This was the worst campsite, in the worst RV park that we have stayed in. We have over 600 nights in rv parks over the that last 5 years with our Airstream. Our site was blocked to hitch access 4 nights straight. We were next to the restroom with 3 toilets, and 3 showers with 40 feet of our site, The water valve failed the entire time and would not turn off. Just a disaster.

This KOA is wonderful! The views are magnificent and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The trash service daily is amazing as well as the ice and firewood delivery. I would say the only thing my kids were disappointed in is the playground was not built. But it is supposed to be built soon.

We loved the worship experience on Sunday and the kindness of the people who work there. Very friendly and worth every penny. We loved the ribs and dinner. Great Job!

As always, this KOA never disappoints. By far the best I have stayed at. The staff is very attentive and will deliver anything you need as well as pick up your trash from your site every hour. On-site jeep rental is very convenient. I was in a tent site that backed up to horses but amazingly it was well kept and the smell/flys was not bad at all. The staff were super friendly and it’s a well run place. I will not return to this campground. It is extremely dusty and the tent site I paid $60 for 1 night was nothing more than dirt and rocks. Couldn’t get enough tent stakes in the ground to support my tent well. Never again. Unless they can resolve the dust issues and if fee tent sites with grass and no rocks.

We were dropins and camp ground had a cancelation. We were looking for 50 amp connection and site only had 30 amp. Thinking we should be able to run one AC unit on that and cut off the AC when using microwave. Did not happen several time with only the AC unit running we lost power and voltage droppped below 104 volts. Office said thet would sent soneone down but no one every showed.

Awesome place to camp. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and we'll be back next summer.

We left 1day early already paid. Lousy site run down, destroyed table. Obviously no site prep prior to next guest check in. WiFi only available at office. New owners are spending their money and effort on everything except a good camping experience. Only interested in promoting the gift shop, restaurant, and anything else they can charge for. The endless text messages to your phone sucked

We had a camping kabin for 4 and there was quite a bit of dog poop around the cabin which was picked up when requested, but there was still a lot of trash in the little gravel. The picinic table was in need of sanding and painting, little shade... the KOA looked like it needed some maintenance in general. Loved the restaurant and coffee shop on site and employees were kind and helpful.

Perfect in every way, except... You need to add a sink to the laundry room. I measure my laundry soap by it's cap, which then drips down the side of the bottle when you replace it. Rinsing the cap would be ideal, or, rinsing the bottle once it gets sticky. The last thing we want is for that soap to get on our clean clothes. Thank you!

While the staff were very nice and friendly, we had a few issues. When we arrived to the cabin. There were cobwebs inside on the ceilings and corners. We had to clean them out, however, from some bugs remaining we woke with a few bites. The hot tub is over clorinated. I had a bad reaction on my skin. Location is very nice and beautiful; but heavy traffic and over crowded with guests.

We were disappointed with how the sites are so packed in like sardines now. Making it like a city. 62B was right in front of dump station, we smelled that constantly. Table in tent site 49 table had old food on it, bathrooms not cleaned often enough for population. Just didn't have the ambiance it used to have. ESPRESSO IS SUPPOSE TO BE A DARK ROAST, MY AMERICANO WAS LIGHT roast.Will not return.

The showers where the cleanest I have seen. It would be nice to have more showers and toilets in the back lot for the tenters. The only complaint is all the dirt in the camp site and blowing from the RV sites across the road. The first year we started coming to this KOA there was grass on both sides of the road. That is the only thing we didn't enjoy, the staff was excellent.

Overcrowded, dirty, smell like sewer, power outages. The staff was friendly and helpful but the place has absolutely deteriorated in the four years since we’ve been there.

Wonderful campground.. stayed in a cabin this time. Unfortunately this time our cabin was still dirty. Found a broken egg under the table. Sad for such a nice campground.

The campground was very clean as were the bathrooms. The staff was pleasant and all was very organized and efficient. Loved the communications via text - very helpful.

We loved the side of the park we were placed in. Our spot was a bit narrow, but it was shaded and on the stream, so that was nice. We loved the text reminders and also loved the quiet time reminders! It was so nice to have a full, but quiet park. The bar, restaurant, and grounds staff were phenomenal. Every single employee was friendly and helpful! Loved Devon! He worked his tail off! Thanks!

We have been going to this KOA for 20 years. The new owners have really changed it for the worse. The bathrooms are a science experiment gone wrong. I have never seen something so disgusting, the wood is rotting the tiles are cracked and wet underneath. They have crammed more RV sites in so the whole tent site area smells like a sewer. It was very disappointing.

Too crowded. Spaces too close to each other. Septic smell. Not enough restrooms for the overcrowded spaces you have made. Bathrooms dirty. Need to clean restrooms much more offer due to over use. Been going her 30 years and since new ownership it has really gone down hill.

What a perfect location for OHV fans. The campground is immaculate and the staff is extremely friendly. The full hookup pull through site was used every day to hub our Jeeping adventures into the San Juan NF. From the Ouray KOA, we hit Telluride, Silverton, and all of the OHV trails in between. We really did enjoy the restaurant many times throughout the stay. We will be back.

Booked 2 nights in tent space, stayed 1 night called about 11:15am next day to tell them we weren't staying our additional night - never heard back from anyone - the reason was the campers next to us with children had one child yelling Mom, mom, mom, mom ALL night from dark until after 1 am or so, very nice check in guys, great teenage boys to help. No one acknowledged any phone messages.

We was suppose to stay in a tent but after all the rain we were blessed to be able to get a cabin. You bring all your own stuff which was perfect bc we had everything for the tent. We have stayed here before but it is under new owners and they are really doing a lot of extra stuff to make your stay nicer.

Bathrooms were very clean and the staff was nice, but you are packed on top of each other, as if theyve divided 1 site into 2 or even three…our reservation with friends was messed up three different times and it took the manager two times to fix it before we came up with a compromise. Because of how cramped it was we will not be back.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
