Open the bathrooms. This is ridiculous that rv users cannot use the bathrooms. Our rv is small and cramped and to shower 3 small kids is difficult. No other rv park we went to this year has this ridiculous rule.

We had a great time, stayed 5 days, left before the weekend crowd showed up. Clean RV space and bathrooms. On-site staff were busy cleaning every day. Front desk staff were friendly but need to be attentive and keep personal chat to a minimum when guests are around. We will be back!

First off, I grew up dirt bike riding and I absolutely love it. But I do not want to hear it from strangers parked 2ft away from me at 1am ... the quiet time and "rules" here is an absolute joke. Kids racing their atvs around camp, 10 year olds driving Razors within inches of my camper. Never again. If I could get my money back I would.

If you are an ATV enthusiast it would be a good park. Otherwise it was noisy, quiet time not followed, way to many vehicles at each spot.

Not an attractive campground. Flat and wide open. Near dunes so campground was full of ATVs/dune buggies. Lots of noise and large group parties into the evening not obeying campground rules. If you want a quiet stay, go somewhere else.

If you're a dune rider, the sand access is great! However if you like to sleep at night, big NO. Music into the wee hours, midnight is when you tune the engine on your quad apparently, and if you need crash around changing the tires on your motorcycle? That happens at 5:45am. Facilities are old and tired, and if you show up with an rv of any kind you cannot use the showers, what??? Won't be b

Nice campground. Clean and well maintained. Only negative....quiet hours being enforced a little better. Had music thumping from another nearby camp after 10 pm. Thankfully, did stop around 10:45pm.

The new camp host is very rude. I have been going to Oregon dunes Koa for over 25 years and the camp hosts are always very nice people. This new guy is a rude jerk. It’s a shame to see this happen to such a nice campground.

Prior to making reservations we thought the zip line was up and functioning. Upon arrival we saw a sign on the fence stating zip line. When we asked about the zip line we were told it is not ready. It should have said zip line coming soon. Other than that all was great.

We were just needing a road stop as we were traveling through. Staff had conflicting information on showers. This really is just all gravel set up for dune excursions with your atv. For that purpose it would be great. Not for what we needed. Staff was basically absent.

I would like to compliment the camp's security guard. He was extremely helpful and did everything he could to try and figure things out with us when we arrived late. I also really like the idea of a security guard at a campground.

There were no showers. The staff was wasunfriendly and no help at all. The sites were not big rig friendly as it says in the ad. No free wifi it cost extra

We ask if the site we were staying in was available to stay a couple extra days. We were told no, the campground was booked solid. The site we were in stayed empty the rest of the week. One other Big Boy site was empty for 6 days and some of our friends that wanted to stay in a big boy site were told that there was none available. The park had about 30% empty sites. Poor management for reservation

Put is in a pack of 4 wheelers. Lots of open space so we could have been spread out some. I understand if they were full but they clearly were not.

Children were riding laps around the campground during daylight hours some with helmets and some without. Security didn't seem to be effective at stopping the continuous riding of quads in the campground. It states in the paperwork that doing laps in the campground is prohibited. That is what the kid riding area is for. If it would have been drier, the speed would have kicked up a lot of dust.

When we checked in we were given a different campsite then we where told on the phone. Unfortunately the confirmation email did not have a site number on there. We were a group of 6 families and we ended up away from our group. I could not argue about what site was given to us since it was verbally told to me and not confirmed in the email. Site numbers should be included in the email.

We are long time KOA campers and will likely not be back. Fellow campers had their music so loud we couldn’t have a convo at our our site w/o yelling, kids 2-3 on 1 quad were burning hot laps within camp w/o helmet, doing donuts and backed over KOA signage and the KOA Staff didn’t seem to care. There is no after hours way to reach the office, there was no security rounds after the store closed

I was very disappointed. We’ve stayed there for years and this was our worst stay. Inattentive staff and Very short office hours left campers to disregard rules: loud music, multiple cars at campsites blocking the road, dogs/ kids unattended and kids riding atv’s very fast in the campground. Not sure we will return. Might be (poor) new ownership.

Our stay was great until Wednesday April 7th. There was a big group that came in and played their music so loud it could be heard throughout the campground. This same group allowed their children to race around the campground on their quads, some not wearing helmets. One child also ran over a sign. We couldn't locate security and this behavior continued through our stay. KOA disappointed us.

Very friendly staff and family oriented. It's not just camping, they also have cabins and lodges. One of the biggest and best KOAs I've ever been to and directly on the dunes!! Unfortunately, they can't find enough employees to do a lot of the fun stuff they normally do like the zip line, paddle boats, ice cream socials, ax throwing contests, etc etc. Of course these are more summertime things and hopefully by then they will have enough employees to make it even more fun. But a very nicely kept property with people always around to help if needed.
