Harland, Kevin, Ray and Mike were all so nice and very helpfull getting my rv out of the snow and on the road. very clean, safe, and a fantastic crew. I would give the Ouray KOA 5 stars outstanding!!!!!!!!

Winter camping felt like we were the only ones there, with staff overtly courteous, helpful and friendly. Personal attention prevailed. We had a great experience. Moderately priced high but worth the value.

We had an awesome stay. The campground was very quiet, clean and safe. The bathrooms and the hot tub were very clean and hot as well.

Far too expensive for the services offered, even in winter. Was expensive in 2021, but 2022 rate was ridiculous.

In winter it was almost completely empty. Bathroom and showers very clean. Music station in bathhouse set to Christian station which I liked but might bother others. Hot tub was hot with strong jets. Sites level. Very removed from road. Outside sink area useful for washing dishes at bathhouse. Excellent property! I would stay there again and highly recommend property.

We were last minute stay, had a nice campsite 2 nights, requested to extend a few days due to loving the area. Very nice staff were able to accommodate us. Had to move 1x worked out great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA Holiday Ouray. The staff was beyond nice and helpful. The scenery is amazing and the hot tub was a perfect end to our busy days. The restaurant was temporarily closed for maintenance but it looked so cute and cozy. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and stay here again!

Excellent stay! The amenities were excellent. The only feedback we have is that we were placed in the iciest site of all the campground. We were told that there was less than 10% occupancy in the entire campground, and there was SO many campsites that had zero ice, in the sun. It was a hazard just to move around in the ice and shade of our campground, and all the while we saw so many dry sites

The stay was excellent, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate and well maintained. The hot tub was great and the stars were bright. We will be back next year and will stay again with the folks at the Ouray KOA.

It was our first time RV camping and they were very helpful. The Staff was professional and courteous, They offered us to help hook up the RV. Free hot shower was included in the restrooms were very cleaned. Overall it was a great experience! We will definitely consider staying at this campground on our next trip to Ouray.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! I look forward to our visit again in July! I would highly recommend this KOA to anyone who wants to have a beautiful place to camp with amazing service!

The view from our campsite was of broken down fencing. Despite the entire campground being almost completely empty we were shoved into spot next to other campers. The office closed early that day so there was nobody to ask for a new spot from. It was a very disappointing stay and we won't be going back.

We LOVED the Ouray KOA. Clean and beautiful location in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. Close proximity to Telluride, Silverton. Easy access to everything you need for an adventure. The restaurant served delicious breakfast. Will be back for sure. Thank You!

The campground restaurant closed 3 hours early on average every night during our stay. Even when we went in earlier then we wanted, to accommodate the staff so they could close 3 hours early, they still brought my food out in a to go bag! I ordered from inside the restaurant, at a table and that is how they served me. Pretty obvious they wanted me out of there. Huge disappointment

Very helpful friendful staff, nice campgrounds with beautiful mountain views, great amenities including the store, restaurant, propane and firewood available on site, showers and restrooms. Only downside is the campsite prices are higher than other KOA's.

The bathrooms were amazing…sparkling clean with heaters, music, and hot water! I also loved the text message reminders and the fact that there was a cute (but kinda pricey) restaurant and bar!

Just stayed 1 night, wish we could have stayed longer. Campground was neat, clean and staff was very accommodating. The scenery was amazing. We will return for a longer stay.

The campground it’s beautiful nestled in the pines. The team there was very accommodating and especially helpful when I had a major problem with my fifth wheel last week. I would like to thank Kevin for being so helpful.

We have stayed at KOA's from Florida to Ridgeway/Ouray, CO. The Ouray Campground is by Far the most professionally managed camground we have stayed at in our x-country Adventure. The service is very personal, right down to "last call" for firewood and ice. The camp store was really well stocked and had a nice variety of products. They even helped us look up road conditions on RT. 550. Thanks!

Wonderful service! We loved that the staff will bring firewood, ice, and propane refills right to your spot. Location is wonderful and we loved the dog walk hike right out our door. We will be back again!

One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at. Staff could not be nicer. Originally booked for two nights ended staying five. Highly recommend Ouray KOA.

Camped in site #22, next to the work shop! Another big rig was squeezed between us & the shed not in a legitimate site! Across from our site was an overflow parking area (eye sore). Worst KOA site/experience ever, also had to pay a Pet Fee in an RV! Never have been charged a Pet Fee for RV camping! Camped there 8/16th & 17th; should be refunded for all charges!

I would have given an excellent rating, but they put us in a campsite with a faulty electrical box. They said to use empty spot's elec. box and that they wouldn't put anyone in there, but then they did. Bad communication between employees. They someone came out and fixed yet another box so we could plug in. Other than that, it's a beautiful area. The staff did a nice job with Halloween decorations

Seems to be a big turnover of employees, as it shows in the lack of knowledge on the park and locating UPS deliveries. The power around the bathhouse looks very sketchy as power lines are ran above ground in sewer PVC pipe. The place has great potential. Certainly wasn’t worth the $70 a night I paid. Restaurant and food was great. Campground needs work, along with employee knowledge of the park.

I was very disappointed. The sites were only gravel and the spigots leaked. There were no bins for recycling and staff did not wear masks indoors. My entire reservation was replete with errors, including name, address and discounts were not applied.

Fantastic place, stayed here a bunch last year and moved about 4-5 times. This year I was able to stay several weeks in the same spot. Staff are exceptional and very good to work with. Very clean bathrooms. Wonderful fast flowing stream through some campsites and so glad I got one of them because I could hear it all night long. Definitely will be back in the Spring of next year!

OK campground, but messy, disorganized, and poorly run. Paid for most expensive full hookup site and they put me 10 feet from the stinky bathroom, right over the septic system. After complaining, they moved me to another site. The water stopped working and the power shut off without notice, but they used the SMS system to advertise their breakfast instead of notifying campers of outages.

We love this campground. They deliver ice and firewood directly to your campsite. Have a great restaurant with wonderful breakfasts, pastry, coffee. Dinner on Thursday to Saturday is also good. We already made our reservation for next year.

Courteous staff, exceptionally clean restrooms, and nice area to walk dog. I did not partake, but the breakfast in the restaurant seemed very popular. They also have a bar and a coffee shop. Sites are crammed very close together and I did not choose wisely, but if you are able to grab a site backing up to the river on the front of the park it would be better.

We loved this campground. Very well taken care of. The new owners have made a lot of updates since we were her in 2018, including a wonderful store, restaurant and coffee shop. We had a great meal one evening - bbq and chicken fried chicken. Excellent! They also had live music, which we really enjoyed. The campground is clean and they enforce the quiet hours (10 pm). We will be back!

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
