Tent sites are SUPER close to other campers. And the sites are in the dust. Good amenities (restaurant is crazy expensive). Showers and bathrooms are clean.

Wonderful staff! Each person was welcoming, smiling, and helpful. Great face lift in campground! Really like the expanded store and laundry room moved away from main store area. Have already reserved for next year !

We love coming to Ouray every summer! The staff is wonderful and very helpful! We enjoy eating at the Mountain Top Cafe, although a little pricey, and the new store is great! However, I do feel the campsites/RV need some TLC regarding landscaping, fence repair, more gravel over the dirt, trimming ect. Also we would love to see some amenities for the children like a playground and a grassy area.

arrived to a site where previous RV had drained the black water onto the dirt...was visible fecal matter. I did not report this at the time, however texting system is very intrusive, multiple times/day re restaurant, ice, firewood, etc

The restrooms/showers are as clean as you can get them. The attention from the employees were outstanding and the tent sites were really clean and comfortable, a bit on the tight space but overall awesome place to stay. 100% worth it

Great place to stay for visiting Ouray. There are other RV parks in town, but the sights are tight. We booked at the last minute and didn’t have the best spot ( no shade) but still preferred the KOA. There are lots of trees, a small stream runs through the park, and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating at the restaurant with live music. We would absolutely come here again.

This is a wonderful campground in the heart of Ouray! Great services are provided including the cafe. Staff is excellent! This was my second trip here and I look forward to making this a yearly vacation spot.

Location is a 10/10. Amenities are lacking and the website needs to be updated. Wifi needs major improvements. The bathhouse needs better attention to cleaning and resupplying of paper towels. Overall rating compared to other KOA’s 5/10.

The staff was awesome. Friendly and attentive! The Restaurant and bar was great. The owner Troy is There! Hands on passionate about his business, and you can tell his staff likes to work with him. Not for him, with him ,big difference. Best KOA!

Good: clean bathrooms/showers. Great location. Cons: Noisy after 10 pm, smoked out by noisy neighbors camp fires after 11pm. Also very pricey breakfast.

at one point another family of 6 was crammed behind our camping spot with no warning or communication. we came back with them parked in the limited spot we were told we had and it was kind of jarring (and frusterating to us). they wern't bad people or anything, we just wish we were given a heads up and communicated with.

This was a beautiful location. Our site was plenty big enough. The campground was very clean and well maintained. Very close to the off road trails we were there to do. The text reminders for last call for ice/firewood and quiet time were nice. My only complaint would be the strength of the WIFI.

Wonderful location and amenities! We enjoyed our stay here over the 4th of July weekend. Quiet location off from US 50. Wrapped up our visit with a 1-hour horse ride. Thx!

We booked quite late for the July 4 Holiday and so we got THE last sites for tent and camping cabin. They were both lovely units and we had good freedom and clean facilities. I was so concerned before going that the restrooms would be too far from the sites but we were fine. The grandkids had a fun time but I would really recommend that you get the playground up and working well.

Great campsite very convenient to most amenities. Front Desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Wish campsites were better landscaped. Tall weeds and mixed gravel. Need some edging and definition. Also picnic table is rotting and needs replacing with vinyl/Trex boards longer life/less maintenance.Very interesting how hot air is vented out of bar area into hallway. Not sure how this passes code.

Very well taken care of. The employees were friendly and helpful. Beautiful area. They sent you text's for reminders of quiet time, food at the small restaurant, they had live singers, they kept the place very clean. Would go there again, (We did have one problem, they charged us for an extra day, but I'm sure this will get resolved soon).

Everyone on staff that we met was courteous, professional and helpful. We learned helpful tips about the local area. This KOA is well run and staffed. We watched the young staffers helping get other campers into their sites, putting up tents and delivering firewood or ice. It was amazing. Clean bathrooms and hot showers made the travel and sightseeing easier. Thank you for a great stay.

Location is great. Friendly staff. We stayed there last year and enjoyed it so much, we came back. However, we booked a specific site away from the main area. Just before we arrived, found out they added 2 sites for RV's (with another in progress) and are adding 3 wagon and 3 tepee sites. So much for a quiet area. It seems they are cramming in spots where they can. I would rather they raise rates.

This is our favorite place to come and get away from the hustle and bustle of life, Monica, Donnie and his brother along with others have been absolutely wonderful, we will be back soon. Thank you for everything!!!

For a premium price very limited wifi. With no wifi in the back. A dirt field in the back for rv’s close to the horse area and lots of horse flies. Very pricey restaurant no pool and one hot tub up front. The staff was very nice and that is the only positive. I would not recommend this RV park. To many nice places to dry camp in the area save your money.

Really just a place to put my tent while exploring Ouray. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms/showers and restaurant were very nice amenities as well. I usually do dispersed camping, so being around so many people was the only downside.

Beautiful! Quiet! Clean! Well managed KOA! I love that it sits back away from the highway so you do not hear traffic! Love the little gift shop and the restaurant food was very fresh!

We had a lovely time staying in the Deluxe Cabin. We really enjoyed the view and the patio was great. We were grateful for the pots/pans and the grill. Also, it was nice that linens and towels were supplied. It was a little on the pricey side for a campground, but we still really enjoyed our 2 nights.

I stayed here in 2012 on a trip to the San Juans. Camp hosts were super friendly, and the showers were nice and clean. We did a tent spot and it was great.

We just needed to use facilities on the way through. The showers here are so clean, water is piping hot and pressure is great. One of the cleanest bathroom setups we have had in awhile. The camphost was so friendly. Don't forget to say hello to Hermes, the camp cat! Such a sweetie and might follow you into the bathroom to warm up on the off season. 😇
