Bathrooms were dirty, again. Wreck hall bathroom out of toilet paper and garbage overflowing for days. Really feels like the "ORV-centric" nature of this KOA lets all other aspects of the campground be forgotten. Our cabin smelled like someone had a fish fry in it. Really like this KOA but the overall experience has gone downhill over the years. Bring back ice cream social!

Even though they were under staffed, the staff was helpful and friendly. We love this KOA and enjoy every stay every time.

Paid a lot of money to stay here and the experience was much different from all other KOAs. Staff was not friendly at check in. Showers were limited to 8 min per person and the first time I tried to shower, it didn’t work at all. The second time it shut off with 5 min remaining and I didn’t have time to rinse the soap and conditioner off. WiFi is $10 per device.

Conestoga wagon ridiculously priced. bathrooms consistently dirty, 4 out of 5 times no soap in dispensers. no extra garbage can liners provided, brought my own. Me & my crew of 15-29 have stayed here for over 20 years as an RV’er. It’s stupid you MUST buy fire wood at store, completely understand controlling crossing state lines, should be able to source locally tho.

I give 4 stars because this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed there and we didn’t know until another guest told us as we were checking out that there was a game room with Ping pong and shuffleboard, TVs for the kids. It would be nice if at check in the representative would let people know. Other then that everything was great.

The staff were amazing, very organized, and willing to assist us in any way. The facility could use a little maintenance, but overall we had an amazing stay. We have renewed our reservation for next year.

Landscaping and condition of the property are exactly what I would expect for an "ORV-centric" campground. Bathrooms have not been "clean" in either of our last two visits (May and July 2021). Garbage can was overflowing ever time I went in the bathroom. Toilets and urinal were always very dirty. No ice cream social? Come on!! Also one staff member who seemed to leave his manners at home...

The Oregon Dunes KOA were clean and family friendly. The perfect place to stay while riding out in the dunes. We reserved a cabin, which included a mini fridge, microwave, and outdoor BBQ pit. There were communal free showers, a store, playground, and kitchen sinks. We were required to purchase wood on site but it wasn't expensive. Access to dunes was perfect, under a 3 min ride.

Our stay as always was great.However its time to make some improvements to the cabins.The toilet seat needs replaced, its gross.Sinks & shower are slow to drain,shower curtain has mold at the bottom, the floors & counters are always filthy. I always disinfect upon arrival (even before Covid),my wipes always come up black.The futon is worn out & uncomfortable. For the $ u charge,make the sm fixes.

We slept in a cabin, it was clean. The mattresses in the cabins need to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable and no support. Also, the landscape needs some work. Our cabin hadn’t been mowed in what looked like weeks. Tons of weeds and no where to really set up chairs. Also, kindness is free. The ladies running the store could use some training in being friendly.

Arrived Sunday stayed till Saturday. It was Very good, the community kitchen had several broken burners, the shower was wonderful, the store is great, the cabin comfy. TV in cabin was just all snow. M/O worked great, loved the coffee. Look forward every year to returning.

We had a great time. 1. Showers were closed bc they were short staffed yet they charged full rates. 2. There was no one patroling the campground. We were next to obnoxious, Loud people past midnight for the first 3 nights we were there. 3. They do not answer the phones. Every time we needed something we went to the office. 4. 3 people in the store, no one answered the phone.

Overall very nice experience, friendly staff. We stayed in the full service caboose. Only issues were the bed frame is about to fall apart and most of the deck lights are burned out. Also the bbq wouldnt work until I took it apart and cleaned the burner holes. We will be coming back soon.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our cabin. Upon our exit while sweeping under the bunk bed, I swept a pair of someone else’s underwear and t shirt. Ick!! Also, our picnic table was covered in cheese puffs from the last camper.

Awesome place if you like riding sand dunes and camping. Easy access to the dunes right from the campground. Will definitely be going back.

Staff are not very accommodating, the shower situation is limited to cabin or tent sites. Overall the they lack quality customer service.

The worst time I have ever stayed there. Customer service was the worst you require masks to be worn but some of your staff does not wear the mask. The Customer service people at the desk did not know how to answer some of the questions asked, I understand that we are still I'm the pandemic but the shower rules are inappropriate and not cleaning the bathroom (really). This was the weirdest time

We paid $600 a night to stay in a very dirty house. Camp caretakers were VERY rude. Very disappointed because our last stay at the same camp ground was amazing.

The stay was good. The clientele was a bit different and sadly the playground was vandalized in the middle of the night and the men’s bathroom had plugged toilets the next morning. Maybe during shift of guard? Not the staffs fault though. The staff is always courteous.

We were told we could have an early check in but once we got there we couldn’t check in till 2pm - I felt so bad for the housekeeper she was trying to get it clean for us as the previous tenants didn’t check out till late late.

Cabin was fine. At check in, couldn’t find the key and never gave tokens for showers. Had an 8 hour drive home with no shower. Office not open right at 9am, not convenient.

Disliked having shower coins! Specially when the water is cold and does not warm up. Loved having Steve’s ATV rental near by for rentals! Would come back once zip line is complete!

Arrived at KOA and reservation was wrong. Was charged $120 over and said that my cabin was accidently booked and that the more expensive options were all that was left.

Very friendly staff and family oriented. It's not just camping, they also have cabins and lodges. One of the biggest and best KOAs I've ever been to and directly on the dunes!! Unfortunately, they can't find enough employees to do a lot of the fun stuff they normally do like the zip line, paddle boats, ice cream socials, ax throwing contests, etc etc. Of course these are more summertime things and hopefully by then they will have enough employees to make it even more fun. But a very nicely kept property with people always around to help if needed.
