We had a wonderful stay. The bathrooms/shower rooms were so clean and the staff very friendly. Absolutely beautiful location.

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities were good, and the staff were super friendly. However, the prices for camping were a little steep. $55+ a night for a tent-camping site in the middle of winter was very expensive and hard to justify. Thanks for taking care of us, but please consider lowering your rates for the winter season (when the whole campground is empty).

This was genuinely the most amazing experience we have EVER had! We have camped in backcountry, public campgrounds, and then here. Out of them all, the KOA was our favorites. The staff truly made this so amazing. Kevin, Robert, and the other staff was so helpful. They accommodated our needs beyond their job descriptions and ultimately have created lifelong customers. We will forever come back!

Wooded quiet site perfect. Front desk people an A+. Facility clean and well maintained. Breakfast visit a disaster. Welcomed in, seated, then told food available only for takeout due to church and no access to kitchen. This was 20 min before church started. And how were they providing takeout if no access to kitchen? Girls in restaurant an F. Need a better procedure for Sunday morning.

The people at the front desk registration, the guy who showed us to the site and brought firewood, the staff in the restaurant (and the food) were all wonderful. The location was great and the campground exceeded expectations.

All if the bathrooms had spider webs in them, and in two of three bathrooms I used I killed at least three spiders. There is a sign saying we can see the daily bathroom cleaning log, but with this many spider webs it makes me question how good of a job they at cleaning. I would consider staying again since the staff was great, had showers and a restaurant on-site.

Very well organized campground. Impressed with customer contact and customer service. Need more bathrooms/showers for the tent area. Not enough per the # of tents and waited forever on both mornings.

Group of Polish motorcycle traveler's were quite popular. They stayed up with various other guests drinking and chatting around a camp fire till 1 am. Extremely loud. Myself and another guest requested they keep the noise down as I was sure 10pm was quiet time. Unfortunately K.O.A. apparently does not enforce this rule. Too bad cuz I would've liked to have slept.

Our stay started with Robert getting us the best site ever! Then, our camp attendant, Daryll, who we had the pleasure of meeting on his first day, made sure we wanted for nothing. We were not escorted to our location, and the campground map was terrible! Tent site was all dirt. I paid the resort fee since it was required, but this was no resort. To top it all off, I was charged a $2.00 pet fee but had NO PET!! Nor did I say I had a pet when I booked the reservation online. I am VERY disappointed. Would like pet fee refunded at a minimum.

Had a great stay. The place was like a full on resort. Hardly even needed to leave the campsite. Only thing we would change was "the message" playing in the bathroom. Not everyone likes christian rock.

We have stayed her many times over the past 25 years. It is overcrowded now like most every place in Ouray. There is not enough restrooms for the amount of people. The wifi does not work except at the main office area so it really should not be listed as an amenity. Unfortunately it is very expensive now to stay here but due to lack of other campsites its the best for the money.

AMAZING! This is by far the best KOA I have stayed at to date. It is so well taken care of and the people are more friendly than anywhere else. They deliver things to you and have the best amenities. The best part is that they close for Worship on the porch on Sundays, which is unheard of anywhere else. Cleanest bathrooms, restaurant, coffee shop, etc... I could go on and on. I love this place!!

The people were all nice, but the new owners have made changes that make the tent camping experience much different than it used to be. The tent camping is confined into a congested small area, and they made those lovely tent spots by the pond into RV parking. There is constant traffic, noise, and dust. If we have wanted high density and traffic, we would have gone to Denver. Shame, really.

Great staff, great place to stay. Clean showers, hot water. Only suggestion is that the restaurant, on the several times we patronized, was suffering so badly from staff shortage that we were unable to get our food or drinks in a timely manner. This was discouraging. Other than that, things were great.

The Ouray KOA was awesome! Bathrooms/showers clean. The live music and church service were great. All the people working there are fabulous, especially at the Mountain Top Social restaurant. Love the texting to order ice and firewood directly to your site. Love their local store that is reasonable prices. We will definitely return!

From the time we checked in, it was apparent that all of the staff were so NICE! We stayed 3 nights and felt that the staff were attentive and friendly with every interaction. The property is clearly well maintained and the bathroom facilities were always clean!

I've stayed there many times always works well for me. I had dinner tuesday night at your restaurant BBQ was pretty good . Morgan was my waitress, not only is she very attractive and personable with a great smile, but a really hard working waitress. You're lucky to have her.

We stayed one night tent camping. Hot tub was nice, camping spot was right in the center of the complex so a little crowded. We ate at the restaurant which was very good with a live music. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Amazing experience and stay. The check in process is very smooth and all details are provided. A team member in their golf cart will drive you down to the site as well. Also, very handily, they are a text away and the shop has all amenities that one would need. The staff is super helpful and nice. The restrooms/shower rooms are super clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay. Great staff who are very customer oriented and friendly. Super breakfast and dinner selections. The camp is beautifully located with nice mountain scenery and is quiet. Awesome stay!

The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The restroom and showers were clean and always available. I enjoyed my stay very much and it is close to the city of Ouray.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
