3. They do not answer the phones. Every time we needed something we went to the office. 4. 3 people in the store, no one answered the phone.

We always enjoy our stay. Just really hard to get reservations unless you book a year in advance because of all the outer staters.

Didn't need but the fact that you had no showers was really unacceptable for those who need. Also asked for recommendation for a seafood restaurant and person wasn't able to give one.

Overall very nice experience, friendly staff. We stayed in the full service caboose. Only issues were the bed frame is about to fall apart and most of the deck lights are burned out. Also the bbq wouldnt work until I took it apart and cleaned the burner holes. We will be coming back soon.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our cabin. Upon our exit while sweeping under the bunk bed, I swept a pair of someone else’s underwear and t shirt. Ick!! Also, our picnic table was covered in cheese puffs from the last camper.

Just alright. I thought KOA’s were more high end. I’m usually a boondocker or budget RV park. I was not impressed. Advertised zip lines closed due to staffing. Showers for tent campers only (we have a cabover w/very small shower). Noisy kids riding dirt bikes around camp for hours. No one available after 5pm. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Was a great location for riding.....but I think it’s ridiculous I couldn’t shower because I had a RV. Showers should be open to all campers like every other campground.

The area wasn't clean. Chicken running in the campground. No kids activities are open except the jumper. I think this place need better landscaping. It's not an RV parking, it should be more attractive so people can come and enjoy their vacation.

Awesome place if you like riding sand dunes and camping. Easy access to the dunes right from the campground. Will definitely be going back.

Always a great place to stay! the staff is friendly and helpful. Delivery of wood to your space, a train ride for the kiddo's and a track for children nearby. Easy access to the dunes. The spaces are easy to get in and out of, some with nice patio's and all have a fire pit.

Our stay was good until the last day when we went to leave. The septic tanks under our trailer backed up and there was poop water and toilet paper all over our stuff! All over the tie downs, blocks and our atvs. My husband let the office know and they brought us some bleach water and poured kitty litter on ground but other than that didn’t seem to concerned. Not sure we will be back.

I’ve Been coming here for 4 years like clockwork. Multiple times per year with a group of over 40 people & 10+ Rigs. Hasn’t been to bad until this time. My wife and I have Received TERRIBLE service with MAJOR ATTITUDE from Lynzee!!!!!! Our water went out in our Motorhome so we wanted to OBVIOUSLY use the Showers at the KOA just like we did earlier in the week at the Medford KOA. UNFORTUNATELY

Great place, a little dusty but everyone that worked there were awesome and friendly. If you ride atv/utv or anything this is the place for you. Lots of friendly courteous people.

Very friendly staff and family oriented. It's not just camping, they also have cabins and lodges. One of the biggest and best KOAs I've ever been to and directly on the dunes!! Unfortunately, they can't find enough employees to do a lot of the fun stuff they normally do like the zip line, paddle boats, ice cream socials, ax throwing contests, etc etc. Of course these are more summertime things and hopefully by then they will have enough employees to make it even more fun. But a very nicely kept property with people always around to help if needed.
